The episode starts with nurse asking shiomru (sorry sahil is in boarding school) to go inside and see anika.so shiomru went inside as soon as they saw anika shivaay went and hugged her. Om and rud y was standing there  and as soon as anika called him rudy and Om ran and hugged her and started crying badly like child. Everyone who was outside were shocked at omru bonding with anika and admiring.omru says bhabhi please don't come to hospital again we are scared to lose you. Anika become emotional and says I will not leave u or your brother or sahil because u for are my life.anika says like sahil is a child for me and you three are also my children because I know for shivaay u three are his kids then bro and prinku too.tej and jhanvi was so happy and became emotional.
