As already said main plot will start after some parts

*In morning*

Shivaay woke up and saw his wife Anika hugging him while sleeping.

"So cute" he whispered and kissed her forehead . After few minutes he got up without disturbing her sleep.

Shivaay was getting ready when Anika woke up

"Good morning", he said

"Good morning", she said with a smile

"Go and freshenup.... I will come with breakfast", he said

"mm
But don't you feel angry when I woke up late and ask you to prepare food", she asked while looking down in guilt she always try to wake up early but fail miserably so she stopped doing that but it makes her feel worse when he behave so nice with her

"So what it's my duty
It's not duty to keep husband happy everytime. Even husband's should do same", he said

"I am very lucky", she said and smiled

"Correction. I am very lucky", he said and winked at her

"ok we are lucky
You will make food now", she said while raising her eyebrows

"No Obros", he said while smiling widely

"hmm then go fast", she said and pushed him

"Yaa
I'm going. Come soon ", he said

"Yaa coming
I'm very hungry now
After listening about obros cooking I can't wait", she said and licked her lips

"For that you have to come first", he said

"hmm Fine", she said and went towards table to pick her phone whereas he left

*In dinning hall*

Everyone is present there. Anika also came

"Good morning Anika", everyone wished her with a smile

"Good morning everyone", she said

Shivomru came with breakfast with several dishes

"Wow", exclaimed Tej after seeing dished

Shivaay came and sat near Anika

"Bhaiya serve everyone first", said Rudra in order to tease him

Shivaay glared him angrily

"Leave him nah... Ru .... He feel so suffocated without bhabhi", said Om while joining Rudra's teasing session

"Stop it", said  Shivaay being irritated

"Shivaay if you wish then Anika can also join office", teased Tej

"Why are you asking him. He always find reasons to be with bhabhi dad", said Rudra in teasing tone and giggled

"Right", said Pinky and laughed

"No mom I'm ok with my company.
Shivaay visit that daily", she said while looking down at food to ignore teasings but soon she realised that they didn't knew about this

"Wow
Busy person also got time", teased Jahnavi

"vo...voo", Shivaay stammered

"Bade bhaiya it's ok",said Gauri

"yes bhaiya
It's good thing no need to feel awkward", said Bhavya

"Thank you", mummered Shivaay because they didn't teased him

"And after saying thos you are making him more awkward",sair Rudra and glared her

"S..shut up", said Shivaay being pissed from teasing

"I don't want to go today because I am feeling low",she said

"Are you fine Anika",asked Shivaay while holding her hand. He became worried for her because she rarely take holiday

"Yaa tell us bhabhi", said Gauri

"No I'm just tired",she said and rested her head on chair

"Ok have your paranthas and you will be fine", Shivaay said politely

" I don't want these", she said while making faces

"Anika are you kidding", he said with wide eyes

"N...no give me your food", she said while eyeing his dish

"Best joke Anika
You hate this food
You always say "angrejo ka khana Mai nai Khati" (I don't eat foreigners food) then what happened to you today and that too suddenly", he asked playfully. He was still thinking that she was joking

"But I want to eat this today", she said normally and took his plate. She started eating while he was shocked

"Bade papa I am not going to office. Anika's health is not fine", Shivaay said worryingly while rubbing his hairs in confusion

"I'm fine Shivaay
You can go", she said with a smile seeing her caring Singh Oberoi in action

*After breakfast*

Everyone went Anika was also going but she felt dizzy . She was about to fall when Shivaay holded her

"A... Anika", he said and patted her cheeks being worried for her

"Khanna... Khanna", shouted Shivaay

"Y.  Yes sir", he asked being scared

"Tell bade Papa that I'm not coming to office today. And call doctor", he said while tears started coming from his eyes.

"Ok sir", said Khanna and left. Shivaay sprinkled water on her face

"Anika wake up please", he said while crying

"You can go to office. I'm fine
I will be much better after taking juice
No need to call doctor",she said while getting up

"Shut up....just shut up ok", he said angrily

Rudra : Don't scold my bhabhi

Om- yaa she is our sister

Rudra pulled her towards himself and holded her shoulders

R- go to office Mr

S- I will not go Mr.

Shivaay pulled her back

"One minute break 3 of you
Stop being childish", said Anika while eyeing ShivRu

Gauri came with juice

"Take it bhabhi you will feel better", said Gauri while handling her juice

B- yes bhabhi and take rest

"Love you all", said Anika after seeing their love towards her

"We love you too", they all said together

"Anika in room and take rest
I'm coming", he said

Anika hummed and left

She entered room. She was again felling dizzy and was about to touch the ground the ground when again Shivaay holded her

"Anika. . ..Anika are you fine", he asked being panicked

But she was unconscious.He picked her up and placed her on bed carefully and  called doctor. Soon doctor arrived

She checked her and came out of room after some minutes

"How's Anika doctor", he asked being tensed

"Dour wife is perfectly fine . She is pregnant and it's normal she will gain consciousness after few minutes. Give her meals in time", said doctor with a smile while handling him time table

"Ok", he said but soon he realised what doctor said

"Really my .....my Anika is pregnant", he asked being happy

"Yes", said doctor

"whoouu
Thank you thank you sooo much doctor", said Shivaay and jumped in excitement while doctor smiled seeing his antics

