Morning

P.A.3.K. wakes up as usual but this time, there was an extra zip to his step. He woke up smiling as he had done his morning routine and had already fed the dogs. As he was about to make his breakfast, his phone rang to show that Tegan was starting a videocall with him. 

P.A.3.K. answered, as usual with his bed hair still showing, to a smiling Tegan Nox on the other line.

Tegan: Top of the mornin' to ya!

P.A.3.K.: I can see someone woke up on the right side of the bed *chuckles*

Tegan: Awww did my reliable housesitter just wake up?

P.A.3.K.: Not really, but I hope you'll be watching NXT tonight...well past midnight there ...you get what I mean

Tegan's eyes lit up as she wanted to guess for herself what was about to go down that night

Tegan: Oh oh! *raising her hand* lemme guess, you're returnin'? 

P.A.3.K.: *smirking* guess some more but I won't be telling *chuckles*

Tegan: Oh don't be doing that to little old me 

Tegan said this with sad puppy eyes, begging for her friend and house sitter to let her know what was about to go down for that night. P.A.3.K. wanted to keep the surprise a secret despite this so he didn't break.

P.A.3.K.: All I will say is, just watch. I don't want to ruin the surprise. But it won't involve me being injured again. 

Tegan: *breathes a sigh of relief* Alright, I surrender. But it better be good! 

Both friends then began to prepare for their days and talked a bit. While P.A.3.K. was having his breakfast, Tegan was reporting to her friend that in some time, she is making impressive progress with her rehab.

Tegan: And the doctors and staff told me, maybe next month, I may be able to return to the ring here in NXT UK. And... I am just so excited!!

Tegan said this with her hands on her cheeks, hiding the excitement and blush. P.A.3.K. chuckled along with her as he asked

P.A.3.K.: Why contain your excitement? You're hiding your Shining cheeks *blushes*

Tegan: Hey! *blushes some more* did you just comment about my face?

P.A.3.K.: I mean, you're shine brightens up all the days (of my life...)

Tegan: Awww such a kidding plonker. Don't kid around now. (He found me pretty? despite...oh...)

P.A.3.K.: Well, you're drop dead cheeky and a charmer. Also you got this zest and shine for life that I think would make you a fitting partner for life...

Tegan: *blushes* Are you ...?

P.A.3.K.: Oh gosh... that was awkward... I'm sorry

Tegan: No wait! I know we're not in one place right now but I hope to get to know you more...if you mean what I think you mean.

P.A.3.K.: Well uhhh...

Tegan: You don't need to stay on topic if it's uncomfortable *blushes and smiles*

P.A.3.K.: Maybe another time... (For fuck's sake! I was close! Ugh! Awkwardness took over but I hope at some point even like this we'd become....)

Tegan: Oh tosh! I have to go first. Well, gonna be on nana duties. Take care over there!

P.A.3.K.: You too! 

With Tegan
Tegan blushed as she ended the video chat. She was happy to report to her friend that she will be back in the ring, but felt odd as to why she told P.A.3.K. first.

Tegan: It's glad I can confide these things with Pat...just hope he won't play with my heart. Or turn me away when I admit to him that I used to...

Tegan's nephew then began to call for Tegan to help him with some homework. Tegan grumbled but knew it was her duty as an aunt to be of help in whatever way she can.

Tegan: Alright *to her nephew* Don't get your knickers in a twist and let me help ya with your school work!

Later at Full Sail University
WWE NXT 
Backstage
2 hours before the show

P.A.3.K. was back at Full Sail, readying for whatever it was he had to do tonight. He was welcomed back by Johnny, Cameron, the B.R.E. and most importantly, Kassius. After bumping knuckles and updating due to his time off, he was called to Regal's office for a meeting.

Regal's Office
Regal welcomed P.A.3.K. back as he let him sit across from him. P.A.3.K. could not contain the excitement he is feeling as Regal began to speak.

Regal: Well, young man, you're here now, so that means, we're going with what he have in store. Any words before we proceed?

P.A.3.K.: Glad to be back first of all, even if it was quite a short absence, but I feel we're gonna make good on this.

Regal: Already quite a fast learner. And only weeks ago, you were just a trainee at the Performance Center. The man I have in front of me is becoming quite the student of the game. You better get ready.

