(This is told through Lunas POV)

I have no idea how this all happened...it feels like a dream but it's not.

Dream and I had to go to with the Star Sanses on a mission and I'm not so sure of what happened. We went to Heavenfell to stop Underfell Gaster from taking the determination of the human when we saw...another Dream but he looked so sad. His eyes didn't have any of the regular stars and it almost seemed as if what happened to Nightmare happened to Dream.

"...Dream?" I called out to him and took a small step forward towards him. I felt someones bony fingers pull me back to see Nightmare and Dream. My Dream. The other Dream looked at me and it almost seemed as if tears was going to fall.

"You're alive, Luna." The other Dream said with a single tear falling from his eye socket.

"Of course I am. What happened?" I asked worried. He's still Dream, even if he is from another timeline or au.

The other Dream stayed quiet before noticing regular Dream and Nightmare. He glared at them for a moment before turning with his cape to them and walking off. I just...stood next to Dream and Nightmare and watched the other Dream leave.

Dream grabbed my shoulders and turned me to face him. He had a serious expression on his face as he looked at me. Then...he hugged me.

I didn't expect him to do that but I hugged him back. He knew something big and important but... he doesn't want to tell me. But why won't he tell me about why that is?

I decided to not question it for now.

☆Time Skip to night, Dreams POV☆

I stood near the window and looked out it. That other me seemed to have the same thing Nightmare had. He seemed suprised to see that Luna was alive. Why wouldn't she be? She has a whole family to help her and I promised Victoria and myself that I'll protect her.

"Your up late." Said a familiar voice from behind me. I turned around to see Luna in light blue sweatpants and a white tank top saying "Dream Big". She had her hair in messy bun and had on a pair of black glasses and a pencil was tucked behind her ear. Her miss matched eyes was almost glowing where she was and she had a sketch book in one hand.

"Yeah. Why are you up so late?" I asked her. I noticed that she looked at the necklace around her neck. It seemed almost like a locket with a moon and stars on it.

"I always stay up late. It's when I...draw." Luna said after looking back up. I didn't know she can draw.

"You draw?" I asked and Lunas face went bright red.

"S-Sometimes...not a lot though." She replied and looked out the window. She went to the balcony and sat on the ledge with one leg dangling over it. She leaned on the pillar with the sketch book in her hand and her pencil in hand. I stood next to her and grabbed the sketchbook.

I started to look through it and they were mainly mythical animals and different kinds of aus. One drawing stood out, a tree with many branches.

"Wow...your amazing at drawing." I said while still looking at it. Lunas ears started to turn lightly red as she looks at me.

"No I'm not. I'm not a great artist but I'm always trying!" Luna said with stars in her eyes but not a lot. I laughed at that before noticing that she was about to fall. I grabbed her arm and pulled her towards me, where it's safe. She looks up at me before blushing and checks the time.

She bids me goodnight and goes to her room in HQ.

That's when the other Dream decided to show up. He just stared at me before looking at the door.

"Why are you here?" I said, unsure of him. He looked at me again and his eyes turned darker than usual.

"To make sure this timeline Luna is safe." The other Dream said before turning his back to me.

"What do you want from her?" I asked and he glanced at me.

"For her to not get killed."

I just stared at him with wide eyes. What did he mean?

"She won't be killed."

The other Dream got close before going back to the ledge.

"She won't."

The other Dream disappeared and I just stood there before going inside. I went up to Lunas room and looked inside to seeing her asleep with her blanket slightly off. Her sketch book was on the of her bed and her locket was off. I went close to her bed and moved some of her hair away from her forehead before lightly bumping my forehead on hers.

"I promise...you won't die as long as I live, Luna."
