Shivaay for a moment was startled when he heard his name but soon composed himself and remembers that he is at the Award function. He received the Award and started thanking his family and his employees. As soon as he reached his seat he thought how he also wanted to thank his wife who is also his love and his life for always being there for him and loving an idiot like him. Then his thoughts started shifting back to his wife. He wanted to control this mind and do not think about her because that was reserved for dark nights.

A large part of his day was spent in office , working. It was not like he wanted to work but he needed something , anything to keep him busy and not let him think about one person who meant life to him. Days were just fine , but nights seems to bring her back to him. He tried to sleep but he couldn't , knowing that she is not beside him. Few days he tried to push it all away , but soon gave up. And just started letting her memories visit him.

But today he just couldn't push it at the back of his mind to visit them later. His heart felt heavy. Heavy with the guilt of hurting her.

Soon his thoughts went back to that unfaithful day. It was a fine day and as usual Shivaay was busy in his office when he received a message. A message fortunate enough to destroy Shivaay's life. The message contained a video , that would be enough to break his family. Before he could think of something , his phone started ringing. As soon as he picked up the call , the girl at the other side asked him "Did you like the video? I bet you did." It was enough for Shivaay and he roared " How dare you? Do you know to whom you are " before he could complete , the person at the other end said " You don't even have the slightest clue of how daring I am. And I very well know that to whom I am talking Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi. Now let's come to the point. If you don't want your family to receive this video then divorce your wife and marry me. " As a reflex Shivaay said "It's not possible. So just keep dreaming. And about this video I would just get my hands on it , you don't worry." The person at other end laughed and said " Try all you want , you have 3 hours."

Shivaay without wasting any second ordered best detectives to find all about it. 3 hours were about to end and Shivaay had tried everything but all in vain. His heart is sinking with every passing second. He does not want to even consider the situation of his Anika going away from him. He simply cannot survive without her.

His phone rang and Tanya said " I hope you have realised that there is nothing you can do. So get ready to marry me Shivaay." Shivaay was about to say no when he remembered his years old promise made to his grandfather. His grandfather had asked him , then a boy of 12 years , to keep his family intact and to not let it break at any cost. He couldn't refuse his grandfather and that was the day the Billu in him died and The great wall of Shivaay Singh Oberoi took his place. Over the years Shivaay did everything to keep his family together. There was nothing right or wrong for him when there were matters involving his family. There is no doubt that he loves his brothers dearly. But he was sometimes jealous of them , of every member in the family because they had a luxury he didn't , a choice. He just cannot make an escape from any situation.

Tanya said " I don't have whole day to wait for your answer. Tell me fast or I am about to send this video. " Shivaay thought he needs sometime to find a solution for this problem named Tanya. So he thought he would let Tanya know that he is ready to marry her and would talk to Anika before putting the act of divorcing Anika. He would then let Tanya know what's the result of messing with Shivaay Singh Oberoi and his family. But most of all for even thinking of harming his wife Anika. So he told her " I am ready. Now go to hell. " Tanya said " Good. Now by tonight divorce that wife of yours and tomorrow morning I'll come to your Mansion and then you'll marry me. "

But alas fate had something else stored for them. Shivaay did not got a chance to talk to Anika before doing anything. As soon as Shivaay reached Mansion , Tanya was already there with his family and said " Shivaay tell your family you love me and divorce this Anika now without wasting any time. She is not believing me. " Shivaay not having any other option left agreed to her. That day for the first time in his life he dreaded being Shivaay Singh Oberoi.

Shivaay is a very complex character to me. But I have tried.

I am not well but still updating  this long part.
