Welcome to Shimmering Waters! I'm going to make this quick, don't worry. I'm not going to pretend like I'm super talented like some people on Wattpad - I just love making graphics and want to make some more! This is my first graphic shop, so please be nice !! Let's get on with it! 

RULES

01. Be kind! Like I said before, this is my first graphic shop. I want everyone to be happy, but I'm not going to let you walk all over me. Please respect me and my decisions if I decide not to accept your request! 

02. Please use the graphic! I know I'm not the most talented, but please don't shop hop, and please use the graphic for at least two weeks! 

03. Request only when a batch is open! (I'm following the batch system that I think was created by brielarsons). If the batch says "open" it's open, and, well, you all should know what the word "closed" means.

04. There is a password! It's just to make sure you all are reading these rules. The password is your favorite word, or just a word that you find quirky / interesting! 

05. I can do redo's if you don't like how the graphic turned out, but keep in mind that I'm busy and it might take me longer to do the redo than it did the original graphic!

06. Please give as much information as possible when you request. Making graphics can be tedious, and so the more I know, the better it will fit your criteria! Especially on the moodboards.

07.  Payment is a permanent follow, and credit! Just tag me with the @ sign and then 'girlofstarlight'. It's not that hard. 

08. Try not to request more than two or three times a batch. The more you request, the less likely I accept all of them!

09. There aren't any official VIP's, but if we're mutuals (i.e. we talk pretty frequently) then you have special privileges! I also don't have a blacklist atm. PLEASE HELP ME KEEP IT THIS WAY.

10. If your request is accepted, I'll send a message that says 'accepted' and if it's denied, I'll send one that says 'denied'. Don't harass me over my decisions please!!
