People's Problem With Stereotyping

This is the general area of society when they look at crossdressers/femboys/trans etc.:

Girls: *dress in boys clothing*
Society: We're happy that you're expressing yourselves.
Boys: *dress in girls clothing*
Society: I diagnose you with gay.

That is my mom when she finds a guy acting like a girl/wearing women's clothing. She pointed to my straight friend (this was 7th grade) who was unintentionally acting girlish and called him gay. She does that while watching movies too. I'm wondering WHY SHE JUST CAN'T RESPECT PEOPLE AND THEIR CLOTHING CHOICES/HABITS!

Actually, almost my whole family is like that. I wanna face palm. At least my grandma is actually curious about when I bring up lgbtq+ But sometimes she can get a little...dense. I'M NOT GAY, IDC IF PEOPLE THINK I AM! MY PROFILE PICTURE HAD THE PANSEXUAL FLAG ON PRIDE MONTH! NO ONE'S EVEN GONNA CONFUSE MY SEXUALITY! This was around the time I lied to her about being asexual haha... SSSSHHHHH!

Other than that, I'm tired of people stereotyping even as jokes. And JUST BECAUSE I LOOKED LIKE I GOT SURGERY THAT 1 TIME, DOESN'T MEAN I'M TRANS! I'M FULLY FEMALE! *ahem* Sorry, I'm still rlly peeved at my friend for making assumptions. AND NO, I NEVER GOT SURGERY! I'M ALL NATURAL, ALRIGHT! I don't have anything against trans and/or gay people or anything. It's just that I hate people making assumptions and stereotyping based on looks or how people act. Especially in the lgbtq community. It's really upsetting.

I told my mom all this stuff and she said, "I'll never stop stereotyping. Besides, he acts different. So he's gay." I just kept wondering wtf is that logic?! It's like whenever people used to assume I was a boy because my moustache was actually pretty dark on my upper lip (my whole dad's side of the family has a moustache, you won't find one of my aunts without one). The cop fricken pulled me and my mom over a few years ago and called me her baby boy. I swear, I nearly punched the cop lights out. I don't have a moustache anymore but I look pretty weird to my mom now😂 Screw it, I kinda like that I shaved it.

Any way, I don't have anything against whatever you are, gay, bi, trans, black, have ADHD, IDGAF ABOUT THAT! I just want people to see others for who they are and so that they aren't judged because of that. I hate today's society and I hate how we're dealing with problems. Some people just don't know how to deal with it. I would like for those people to find those who do and are just keeping quiet. Maybe they don't have enough faith in their plans? Well, whatever the reason, I hope we achieve true peace some day. And don't have to get kicked out of our homes for being different from the norm...
