I woke up the next morning to a loud noise, a cry of pain, and a glowing bracelet. I easily distinguished the noise as someone falling down the stairs, most likely my sister from the sound of it. I looked down, I probably had about 15 seconds before I turned into a fucking fairy princess, yeah this won't get old. Purple and green sparkles erupted from the bracelet, and next thing I know I'm dressed in the same shiny outfit as before. I sigh and press down on the gem causing it to release the sparkles again and turn me back.

Just as I was back in my pjs my dad threw open the door to get me up. "Perfect timing dad, I just got up," I called and pushed him out the door. I leaned my back against it and slid down onto the floor putting my head in my hands. "Ughhh."

Suddenly my sister barged in slamming the door into my head. "Owww!" I let out rubbing my head and standing up.
"Look, I know you heard me fall." She said with her hands on her hips.
"Yeah, what about it?" Suddenly my face came in contact with a large book. "Owwwww!" I cried, and rubbed the place she hit me.
"You could have asked if I was okay!"
"Oh trust me, I knew you were okay." This earned me another smack on the head. "Okay, okay I get it. Are you okay?"
"No, I'm not I bruised my elbow."
"Well what am I supposed to do about it?" She glared at me.

Suddenly I hear dad in the kitchen "would someone please help me out here?!" Fuck. Sure enough the damn thing started glowing. "Look, just get out!" I said forcefully.
"Why should I?" She asked and cocked her hip to one side and crossed her arms. 'Shit shit shit if she sees this I'm screwed, I'll never hear the end of it!' I forcefully shove her out and slam the door just in time. Just before I can push down on the gem my door opens.
"What was that for Ichi-" she stops and we just stare at each other before she breaks into a fit of laughter. I quickly pull her in and shut the door behind her.
"Please stop laughing." I said looking at her seriously.
"I'll try, but what the heck are you wearing?" She said trying to hold back giggles.
"Look if I knew how to make it stop I would."
"Wait, you didn't put it on?"
"How the hell could anyone put something on that fast?"
"You have a point."

I explained everything that happened with scarlet and she listened patiently. "I think I'm going to ask to stop." I admitted.
"Yeah the fairy princess thing doesn't suit you."
"No kidding. Promise you won't tell anyone?"
"Fine, but no more secrets from me, okay?"
"Deal," I said shaking her hand. With that she left and I got ready for school. So much had happened and it wasn't even time for school.

I left the house, half eaten toast in my hand when I was stopped by none other than Scarlet. "You, uh, you're done, aren't you?" She asked looking down at her feet.
"Yeah, I'm sorry Scarlet."
"Don't worry about it, I understand. That's why I came after all." She undid the charm keeping the bracelet on. I tried to hand it back to her but she shook her head. "Keep it, it only works when it's on, and that way, you know, if you ever, uh, change your mind."
"Thanks." I said with a small smile and placed it in my pocket.
"You aren't a bad person Ichigo. I'm glad I got to you first."
"Wait what do you mean 'got to me first'?" I asked, but next thing I knew she had disappeared.
