If you've seen my announcement, you'll know that in about a week's time (possibly more, knowing myself), I will open commissions for the first time officially! These are for the long-overdue 600-follower special!

There will be five slots, three on DeviantArt for DA points, and two here on Wattpad for customs. This chapter is to help introduce you to my new 'Terms of Service' and to get some feedback prior to opening the commissions!

- In particular, I would really appreciate it if I could get some feedback on if my 'prices' seem affordable and reasonable. It's pretty important for me to have some knowledge of what my 'customers' think, so feel free to (politely) share your views! -

I also know that some people like to write their form beforehand (like I do), so the form will be included in this chapter. ^^ Another bonus of that, is that people who actually read my updates will be able to submit their forms faster and get the slots first! 😀

But without further ado, let's get into it!

(Quick note, most of this is copy-and-pasted into this chapter from my note app. Messages to you viewers and extra explanations from present-me will be in bold!)

TOS:

1. Wherever you post, display or use the art you have commissioned, you must credit me, every time you use it, with either my name and source (in this case, DA or Wattpad) or account link. If I see that you haven't, the first time, I'll politely remind you. The second time, I won't be accepting any more commissions, art trades, requests, etc, from you. I take art theft (yes, technically this would be, as it's as if you're claiming it as your own) very seriously.

2. Since these are my first official commissions, you must pay the full, given amount of points/customs beforehand - don't worry, I can be trusted to finish the commission. If at any point between you paying and me finishing the commission, you desperately wish to have the points back, we can discuss it and I may give a 50-75% refund. Or there's not much I can do in the case of Wattpad ^^'

3. Only request for one slot per person, and - in this case - one character per commission (so that I can get them all done efficiently).

4. I don't mind sending WIP's of the commission, especially if you believe it's taking a while or is a scenic piece. By that, I mean I can provide you pictures of the commission in progress if you wish to see them and to confirm that everything is alright.

5. The chibis, sketches, flat drawings, etc, will obviously take a shorter amount of time than scenes and shaded drawings - not to mention that I have a personal life to deal with as well. I will take my time with them, while trying to complete them in a reasonable while, so please don't rush me or spam me with progress questions.

6. Feel free to tell me details about a character, like their personality, so I can draw them as accurately as possible.

7. In order for your commission to be accepted, the chosen character/OC must have fullbody art of them, that I can easily understand their design from. For example, a reference sheet, a flat fullbody piece, and so on. Please, DO NOT send me a shaded or traditional image of the character - I am not able to eyedrop colours or patterns from these. I might accept an image that has very minimal or simple shading, but it all depends on how available the colours are.
7)b) For the Species Reference Sheet, please provide me with a fullbody image of the species, as well as descriptions for each of the categories/poses that you would like on the reference (the latter can be commented separately).

8. I will only be accepting DA points for the three commission slots here on DA. Or customs for TES, on Wattpad, since here, we don't have any official payment methods and I'm too young to deal with money TvT

9. What I will and will not draw is listed below the form - please follow what is said there.

10. The commission commented fully AND paid before yours, will be completed first. For example, say Person A commented an incomplete form, then Person B commented a complete form but didn't pay until a few hours after I confirmed, then Person C commented completely and paid right after my confirmation. Person C would get their commission first, then Peron B - Person A wouldn't get one at all.

11. I will be sharing completed commissions on my DeviantArt and Wattpad (with appropriate credit for designs, characters, etc). However, if you seriously have a big issue with this, let me know and I'll consider to keep it private with a tiny price increase.

12. Complete the form provided below fully, or else I'll just ignore your comment, as that will indicate you haven't read my Terms of Service properly.
