You want to know why?

Because she actually accepts the fact Alm doesn't love her back; she doesn't go insane after Alm states he doesn't love her.

Honestly, I don't really ship these two too much. I did like the support conversations, though; Faye actually understands that Alm doesn't love her. And she's kind about it—she doesn't freak out. In fact, she actually asks Alm if it's okay if she can still have a crush on him. She doesn't go insane—she still cherishes the relationship she still has with him.

Yeah, I really like Faye's character. No one can stop me.

But, I don't really ship this. I see them more as friends, even though Faye looks at Alm romantically.
