I ran up to shikamaru with a newfound determination. This is it. I'm finally going to confess my love to him!

Shikamaru turned to me with a smile "what are you in such a rush hyuga?"

"umm well I-" I stuttered as my face turned red. I was so confident before but now that he's right in front of me I feel to nervous to speak.

Shikamaru chuckled and tucked a strand of hair behind my ear "now what does such a cute boy have to be so nervous about?"

I smiled nervously at the compliment. His words gave me the confidence to speak.

"I-I really like you shikamaru as in more than a friend. I don't know how you feel but-" I was cut off by shikamarus soft lips against mine. I couldn't believe it. He was really kissing me!

I guess that means he feels the same way...
