✨ NOTE:

1. Only members of this community can submit articles. If your name isn't in the least and you do submit, it won't be accepted.

2. To become a member, kindly refer to our other work; The Shimmer Community Journals and Reviews.
Check the chapter ;
"Becoming A Member. "

3. Follow the instructions and fill the form there.

4. When you're done and your name is on the 'List Of Members ' (in the previously mentioned book), you can fill the form here for article/work submission.

5. You can only pick one admin of your choice and you must follow them.

6. To know our Admins, in the book; The Shimmer Community Journals And Reviews, check for the chapter ;
'List of Admins '

7. Only select the ones under the subjects you wish to make an entry to. E. G; K-zone.

8. The mentioned admin, will respond with 'SEEN' and may ask you to send your article to their email.
You must submit the article or design within two days.
This means your article has to be prepared ahead of time.

9. If an admin responds to your form with 'UNAVAILABLE ',  it means they have their hands full. In this case just tag another admin.

NO ADMIN MUST RESPOND TO ANY SUBMISSION, IF IT HASN'T BEEN REPLIED BY THE COMMUNITY WITH THE WORD 'ACCEPTED'.

THIS WAY WE CAN CHECK OUR LIST OF MEMBERS AND DECIDE IF THE APPLICANT IS A MEMBER OR NOT.

10. We would not be accepting submissions yet for the August/September issue yet for catch up and other basic necessities. Also we need to give our admin a break and rest, hence once in two months publication. 

So for now you can prepare your articles or designs and most importantly, fill the membership form.

SUBMISSION DATES;

Submission will begin: 2nd, August, 2020

Deadline: 12th, August, 2020.

Therefore on the 1st,  August, 2020, the official form for August/September Issue of this magazine, will be published in the next chapter.

Any submissions made before the submission date or after the deadline will not be attended to.

Carefully adhere to all instructions.
