I suppose it would be appropriate to mention that since this is One Piece, there isn't any real backing or evidence of this ship.

Dracule Mihawk is without question the strongest swordsman in One Piece. He is also a great gentleman persona. Meanwhile, Perona is puffed up, spoiled, and a lady in name only.
