Tonight will be quite the NXT TakeOver as this will be P.A.3.K.'s second one since getting signed. Not only that, this will be his first match in a somewhat familiar environment, a steel cage albeit with the ring ropes and post still there. 

As he prepares, P.A.3.K. arrives at Scotiabank Arena as he walks around with a few side chats with other members of the NXT roster fist bumping and offering well wishes before the match. He then notices once he was all alone that his phone had been vibrating. He gets out the phone to see Tegan wanting a video call.

Upon answering, he is greeted by a hoodie wearing Tegan on the other end.

Tegan: It's TakeOver there yeah?

P.A.3.K.: Yeah *chuckles*

Tegan: *pouts* Answering like me again? That's so rude!

P.A.3.K.: Oh no! Wait, please I'm so...

Tegan: *giggling* Oh I'm just kiddin'. Such a dense lad. No need to be a plonker all the time!

P.A.3.K.: *breathes a sigh of relief* Yup. Just a bit nervous is all

Tegan: Awww, I know you have this. Just don't go crazy and get me worryin' again!

P.A.3.K.: Alright Steff, I won't.

Tegan: Good luck! Oh it's going to be the kick off, I better leave you to preparing.

P.A.3.K.: See you later ...well when you..

Tegan: No, no. I will come calling .*smiles* Until later, good luck again!

Tegan flashed him a smile as she finished the call. P.A.3.K. was smiling until he felt a gentle tap on his back.

P.A.3.K.: Ahhh!

He heard giggling as he turned around to see Dakota with the Garganos.

Dakota: Bro, come on now. If Tegan does that, you might scare her little heart!

Johnny: Yeah man, don't give her a scare!

Candice: I think he got the point *giggles*

P.A.3.K.: Well, that got some nervousness away.

Dakota: Hey, you got this. I mean you've been in a similar environment.

Johnny: Oh yeah, this is like your MMA days, just with ropes.

Candice: It will be so much fun!

P.A.3.K.: Yeah.... 

P.A.3.K. covered his mouth as Dakota grins.

Dakota: Oooh oooh I see our friend here mimic his long distance wifey!

P.A.3.K.: We're just friends! *blushing* 

Johnny: Just friends, so far! *eyebrows going up and down*

Candice: Hey, don't bully him like that!

Dakota: Bully, he's bigger than us!

Johnny: And he's a sport. Right?

P.A.3.K. blushed as he excused himself and left. While they meant well, he had to rechannel as he had to focus for his match at TakeOver.

Middle of the Show
Lowering of the Steel Cage

The Steel Cage is about to be lowered as the lights began to flicker with the cage going down on the ring. The theme for the cage lowering adds to the suspense and excitement.

Mauro: The time for talk is over as the cage is being lowered down. We got our two gladiators still in the back as their colisseum is being readied.

Beth: Mauro that is correct. We are now getting ready for the Steel Cage Match between the Knock Out Artist Kassius Ohno and the Resilient Warrior P.A.3.K.

Wade: We know how this will end. Kassius will just toy with P.A.3.K. and one Knock Out Elbow is all it will take for him to be the winner and for the so-called upstart to be humiliated and humbled in a well deserved defeat.

Vic: Oh give me a break. We can give Kassius that benefit but P.A.3.K. will enter that cage with one thing in mind, revenge! 

Mauro: Alright ladies and gentlemen, in my years of calling events like this, it is better that we let this play out and we call it. Things can go either way and we will see it for ourselves.

Beth: Talk time is over, let's go now to our Ring Announcer, well outside the ring, Alicia Taylor for the introductions.

Alicia Taylor: The following contest is a Steel Cage Match, set for one fall....

Crowd: ONE FALL!

 Alicia: The only way to win this match is through pin fall, submission or by escaping the cage.

Vic: Knowing these two and the extent of what they can deal, no one is considering leaving the cage. They will want to either knock out or tap out the opposition.

Alicia Taylor: First, from Dayton, Ohio, weighing in at 270 pounds, Kassius Ohno!

Kassius makes his way to the ring all cocky and confident but focused at the task at hand.

Wade: In comes the Artist entering this dungeon but we all know one elbow is all it will take!

Mauro: Knock out Artist will have less space to walk off as both have snuck in attacks. No ambushes here in a place like this.

Kassius enters the cage as he strikes a pose and makes his elbow strike his palm to show off that he has the match absolutely done. He now looks at the entrance way waiting for his opponent.

Alicia Taylor: And his opponent, from Tondo, Manila, Philippines weighing in at 275 pounds, P.A.3.K.!

Mauro: And here comes the Titan from Tondo! The warrior of resilience.

Wade: More like the warrior who runs away! There is no running, he will be like a cornered animal sent to the slaughterhouse!

Beth: Oh stop it Wade!

Mauro: I will have to agree with Beth here. He will walk into familiar territory but let's not forget here that P.A.3.K. was a cage fighter. Ohno would be the one in a disadvantage!

P.A.3.K. makes his way to the ring and removes his entrance robe as he enters the cage through the door with the referee already distancing the two opponents from one another before the bell rings. Once the lights returned to normal in Scotiabank Arena, the referee rings the bell for the match to officially start.

