((A/N: before I start this let me just say that I don't ship this, Aarui is OTP and this is just something random. Aarui is still a thing but this is more of a "What If" kinda situation.))

Rui sunk to the ground with her hand on her eyes, tears leaking out. Everyone was gone, her parents, her siblings, Aaron.

All gone.

All because of HIM.

Ein stood in front of her with his silver sword with leather hilt pointed at her. The dust from Aaron was still on his jacket and a little bit on his face.

"Face me, dear." Ein commanded from the girl on the ground in front of him. He knew that she gave up, none of her loved ones and friends are left. This left her...broken and easy to control.

But he knew, they weren't really gone. He sent them into a pocket world that'll give him time to use Rui.

To use Enochian for his own bidding.

Ruis dull light blue eyes looked up at him, her body rising against her will.

It wasn't like anyone was left to help her, she couldn't do anything by herself.

She became dependant on the others.

Eins hand reached out to her, as if to say to come with him. Rui slowly took his hand a portal appeared next to them, leading to Eins hideout.

A golden bone flew between them, causing Ein to back away and release Ruis hand. His black ears pinned down as he turned to see Aaron, his eyes glowing gold next to a very angry group of Hunters and the Star Sanses.

Rui looked at their direction as tears filled her eyes. She thought they died but here they are, alive and standing together.

"Leave Rui alone!" Aaron said as he stepped over and in front of Rui, his wing pulling Rui behind him.

"The battle is just beginning."

"Oh this'll be interesting!"

"Shut up you fools! We're not supposed to speak!"

"Whoops, sorry Athena."

"Sorry Athy!"
