Noble returned the light blue eeveelution to its pokeball. She smiles at girl standing across from her, before taking her leave. She walked on threw Brun Way, a route with a never ending fall appearance. She didn't bother to look back at trainer of Purrloin her Glaceon had so easily defeated. She walked ahead, ignoring everyone around her. She kept walking until she heard a voice behind her.
"Noble!" A boy called at her. He wore jeans and a blue and white jacket. His hair was of medium length, and he wore boots, snug on his feet.
'Calem, oh great.' She thought sarcastically. The boy always annoyed her. She couldn't tell if it was because he likes her, or if he did it just to be annoying.
"Hello Calem." She didn't bother looking back. She continued to walk onward as she greeted him.
"Wanna battle?" He asked her, jogging so he could stand in front of her.
"I don't have a choice, do I?" She dug through her bag, pulling out her first pokeball.
"Its a three on three!" Calem told her stepping off the path onto the grass. She walked towards her end of the grassy field.
"Talonflame, make this quick." She called out the fire flying type.
"Absol!" He threw out the pokeball releasing the dark type. Talonflame rested on its trainers head as it scratched its wing. She stood there, waiting for his call.
"Ladies first!" He motioned towards her. She bowed her head called out her first move.
"Fly, if you please." She ordered her Pokemon. Talonflame rose into the air, hiding in the clouds. Calem and Absol could no longer see it.
"Just wait for it come down Absol!" He looked up in the sky. He could see a faint figure speeding down. Once he thought it had hit the ground, he saw it speeding towards the field.
"Foul Play, now!" Right when he thought the bird Pokemon would collide with his won, it swirved to the side. Absol jumped onto thin air, stumbling to the ground.
"Aerial Ace." Noble commanded. The bird to a sharp turn and collided with Absol's side. The disaster Pokemon yelped in pain.
"Absol! Get up and use Pursuit!" The Pokemon stumbled to it feet and began to charge towards the low flying Talonflame.
"Spin around, keep it entertained." Noble told her trusty partner. It began to fly in circles, resulting in a dizzy Absol. Right when Absol thought it would hit Talonflame, the bird Pokemon sharply flew up. Luckily for Absol, it had grazed the Pokemon's tail feathers. It began to fly upwards slower, giving Absol an advantage.
"Now use bite!" The attack hit Talonflame's wing.
"Overheat." Noble grit her teeth. She had to buy her Talonflame time. Hot air spread from Talonflame. Upon contact with it, Absol jumped back and yelped in pain.
"Dark pulse!" Absol slowly turned to face its flying opponent. It let out five balls of darkness in a row. Two of which hit.
"Aerial Ace." She calmly called out. her partner dove towards Absol, dishing out a fair share of damage. But Talonflame had lost damage too.
"Finish with fireblast!" The ball of molten lava landed a direct hit. Absol yowled as it fainted.
"Good job Absol! Take a good rest!" The red light surrounded Absol, as he was brought back to his resting place.
"You may return as well Talonflame." Noble returned her Talonflame. She couldn't play around, and she knew that.
"Flareon!" He called out. Calem let out the shy eeveelution. It began to cower besides its trainer.
"We'll show you an eeveelution of true power! Glaceon, it's your turn!" Noble allowed her next Pokemon to exit its capsule.
"Gla! Gla!" The ice typed cheered.
"Use ember Flareon!" The fire type let out three decent embers.
"Dodge." Noble ordered. Unfortunately for her, the last ember managed to graze Glaceon's leg. It stumbled, but managed to remain standing.
"Use quick attack." Noble called her next move. Like she though, the Flareon was hopelessly slow. Her attack hit, but with consequence.
"Overheat!" Calem allowed Flareon to let out a powerful heat, radiating from it. Noble grinned. Most people wouldn't be happy if their rival stole their technique, but she though it as a complement. Why else would he have used it.
"Well then, we'll keep our distance, swift." Glaceon opened her mouth and released a few stars, sparkling with their ever present glow as the sped towards Flareon.
