A/N: Okay guys this is rubbish and I admit it. But I swear I tried to make it better....

Its just ideas didn't come and I had a bit of a hectic week... so I couldn't upload. So I guess sorry for dat and a not so good chpter.

Here goes then...read on...

I stayed in my dorm the rest of the day zapping flies and thinking. Changing the overhead constellation from Orion to something else and then to Orion back again. At a moment I changed it to Lyra. And found Vega. I wish it was as easy finding my twin. But it's not and it's not fair. But then again, who said life is fair?

I got hungry in the afternoon as I missed breakfast. So I walked up for lunch not wanting to face Dad but my hunger was my master at the moment.

I walked out of the common room and to the Great Hall slowly. I met the bloody baron on my way out of the dungeons and he scowled at me and told me to not slouch and walk like a proud Slytherin. Normally I would have childishly stuck out my tongue. But today I wasn't in the mood. So I pretty much ignored him and walked away.

Two water balloon hit me in the back of my head. I pulled out my wand and sent nonverbal jinxes in the direction and a two girls stumbled out from behind the knight armor one holding her nose and the other trying to hide her teeth. Pansy's nose had elongated like that liar puppet's in the muggle story Pinnochio. While Millicent Bul-something had teeth longer than Bugs Bunny the muggle cartoon. I laughed to taunt them.

"Really? That is the best you can do?" I asked taking out all my pent up anger and frustration on them. I advanced on them slowly with my wand raised.

"Stay away Snape." Pansy shrieked but that set more of my adrenaline pumping. I cocked my head to a side grinning. Her fear feeding my ego.

"Chkared of me Panpan?" I asked her pouting in a baby voice.

"Of- of course n-not. Now lower your bloody wand and stay away or I will scream."she said backing away from me. It was really amusing to watch her reaction.

"Yea? Is that the best you can do Panpan?" I hissed still advancing with my wand raised.

"I swear I will scream." she said backing off as the other girl watched confused as to what to do. Pansy stumbled against a statue and landed hard on her bum. She let out a scream in fear. The other girl looked scared too now but she had the sense to pull out her wand and point it at me. Cool. A duel! Exactly what I required to get all my frustration out. But Pansy was still screaming. Her piercing shriek was ringing in my ears. Making me feel as if they would burst.

"Shut the hell up! I haven't even done anything to you." I hissed through clenched teeth and sent a silencing charm at her shutting her up even as....

"Ms. Parkinson why are you screaming may I ask. And why do the two of you have your wands out? What is the meaning of this Ms. Snape? I thought you more responsible than this. That will be thirty points off Slytherin. Each." Mc'gonnagal said sternly turning up suddenly. Maybe not as suddenly. She was alerted by Panpan after all. I swear at the moment I would have given anything to beat up the two and take out my frustration a bit.

"Bu- but Proffesor I was provoked." the thick set girl with black hair, Millicent said.

"Yes I can see that. What were you thinking attacking your own house members? Threatening them? You certainly know such behaviour is unacceptable at Hogwarts." Mc'gonnagal turned to me. Unprovoked? Unprovoked did she say? I hexed her because she asked me for it. She threw water balloons at me. Wasn't anyone going to even consider that? I told Mc'gonnagal my side of the story. But she still looked outraged.

"I am taking you to Prof. Snape. He will know how to deal with this." she said. But as soon as the words left her mouth I groaned. She looked at me with a raised eyebrow.

Everyone knows that he usually makes allowances for Slytherins. And under normal circumstances for me. But today couldn't get any worse. I was dragged all the way back to the dungeons to his office. I tried to plead with her to take me to the headmaster but she was adamant that Severus should atleast hear what his daughter did. Well. I have only one thing to say. She is gonna be disappointed heavily or extremely shocked. Her choice then.

We reached the door of his office and she rapped on it sharply with her knuckles. He opened the door only slightly to see only Mc'gonnagal. I smelt something close to alcohol. But far stronger. Even his eyes were kind of bloodshot.

"Ah...Minerva! To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit to the dungeons this time? What did Potter do now?" he asked in his usual silky tone slightly slurred.

"Severus! You have been drinking! And its just afternoon." she exclaimed stating the obvious.

"Thank you for pointing that out Minerva. Although I must admit I already am aware of that." he mumbled.

"We will talk later then Severus. When you are sober." she said and I couldn't stop my giggle. He looked at me with curious eyes. And yet those eyes held all the contempt, loathing, disgust, disappointment and hatred left in the world. I gave him a sickly sweet smile before Mc'gonnagal slammed his own door in his face mumbling and muttering stuff like irresponsible git or I don't know how Albus made someone like him a Proffesor or drunk idiot or disappointed and a little bit of vocabulary I never heard even Dad use ever.

"You may go. Make sure it doesnt happen again." she said too dazed to give me a detention. I ran off grateful. I met Lupin in the entrance hall. He stood with a packed trunk looking at the Great hall one last time before leaving. I smiled.

"Hello Proffesor!" I said not managing to surprise him as I hoped I would. He nodded and smiled sighing slightly.

"Hi Shine! I believe am not your Proffesor anymore." he said quietly. "call me Remus." he said turning to look at me. I smiled sadly.

"Am sorry you know. It wasnt any of your sodding fault and..." he chuckled bitterly stopping me mid sentence. He was staring behind me. I turned to see Snape arrive in a billowing of black robes. He sneered at us standing together and entered the hall for lunch.

"Then whose fault was it? If not mine? Tell me Shine, would he have escaped had I not transformed?" he asked. I don't know the answer myself. As far as I know the answer is no. He wouldn't have escaped. But I zipped up my tongue for once.

"Yes. He would have Remus. We don't know what he has learnt from his master. I am sure he taught the rat some tricks to escape in such a situation." I said instead. He nodded.

"I don't think I believe that though." he sighed and I suddenly remembered something suddenly. In the Shack he said he knew where my twin was. He knew of Vega.

"How do you know where Vega is?" I asked him.

He chuckled. "Make a wild guess." he said turning to look in my eyes and it suddenly struck me like lightning. I couldn't believe how stupid I was as the sudden realization dawned on me.

"Oh my effing Merlin! You! She stays with you. Good Merlin. I can hardly believe I have been so stupid last year. I had the answer right in front of me. Every answer. You even gave me slight hints with your behaviour. Good Lord! She really is with you?" I asked and he nodded in response to my rhetorical question.

I jumped up to hug him. He patted my back. Snape walked out then. He saw me hugging Remus and his lip curled slightly in a sneer before he decided I wasn't worth the attention and walked away without passing any snide comment.

"What say then? You stay with us this hols?" he asked and I nodded vigorously in my excitement. He laughed.

"As it is he threw me out. And I was wondering what to do." I told him and his eyes darkened.

"Severus threw you out? Does Dumbledore know?" he asked. I shrugged. But I expect he does know and even if he knows there is nothing he can do to reverse that decision.

"That slimy idiot! You want me to have a talk with him?" he growled in a dangerously low voice.

"Nah. Won't make a bloody difference." I replied. He stared at Dumbledore at the staff table and sighed deeply after a minute.

"Whatever you say then. Come over in the hols. Bye for now" he said and levitated his trunk as he started walking away. I watched him walk the lengths of the grounds to the carriage waiting for him at the gates. He turned and waved once before entering the carriage. I grinned and waved back.

There goes another school year. Only two more weeks and then to Lupin's place.