Match Start
Kassius and P.A.3.K. stare each other down as the fans in attendance chant, "This is Awesome!". Kassius mocks P.A.3.K. going for an early swing with his elbow, but fakes out. P.A.3.K. aims for a Buzzsaw High Kick, but Kassius catches P.A.3.K. in an awkward position to hit him with a resounding slap

Kassius then cockily pushes away P.A.3.K.

Kassius smirks but P.A.3.K. takes down Kassius and beats him into a ground and pound to the delight and cheers of the fans. The referee is unable to stop the punches there is no disqualifications, so P.A.3.K. went on a barrage of punches on Kassius's head.

Kassius, using his core strength kicks P.A.3.K. away with both his legs to cause some separation. Kassius then hits P.A.3.K. with a Bicycle Kick

P.A.3.K. reels back as Kassius begins to attempt for the KO as he winds up. P.A.3.K. ducks the forearm, but Kassius, catches the ducked P.A.3.K. in a Cravate Headlock.

Kassius cranks up the pressure as he transitions the Headlock into a Grounded Cravate Headlock

Kassius was able to ground P.A.3.K. as the Knock Out Artist shouts and yells at the Resilient Warrior to give up. P.A.3.K. screams and resists. Kassius keeps up the pressure, but P.A.3.K. begins to strike at Kassius's core with some elbow shots until Kassius lets go. P.A.3.K. attempts for a Back Suplex, but Kassius reverses it into a Modified Neckbreaker

P.A.3.K. recoiled and bounced into the ropes with his head slightly hitting the cage wall. Kassius then goes for a Triple Rolling Back Suplex as he hits the first 2 in succession. Once he goes for the third, he smashes the back of P.A.3.K. on the cage wall then lands the third on the mat. 

Kassius attempts for a pin, but he hits forearm smashes on the grounded opponent. Kassius then mockingly does the slit throat taunt like P.A.3.K. as he goes behind P.A.3.K. for a 3K Box Rear Naked Choke as he attempts to roll himself with P.A.3.K. to lock it in. 

The Resilient Warrior however attempts to keep himself upright as he began to smash the Knock Out Artist's back on the turnbuckles and the cage wall to get him off. After some attempts and resisting, Kassius is smashed off P.A.3.K.'s back as he lets go as P.A.3.K. is freed and regaining himself. 

P.A.3.K. walks to get some separation as Kassius is still reeling. P.A.3.K. then begins to run into Kassius and rams his shoulder into Kassius's core as he presses him into the turnbuckle with his spine. P.A.3.K. then begins to hold onto Kassius in a bear hug like hold then ram him to the adjacent cage wall. 

P.A.3.K. transitions to lift Kassius into the 3K Driver and goes for the first pin fall. 

ONE...

Kassius raises his shoulder as P.A.3.K. did not argue with the result. P.A.3.K. picks up Kassius as the Knock Out Artist surprises P.A.3.K. with a Cravate Knee Facebreaker then transitions into a Cravate Suplex. 

Kassius then attempts for a pin but P.A.3.K. kicks out. Kassius then grabs his outstretched arm and does his version of a Triangle Hold as he smashes his forearm while P.A.3.K. shuts out the pain. P.A.3.K. tries to reach for the ropes even if that will not stop the hold but he uses it for leverage despite Ohno's forearm smash shots. Ohno keeps the Triangle Hold locked in, but P.A.3.K. begins to slowly lift Kassius and swing his head from the sides of the cage wall. This went on until Kassius let go. 

As both men were already struck on the head, they had one strike left as both began to swing to gain momentum as each man struck one another with a KO Elbow Smash to the temple. 

Both men fell to the middle of the ring as the referee checked up on the competitors to see if they can still continue. The referee then saw a bit of a sign of life as both began to move a bit as they began to rise up slowly as the crowd were on their feet and cheering, "Let's go Ohno- P.A.3.K.!" 

P.A.3.K. and Kassius were struggling to get up using the ropes as both men were still rocked after that KO elbow as Kassius was the one that recovered first.

Kassius: You can't beat the original! 

Kassius winded himself again as he went for another Discus KO, but P.A.3.K. this time ducks and catches him in a 3K Bomb. P.A.3.K. did not stop there as he began to ground and pound on a prone Kassius as he tries to transition into an arm triangle, but Kassius's elbows found P.A.3.K.'s head again and kept smashing until P.A.3.K. let go. 

Kassius then saw an opening as he hit a Cyclone Kick on a bent P.A.3.K. As the boot hit the side of P.A.3.K.'s temple, P.A.3.K. was reeling by a side of the cage wall. Kassius knew a High Tension Elbow will do the trick as he began to run into the ropes. P.A.3.K. sidestepped at the last minute as Kassius launched himself forearm first into the side of the cage. P.A.3.K. saw the opening as he hits a Buzzsaw High Kick to the side of Kassius's temple as the Knock Out Artist goes down. 

