PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ EVERYTHING IN THIS NEWSLETTER BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH THIS WEEK'S LOG.

-NEW MEMBERS SHOULD PLEASE ENSURE THEY'VE READ THE FIRST THREE CHAPTERS OF THIS BOOK, TO AVOID ANY ERRORS.

1. Always comment 'DONE' next to your pairing/username after you've fulfilled a log (pairing assignment).

2. If you've changed or decided to change your username or book title, please inform is via PM.
Impromptu changes will be inconvenient to your partners and operators. This will lead to your withdrawal from the bookclub.

3. Making comments on your partner's work, is very important in fulfilling your log. If operators can't find any comments made by you on your partner's work, your log will be considered unfulfilled. Your name will also be added to the defaulters list.

4. We understand that some schools have resumed norm activities and a few have exams ongoing. If you're a student and you wish to take a break from the club due to school activites, please send us a PM. But only do so after you've fulfilled this week's log, as it won't be fair to your partner.

5. If you wish to change the book you registered to another, please send us a PM.

6. The 'Book Of The Week' assignment, has to be fulfilled by all.

7. Only members of the week will have the book featured as 'Book Of The Week' (BOTW).

-Fulfilling the assignment under 'Book Of The Week' is also a necessity in being considered 'Member Of The Week'.

- Being a member of the week is also dependent on how much attention you give your partner's work.

-If you've already been chosen as a 'Member Of The week' on any of the logs and no longer show attention to 'BOTW' or your partner's works as you used to (do not fulfill logs) that title will be withdrawn and you'll no longer have your work featured.

-For more information on how to be a member of the week, kindly refer to the chapter 'How This Works' in this book.

8. For better understanding on how to fulfill a log, please read the next subtitle on 'Pairing Assignment '.
