so i am yet to find a method that works for me, i have tried the raven, julia, alice and wonderland, sunni, and many more methods. so i am going to create my own. for this method you start by writing down 10 afirmations then read them to yourself 3 times. lay down then imagine millions of keys flying around you, you grab one. all of the sudden doors apear all around you try to open them all but none work, until you reach the last one you turn the key and open it. this door leads you to your desired reality bedroom then you lay down in the bed. you then start to count to 100 every 10 numbers you say one of the afirmations you wrote down. after you count to 100 fall asleep and hopefully you wake up in your desired reality.
