"Voh call mere bade papa ka tha. Unhone mera US business school mein admission kiya hain. Main unhe mana nahi kar sakta, i have to go," he said feeling helpless. He looked at her to see her reaction but she wore a blank expression.

"Kab jaana hain?" She finally asked after minutes of silence.

"Kal raat ko nikhalna hain," he said. She took her hands away from him and just walked away. Anika had expected today to be one of the happiest days of her life. She was going to confess and everything was going to be perfect. Now everything was shattered.

Shivaay too felt broken. He didn't want to go away from Anika. He wanted to stay with her forever but he knew he couldn't refuse his bade papa. Business was in their blood and he had to put it first. But now Anika had left him and he didn't even get a chance to say how he feels.

He walked back to the table to see Anika standing there, determined.

"No," she simply said. "Main apni baat bina kahe kahi nahi jaunga."

"Anika," he said but she just put her hand up as if telling him to stop talking.

"Ab main bolungi aur aap sunogi. Main samajhti hun ki US jaana aapke liye kitna zaroori hain. Issiliye mujhe koyi problem nahi hain aapki decision se. Balki i support it. Aap US jao, teekh se padai karo, be the best businessman ever. Lekin waapas aapko mere paas aana hain," she stated. "Shivaay. Jab se main aapse mili hun, meri life hi badal gayi. Pehle mujhe kuch samaj main nahi aaya. Main sochti thi kyu mujhe aapke saath time spend karna acha lagta hain. Kyu aap ke paas rehna chahti hun. Kyu aap ki har baat se itna fark padta hain. Phir mujhe realize hua ki main kitni badi gadhi hu. Obviously mujhe farak padega. Kyunki main aap se pyaar karti hun. Bohot zyaada. I love you Shivaay Singh Oberoi," she confessed.

He looked at her shocked. Anyone else would've left him but she had faith in him. She had faith in their relationship. It made him admire her more.

"And I don't care aap kya kahe. Mujhe bas apni baat kehni tho, so maine keh di." She concluded. She was then going to walk away when Shivaay held on to her and what he did next shocked her. He kissed her. At first she was confused but then she too gave in. Everything felt right with Shivaay. After breaking apart, he started laughing.

"Has kyun rahe ho," she questioned, confused and angry. Who laughs after such a scene. What was so funny?

"Iss liye kyunki jo kaam main karna chahta tha voh tumne kar di," he said. She looked even more confused so he started explaining. "Anika, aaj tak main kisi bhi ladki ke liye aisa feel nahi kiya. Ladkiyan mujhpe marti thi lekin mujhe koyi farak nahi pada. Phir tum meri zindagi mein aaye. Aur kya damakedaar entry ki yaar, poor Sid," they chuckled at the memory. "Tumhe main kisi aur ke saath ek second ke liye bhi nahi dekh sakta. Koyi tumhe hurt kare, mujhe bilkul bardasht nahi. Beach pe baatein, baarish main dance, har moment tumhare saath spend karna chahtha hu. Tumhe yaha issiliye bulaya takhi tumhe keh saku ki i love you too Anika." Her eyes welled up.

"Tum bohot khubsurat ho. Jitni beautiful ho na, utni hi caring ho. Tum mein bohot saari qualities hain jo tumhe unique banati hain. Inhi ke wajeh se, dheere dheere mujhe pyaar hua. Ha thoda waqt laga samajhne mein, lekin aayi toh sahi. I have fallen for you Anika. And i love you a lot," he confessed.

It was her turn to kiss him. This had been the greatest day of her life and she couldn't be happier. They broke apart and stared at each other lovingly. He took her hands in his.

"Kya tum mere liye wait kar sakogi?" He asked.

"Main toh puri life wait karne ke liye tayyar hun Shivaay," she said caressing his cheek.

"Itna vishwaas hain humare rishte pe," he asked.

"Mujhe mere pyaar pe vishwaas hain. Mujhse zyada din dur nahi reh paogi Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi. Ek din toh mere paas wapas aana padega," she said with determination.

"I really love you Anika," he said feeling content with her response. He then got down on one knee and took out a ring. She looked on shocked. "Don't worry, engagement ring nahi hain," he chuckled. She shook her head in annoyance. "Yeh mera promise ring hain. Main tumse yeh vaada karta hun ki main tumhare paas waapas aunga. Aur jab aunga, tab engagement ring le ki hi aunga."

She also came down to his level and held on to his hand. He made her wear the ring and she smiled.

"Main bhi promise karti hun Shivaay, pyaar toh sirf aap se karti hun. Aur hamesha karti rahungi," she said with tears in her eyes. She laughed at her stupidity and wiped her tears away. "Main bhi bohot badi emotional fool hu."

"Iss fool se hi mujhe pyaar hua hain," he said getting closer to her. He kissed her tears, then her cheeks, and then took her lips. She was really comfortable with him so she kissed him back.

"Kyu na aaj ki raat special ho," he said getting closer to her.

"I'm only yours Shivaay," she smiled, not having a problem with it. So that night, they became one.

Next morning, Anika woke up in Shivaay's arms. He was staring at her and she rolled her eyes.

"Aise kya dekh rahe ho," she asked.

"Yeh dekh raha hun ki main kitna lucky hun," he answered. She blushed and hid her face in his chest.

"Ab mujhe ghar jaake pack karna hain," he said. She wasn't sad because she knew they would make their relationship work.

"Main airport aaungi. Bye bolne," she smiled.

"I will be waiting," he said giving her a peck on the lips.

Tia was angry. Nothing was going according to her plans. Shivaay had fallen in love with Anika and nothing was separating them. Then realization hit her. She was playing it all wrong. She didn't need to cause a misunderstanding between them. All she had to do was tell the truth. She smirked.

"Shivaay baby, ab tumhe Anika se alag hona hi padega. Ab tumhe bhi dikhana padega, Tia Kapoor kis had taq ghir sakti hain," she said with a devilish smirk.