P.A.3.K. knew the end is near as he immediately goes to the side of Kassius and for good measure and revenge, struck the back of his head with forearm shots before locking in the 3K Box Rear Naked Choke. P.A.3.K. shifted so he can be under Kassius as he locks it in while Kassius struggles and tries to strike at P.A.3.K., but is unable to get a clean hit. He tries to get to the ropes but the referee is unable to break the hold as there is no disqualification. Kassius tries to use his legs, but P.A.3.K. has shifted his weight and wrapped his limbs all over Kassius to ensure he stays down.

After all the damage and head shots, Kassius begins to fade as his arms are no longer flailing. The referee grabs Kassius's arm and lifts it up, only for it to go down without any resistance. This went on for two more times for it to constitute a submission victory as the referee calls for the bell. P.A.3.K. keeps the hold on even after the bell for 3 more seconds and lets go.

Alicia Taylor: The winner of this match by submission, P.A.3.K.!

Wade: That was quite the carnage! We just saw hard hit after hard hit but despite it all, the rookie won it.

Mauro: I wouldn't use that to call the Titan of Tondo as such Wade. Vade used the environment to his advantage and his past experience to defeat Kassius Ohno! 

Vic: Wade, the Knock Out Artist just submitted.

Wade: But, he didn't tap out. He passed out! 

Beth: Despite that, the referee already lifted the arm and it didn't resist. Kassius was no longer there!

P.A.3.K. was clutching his head as his arm was raised, while at the same time, the cage was being raised. Kassius was now being tended to by the ringside EMTs as P.A.3.K. was being helped up and assisted as he was struggling to walk by his own power.

Wade: He still got rocked. My respect still goes to Kassius, the rookie just got lucky! Had it been a regular match, Kassius would just demolish...

Beth: Oh shut it Barrett!

After the Match
Trainer's Office

P.A.3.K. and Kassius were being checked on for possible concussions. Both men were beside one another as the trainers gave the green with reservation that both not compete on the coming NXT until they are reassured of the progress of recovery. Kassius smiled as he saw his on-screen rival take the victory minutes before.

Kassius: Well, that was quite the victory good sir!

P.A.3.K.: Glad you're okay with it.

Kassius: Nonesense! You and I just helped bring in the numbers. We fed off each other's intensity to make this a masterpiece! 

Regal: *walks in* I am so proud of you both but due to the doctor's orders we may switch up your 3rd encounter. 

Kassius: Well it's a bit of my bad for going crazy with the head shots *chuckles*

P.A.3.K.: Hey, that's an ordinary day from where I came from.

Regal: Now gentlemen, much as you want to make light of concussions and shots to the head, we have to be careful now. Best we tread on the side of caution given you both have years ahead of you.

Kassius: He's right.

Dakota then walks in with P.A.3.K.'s phone in her hand.

Dakota: Oooh congrats to you both! You two went crazy there.

Kassius: Oh, thanks!

P.A.3.K.: We made it happen *smiles*

Dakota: Awww but I suggest you answer now because.... *shows P.A.3.K. his missed call notifications* your landlady's worried *giggles*

P.A.3.K.'s eyes widened as he saw that Tegan called again for a video chat. He had no choice but to do the call in the trainer's office.

Tegan: *worried face* Hey, how are you?

P.A.3.K.: A bit sore and with a headache but...

Tegan: *concerned* What did you expect when you two elbowed, punched, and kicked each other on the head?!?!

Regal: *through P.A.3.K.'s side of the call* At least none of them bled so we're in the clear.

Kassius; Don't blame me! Blame your man here for knocking me and choking me out!

Tegan: *playful* Well you *at Kassius* beat his head into a pulp you plonker!

Kassius: Hey,... *at P.A.3.K.* What did she call me?

P.A.3.K.: She called you an idiot.

Tegan: *giggles* Thank you. I'm not mad anymore but ...

Regal: The two blokes won't be competing until after this coming NXT. Doctor's orders just to be safe

Tegan: No concussion?

P.A.3.K.: None. So we're in the greens.

Tegan: *breathes* Good... *yawns*

Dakota: What time is it over there dude?

Tegan: 3AM?

Regal: Bloody hell lass! You have to go sleep as you have a session with the rehab team of NXT UK...

Tegan: Relax Mr. Regal, we got the day off today *giggles* But yes, I've been seeing the team and they said I'm doing wondrous progress.

Regal: Ah *smiles* That's great. 

P.A.3.K.: So uhhh... before anyone interrupts my call!

Kassius playfully whistles as Dakota is grinning as P.A.3.K. continues

P.A.3.K.: That means you're free tomorrow?

Tegan: Well I am, but I have to let you rest your head.

Kassius: Tell him to NOT knock me out!

Tegan: *playfully cruel* Never.... *to P.A.3.K.* Good night l...ad!

P.A.3.K.: Good night Steff 

P.A.3.K. ended the call as Dakota grinned

Dakota: Ooooh Pat's got a date again!

P.A.3.K.: Uhh, you do know she's miles away?

Dakota: Virtual date *smiles* loosen up bro!

P.A.3.K.: Alright.

P.A.3.K. and Kassius stayed on until both went to the hotel where they were staying. P.A.3.K. retired for the night as a full day awaited filled with rest after a hard hitting Steel Cage Match.