WWE NXT 
Timeskip to the last minutes of the Main Event
Triple Threat Match for the NXT North American Championship
Kassius Ohno v. Johnny Gargano v. Velveteen Dream (C)

Gargano was able to hit the One Final Beat on Velveteen Dream after Dream landed on the canvas as Ohno rolled away from the Purple RainMaker elbow drop. As Johnny was nearing Kassius, Kassius pops him with a forearm smash then decks him with a Rolling Elbow to the skull. 

Johnny was slightly reeling as Kassius was pumping himself up for a High Tension Elbow. As Kassius was closing the gap between himself and Gargano, he was cut off by a hoodied-up figure who speared the KnockOut Artist. The hoodie-wearing fellow then removed the hood and revealed himself to be none other than the returning P.A.3.K.!

Wade: What? 

Mauro: It's P.A.3.K.!

Vic: He's back!

P.A.3.K. then hits the 3K Bomb on Ohno as he rolls away back to the crowd. Ohno is downed and rolling away as Gargano begins to regain himself with the ropes. Unfortunately, Velveteen was able to recover and hit the Dream Valley Driver on Johnny Wrestling, before heading to the top rope and hit the Purple RainMaker on Johnny to end the match and retain the North American Championship.

Backstage

P.A.3.K. was walking backstage as Kayla stopped him for an interview.

Kayla: P.A.3.K.! P.A.3.K.! A few words please on your involvement in the North American Championship match just now?

P.A.3.K.: Hey Kayla, let's just say I could care less who walked out the North American Championship, save for one Kassius Ohno. *faces the camera* Hey Kassius, Mr. Knock Out Artist. When you thought you can take me down for good just as I got started, me being here and costing you the North American Championship, should have sent the following signal to that thick skull of yours. It ain't finished. I'm not done. I can't wait for our rematch, but don't think knocking you out myself will be how I will even things, no sir. I will make you TAP. OUT! After you using my moves to try to make me famous, I'm about to be more famous at your expense. See you next week, you know where to find me. 

P.A.3.K. walks away from the shot as Kayla just nods at the camera.

After NXT and the segment
Kayla chuckles and sees P.A.3.K. as she congratulates the returning NXT superstar.

Kayla: Hey, quite the promo there.

P.A.3.K.: Well, thanks Kayla. I did all I can to get these people watching and wanting more of our program with Chris (Kassius).

Kayla: Impressive still.

Kassius walks in and pats P.A.3.K. on the back.

Kassius: Well well well! Quite the student you are!

P.A.3.K.: You taught me well.

Kassius: Nah! Not just me, but you have to give some props to Regal...

Regal: *walks in* Because that promo had some vile and venom that you got in that big body of yours, if I can say so myself *chuckles and applauds*

P.A.3.K.: Gosh *blushing* I'm now on the spot.

Kassius: If not for you suggesting this, we won't have this Takeover match in the works...shoot shouldn't have said that!

Regal: *laughs* Well, now you both know what we have planned for next week. 

As they talked on, P.A.3.K.'s phone rang to see Tegan wanting a video call.

Regal: Answer it, my boy

Kassius: Hey man, better answer it. Will be seeing you next week

P.A.3.K. then went back to his locker room and answered as she saw Tegan with her eyes wide open and shaking the screen.

Tegan: *voice audible but hushed* YOU'VE RETURNED?!?!?!

P.A.3.K.: Well, my cover's blown now *chuckles*

Tegan: That's amazin'! My resilient warrior...friend returned in time for another TakeOver.

P.A.3.K.: Better watch next week...

Kassius: *background* Oh it's happening!

Tegan: *playfully pouts* Boo! Spoiler!

P.A.3.K.: Yet you want me to spill the beans on what I was gonna do earlier?

Tegan: Hey, I trust you more *smiles* Say, got plans tomorrow?

P.A.3.K.: Off day but usual home workouts. Why?

Tegan: Home workouts? Mind if I join you?

P.A.3.K.: I see why not? *smiles*

Tegan: Alright *yawns* Good night!

P.A.3.K.: Good night Steff *smiles*

P.A.3.K. blushed a bit as he then began to clean up before heading home to rest up for the next day.
