Shiro smiled at Lance's question. How can I soften Keith up? He chuckled, "That's very difficult to answer."

"Why?" Lance mouthed.

"Because he's always softened up, he just pretends he's not." Shiro glanced at the door, so Lance glanced back, but no one was there. Shiro continued.

"Keith likes you, you're a good friend, he's just... irritable. But give him a little while, you'll see the side of him everyone should." Shiro advised.

Lance nodded, and signed a thank you. I'll keep that in mind, he said.

Lance thought about what Shiro said, he's always softened up. Maybe if the three hangout for lessons, he'll get to see that side of Keith, the vulnerable and lovable side.

Maybe both Keith and Shiro will bond with me, he thought.