"It's my work
Ok I will take leave", said doctor

"No wait", he said and screamed for calling khanna

"Yes sir", said Khanna while entering room hurriedly

"Bring sweetes for everyone especially for Doctor", said Shivaay hurriedly and sat near Anika

"Why sir", asked Khanna being confused seeing his behaviour

" I'm your boss nah... so do what I say", he said

"Ok sir", said Khanna

"No need Mr. Oberoi", said doctor

"It's ok... Miss. Khanna will give you it's just my thanks for you
Bye", he said while bidding bye to doctor with respect

Doctor left from there

He entered their room. He saw Anika awaken and thought to tease her

Anika was getting up when Shivaay ran towards her

"Take care Anika", he said while helping her to sit

"Hmm ok but why", asked Anika being confused

He made her lay on bed carefully

"Shivaay don't take tension
I'm fine..by the way what happened to me why I fainted", asked Anika because she heard him talking with doctor

"Typhoid", he said in order to play with her

"What..", asked Anika being shocked

"hmm ", he hummed

"You are joking right", she asked being scared

"When you know that then why are you even asking", he said and started laughing

"Han... What.... What happened to me then",

"hua nai h hone wala hai 'its going to happen (come) ", he said while controlling his laughter

"What tell me clearly",she said angrily

"Baby", he said and smiled

"Are you serious ...or joking", she asked

"Why should I Anika
You are going to be mother soon", he said while looking straight in her eyes

"Wow yyy", said Anika while jumping in excitement

"I'm thinking if mother is this much energetic then baby would be??", He said and laughed

"huh",

"Anika you can't jump ok", he said while Anika hummed

He came near her , covered her with duvet .
He went and came with soup.

"Don't you dare to stop me", he said with fake anger and made her eat whole soup .

Soon Everybody came there when they got this happy news

"Yyy I'm going to become chachu yyy someone is coming younger than me yy", said Rudra jumping like a child

"And  we are going to become chachi",said Gauri and Bhavya happily

"Thank you Anika for making me dadi", said Pinky with happy tears

"Yes Anika
Now you have to take care of yourself because you are going to become mother", said Jahnavi

"I am very happy beta . Thank you soo much", said Shakti being happy and giving her blessings

" I know I haven't relived Om and Rudra's childhood and I'm sorry for that but I will relieve this phase with you Anika
Thanks for making me dadu",said Tej while putting his hand on her head

"Puttar because of you I will be able to see my grand child.. thanks a lot Anika", said dadi and hugged Anika while she hugged her back

"Shivaay you will not go to office after today.
I will handle business",said Tej

"Ok bade Papa",said Shivaay and smiled widely

"If there is something important you will do conference call ok", he added

"Ok", said Shivaay

" I am very lucky to get a family like you all", said Anika while having tears

(I really don't know how to write about this so bear it with me if there is anything wrong then tell me.)

I will skip this because I wanna start my main plot soon

Anika gave twins

These 9 months made her realise that how much this family love her. Everybody pampered her.
Everybody took care of her .
They all treated her as a child

They didn't let Anika walk from bed.

Shivika had already decided names "Nisha" &"shivaansh". They got to know already that they will have twins and they were praying for both boy and a girl

When she was crying everybody were praying for her . They were giving her strength especially Shivaay

After delivery everybody thanked her and took great care of her.

One by one everybody holded them and clicked photos and saved and shivika memories

Leap of 7 years

Shivika were sleeping. Shivaansh woke up first

" Nishu....Nishu wake up na", said Shivaansh while trying to wake his sister up

"What do you want bhaiya.... Let me sleep", she said being irritated

Shivaansh is deto copy of Shivaay and Nisha copy of Anika. They both have one thing in common that is eyes like Shivaay. They both are devil's.
Shivaansh is earlier than Nisha and calls her Nishu and Nisha calls him Shiv everytime and bhaiya only when she wants a request

"Oh drama queen I know you will not wake up easily.
If you didn't then I will woke you up as my style", said Shivaansh and smirked

Nisha woke up with jolt and said "I am awake Shiv",

"Hmm I will give you your favourite chocolate", said Shivaansh

"Ohh wow thanks Shiv", she said and hugged him

"Let's go then", said Shivaansh and playful smirked appeared on his face

" But.. what if our plan flopped", she said
"Par kahin raita na phel jye",

"Don't take tension Nishu we have our innocent eyes right... Our kanji eyes like dad which will save us", he said

"Right... We just have to make innocent face", said Nisha and laughed

"And they both will forgive us", he said

They both got up and went inside Shivika's room and .....

They emptied 2 jugs of water

Shivika woke up with jerk

"What the hell", shouted Shivaay a d woke up with jerk

"Not hell dad.... Your Shiv", said Shivaansh

"Who wakes up like this.... It's not good manners", said Anika

"Sholly", said Nisha trying to look sad

Shivaansh winked towards Nisha and they both made puppy faces

"It's ok you both can go now", said Shivaay

Anika looked towards him being shocked

"Shivaay are you mad they both were doing drama... They both are king and queen of drama", she said being irritated because they spoiled her happy sleep

"Let it be Anika", he said and smiled

I am saying it again story is not changed everything will be same . The thing which I changed is language

Dialogues are also same but now in English
