This week, our prompts are focused on ancient times. Your stories can have a fantasy mix, maybe a bit of romance or any genre of your choice. Just do your best to get creative and have fun with any prompt of your choice.

You're on a school trip to a museum. The antiques are majorly Roman artifacts and tales of Roman mythology.

A quiet and dark path gets your attention, and you leave your schoolmates.

You follow the path and step into a room with a gold framed mirror. You touch the mirror and suddenly appear in a world only seen in stories. A land of gods.

A young woman works as a waitress. A lot has gone wrong in her life.

Being a lover of ancient times, tales and myths, she takes a walk into a museum during her work break.

While focused on her problems she gets lost in the museum. She finds herself in a strange room of portraits.

The portrait of a handsome young Pharoah gets her attention. She places her hands on the portrait and finds herself in a mystical and magical ancient Egypt. Her first encounter, is with the young Pharaoh in the portrait.

-Number of words: Not more than 2500 words and not less than 1000 words.
