Kazumi

Everything was hazy as I slowly came to. The last thing I remembered was Shisui and I talking to the village chief. Shisui was reassuring her that everything would be ok but in reality, they were never in trouble to begin with. We were. I looked around trying to see if Shisui was near me. We needed to get out of here. Neither of us were safe.

"Shisui". I groaned trying to pick myself up. "You're finally awake. I was starting to think we accidentally killed you". Aria said. I looked around and quickly took notice to us being the only ones in the room.

"Where's Shisui? What have you done with him"? I needed to find him. The two of us needed to get out of here. "He no longer concerns you. I think it's best you head home now. You can tell your Hokage you failed your mission and that Shisui is no longer alive".

I glared at her. "I'm not leaving here without him". I took my sword out of its seth. "Now tell me where he is"! I charged at her but stopped as I felt a kuni fly past my cheek. I turned around and saw ninjas dressed in all black surrounding me.

One to five huh? Should be doable

I readied myself and charged at the closet one to me. He jumped back evading me as one of his friends ran towards me. I jumped back dodging him but was soon cut in the leg by another. I quickly took out my second blade and cut the ninja that just attacked me before backing away.

They quickly came after me again, this time attacking me two at once. I used my blades to provide as much distance between us as I could but they wouldn't let up. One of them jumped in the air causing me to bend down and roll over so I wouldn't be hit but I was quickly stabbed in the side as I came to stand back up.

I placed my blades in one hand and backflipped three times to create distance between us again. I panted slightly as all five of them stared me down.

This is bad. I need to come up with an escape plan quick. My body feels weak and my muscles are sore. That gas that filled the air before I passed out mustive been filled with some kind of poison. I have to get back to the hidden leaf and have Hashirama treat me but I can't leave Shisui behind. He needs me.

"Such a shame. I would've thought leaf shinobi would be stronger than this". Aria said mockingly as she continued to sit and watch.

"Who hired you"? "I'll never tell. Deadly five, take him away and lock him up somewhere. He'll be dead within a week". My body gave out as two of the ninja made their way over to me. They picked me up by my arms and dragged me out of the room as I blacked out.

My head felt foggy as I slowly came to. The last thing I can remember was the confused look on Kazumi's face as the purple gas filled the room. I had to get to him. I needed to know that he was ok. I needed to take him home where he would be safe but knew that wouldn't be possible right now.

I could feel that my hands and legs were confined to a wall. I opened my eyes but could only see darkness. Whoever captured me knew of my abilities and blindfolded me. Normally I could easily escape these restraints but my body felt weak right now. All I wanted to do was close my eyes and drift back to sleep but knew that wasn't wise.

I lifted my head slightly as I heard the door to the room I was in open and pairs of footsteps approach. From the sound of things, it was three people.

"Are you awake yet Shisui"?

I know that voice

"Angela". I groaned. "Your right but I'm not by myself, I have your lovely mother and father here with me. They've been dying to see you again".
