I had an asthma attack. In my sleep I may add. So I was sleeping and according to my sister, my breathing was really off. Off like long and deep, like too long for me to be sleeping normally. She woke me up and I instantly got a headache (which sucked!). And so as my headache got worse I started shaking, my chest was very tight and it started getting harder to breath. I ended up falling asleep for about half an hour. It kinda happened again (just the headache and a kinda tight chest) and now here I am, up at 12:40 on the west coast. I'm super tired but now I'm scared to go back to sleep, due to what happened. I hate what's going on with me right now. I'm super scared, about the heart murmur and my newfound asthma. I had two asthma attacks on Thursday. One at lunch in school and one after school while sitting in the heat waiting for my brother to pick me and my sister and her two friends up so we didn't have to walk home. I wouldn't have made it home. Im just super scared and I don't know what to do. I'm up for anything at this point except for sleep cuz my fear is bad now.
