"Okay, from the top now!" "Braxien!" My partner calls out. "Pancham!" They look like they're ready. "Braxien, Fire Spin!" Around Pancham, a vortex of flames burns. "Now Mystical Fire!" Braxien jumps over Pancham, shooting the star shaped fire attack down. "Pancham use Dark Pulse!" The attack shot up and the two moves exploded into black and white sparkles. I was dancing behind my Pokemon the whole time.
I hear applause. I look up and see another trainer sitting on the park bench. She has a bright smile, and twinkling eyes. "That was amazing! Isn't that right, Floette, Sylvie, Audino?" "Sylveon!" "Audi!" "Flo!" Mall of her Polemon reply. She walks up to me. "Hi! My names Kandi. I'm a Pokemon performer just like you. Serena Yvonne, right? Oh, I could just picture your dress. Red, and flowy. and my arceaus! It would look amazing with black lace!" She talks so quickly I have trouble understanding her, but the dress idea was pretty nice. "That's a good idea but I don't know where I cou-" She cuts me off in another rapid line of speech. "I'm sure Valerie could make it! I'm a good friends with her. That's because I'm from Lavvere city. And my gosh I just had a brilliant idea!" She notices my troubled look. "Sorry, I get like that when I'm excited." She says sheepishly.
"Hey Sere! Ready for the showcase tomorrow?" I feel myself blushing for no reason. "Umm, yeah, I guess, Ash." I say, stuttering. Kandi is staring at me and smirking. Then she sighs when she notices how dense Ash is in his following statement. "That's great! You're gonna rock! I love your confidence!" Now she's staring at him bug eyed. I see her mouth the word 'how' to her Pokemon. "Oh her are you?" He asks Kandi. "My names Kandi, and like Serena her I'm a Pokemon performer." "Cool!" He replies.
"Ash!" A female voice calls. A certain red haired trainer comes to pay us a visit. "What're you doing here?! I told you not to run away! Want a taste of my mallet?!" She angerily spats out before rushing away. "Misty Waterflower, my big brother Kyle battled her, he won. Haven't seen him in a while." She says sadly. "I have to go. See ya at the contest!" "Sylveon!" Her and Pokemon start jogging towards the Pokemon center. I saw Misty and Ash run towards a garden. I know its not right to stalk, but no ones here to stop me. I follow them to the garden. When I get there, I'm more them shocked. I'm mortified.
"You know, you're not half bad when you pay attention." Misty says in an alurring voice. She starts leaning closer to him on the bench. Before I can get a grasp of reality she kisses him. He turns a solid red and trys to scoot away but she's too strong for him. I let out a cry as I sprint away. As far away as I can get from my worst nightmare.