"Counter with flame thrower!" The attacks collided, causing dust to fog the field. Both pokemon took damage, but Glaceon's was more severe. Noble grit her teeth. Both she and her trusty Glaceon, weren't giving up just yet.
"Hail." Clouds grew in the sky as hard balls of ice pummeled from the sky.
"We have to be quick then! Fire Blast!" The fire escaped Flareon's mouth quickly, speeding towards Glaceon. Both Noble and her Glaceon knew it was hopeless. Glaceon turned to her trainer, and was met with a smile. Glaceon smiled as the fire blast hit her, fainting soon after.
"Impressive display. I must say I'm impressed. You did well Glaceon." Both trainers returned their eeveelutions. Noble pulled out her first pokeball. There were scratches on it, here and there, but it remained in good condition.
"Greninja, go!" Calem released his final pokemon.
"You too Delphox." Noble released hers. Greninja stared at Delphox, a blush growingg on its cheeks. Delphox tensed for battle.
"Mystical Fire!" Delphox twirled her stick, allowing the fire to seed towards Greninja. Greninja avoided it with ease.
"Water Shuriken!" Greninja obeyed, chucking throwing stars made of water towards Delphox. Things didn't go in Calem's favor, as Greninja purposely missed.
"Really Greninja? Use Water Shuriken again!" Again, Greninja purposely missed.
"Looks like he has a crush on Delphox, that's not gonna get us anywhere."He sighs, waiting for Noble's next move.
"Looks like we have an easy battle. Mystical Fire, Delphox." Delphox repeated this attack. Greninja didn't bother moving, as the attack hit. It stood strong, but began to slump.
"Tsk. Fire spin." Noble called out her winning move. Greninja fainted in the end.
"Looks like I won." Noble began to walk towards path, hoping to reach Anistar soon. Once she hit the path, Calem grabbed her hand. She immediately stopped, as a faint blush grew on her cheeks. She didn't know why, but she always tensed when the boy touched her. She wasn't dense. No, the opposite! She even once got two Zorua together. But she knew she didn't like the boy, she always groaned when she saw him. It probably was stupid hormones.
"How may I help you?" She didn't bother to face him, but waited for him to release her.
"Still as cold as ever, Noble~San." Calem teased her. She blushed at nickname. He had given that name to her when they were kids.
"I don't see why that affects you." She replied in a collected demeanor. Her hand began to squirm in his grip, it he didn't release her. "What do you want?" She asked him again, losing her patience.
"That battle was unfair, Greninja has a crush on Braxien, so he refused to attack her." Calem whined.
"What am I supposed to do about that?" Noble said harshly. She began to tug her hand out of his grip, but to no avail.
"Well Noble~San, you owe me." He told her. Noble turned to face the boy. He was a head taller then her. He began to release her hand.
"What exactly do I owe you?" She asked him. She didn't want to play his stupid games.
He rested one hand on her chin, and cupped the other on her cheek. He knelt down and laid his lips on hers. She froze. She neither returned the kiss, nor broke it, but just stood there, shocked. He broke the kiss, smirking at her. He began to walk ahead if her.
"That's all Noble~San, see ya soon!" She stood there, paralyzed by shock. Her face quickly grew red as she murmured.
"Tsk, typical."

New otp, going up there with the ranks of Amourshipping and Contestshipping. Customshipping isn't the official name, this is actually Kalosshipping. But obviously Serena and the person above are two different people, right? Interesting story, the reason I named the girl Noble, is because Noble's character, obviously named Noble, looks exactly the same, though I don't think they're dressed the same. So I was like f*ck it! I named the ship Customshipping because reasons. Now I really ship this! I also didn't want to give you guys a panic attack by calling it Kalosshipping! I feel that the character I molded Noble into is a version of her that is more calm and collected, and overall less sarcastic and nasty. This is exactly how Noble felt about Calem during the game though!
