Moons POV

Qibli sighed as he walked down the hallway with moon. "What if she wants to come?" He whispered. "Well, then, we're screwed, because knowing Kinkajou, she's not gonna stay here." She whispered back. As they walked into the prey center, they saw Kinkajou almost immediately, and she was picking through a pile of fruit. 

She whirled around when she heard them coming. "Oh, hey guys!!!" She called, her mouth full of  papaya. "Hungry?" She asked moon, holding out a banana. "Sure." Moon said, taking the banana and slicing it with her claws. "So." Moon said, eating the banana. "We uh, we just realized we needed to tell Thorn and my mother." Moon said it a low voice. "Ok..." Kinkajou started, eyeing her with suspicion.

"Who are you sending?" She asked in a low voice. "Yeah. About that. Uhm, we planned on going ourselves." Moon rushed. "Oh, no you don't!" Kinkajou said, sassily. "Not without me." "Andddd, I was right." Qibli said, gesturing one talon at Kinkajou. "Congratulations. I'm still going." Kinkajou said, swatting away his talon.

Moon sighed. "Well, there's no getting out of this one." She was partly glad Kinkajou was going, especially if anything went wrong, like she had the egg while they were out. Moon grabbed Qiblis shoulder. "Qibli, where do we go?" She asked in a hushed voice. "Huh?" He asked. She was surprised he hadn't made the connection yet. "Qibli, where do we live?" Moon said, her voice rising with panic. "We can't live at school and what about Glory and what about Thorn and-" Moon started, rambling on. "Moon, it's going to be ok. We'll figure it out. We always do." Qibli cut Her off. Apparently, that was his new favorite phrase, as he kept saying it. Either that, or he just seriously didn't know.

Moon sighed. "Alright, alright...I guess...." "So! When are we going?" Kinkajou butted in, beaming. "Uh, I was thinking maybe...in around an hour or so?" Moon said, thinking. "Works for me." Qibli said, nodding. "Ok!" Kinkajou said, and skipped off.

"But, Qibli....We seriously need to figure this out, now. We can't necessarily prowl around Pyrrhia with a newly-hatched dragonet..." Moon said, turning towards Qibli as Kinkajou left. "Arghhh, I know, and I agree." Qibli said, looking at her. They needed his thinking cap on, and now. "I just don't exactly think we could or should stay in the rainforest...." Moon trailed off. "So that leaves here, which isn't really an option, So, the desert, or.....Sanctuary." Qibli said. 

"Well, there are other Hybrid Dragon cities, but, I think our best bet is the desert...Besides, you can't live without thorn." Moon grinned, as she elbowed him in his side. "Hey, .....Yeah, no, that's true." He said, returning her grin.

"So, how about the palace?" He said eagerly, sitting down next to her. Moon sighed, "Alright, Fine." She said, letting a smile slip through. "Hey, what about her and Smolder?" Moon asked, moving her eyebrows up and down then giggling. "Oh, right, I forgot about that!" Qibli said, smirking. Kinkajou came bounding over, her face smeared with Berry juice. "So! I told Sunny that we were gonna leave soon!" She said, smiling and hopping from one foot to the other.

Moon hadn't forgot about telling them, but she hadn't exactly remembered either. The egg was particularly Hurting today, but she wasn't sure around when it would come. "Hey, guys? Should we check the library if Starflight has any scrolls on eggs..? Like when they come..?" Moon promoted, gesturing with her talons. "Oh, yeah, of course, moon!" Kinkajou said, bouncing over to her side. "Yeah, definitely." Qibli said, taking her talon and putting his wing under hers to help her up. She had definitely gotten bigger, adding an extra weight to her, which caused her back to hurt often. She was occasionally hungrier, including now. She hoped she could eat before they left.

As they entered the cave, Starflight's head turned towards them for a minute before saying, "Moon, Kinkajou, and Qibli?" "Yup!" Kinkajou said happily. "Moon, how are you feeling?" He asked. "That's actually part of the reason why we came here, to see if you have any scrolls on eggs, like when they come?" Moon asked, slowly walking/waddling over to his desk. "No, I don't think we do, Moon...I'm sorry." He said, frowning. "Oh, that's ok...." She said, disappointed. 

"Oh, by the way, we're actually about to go visit Queen Thorn and my mother, to tell them the news. In case you didn't know if we were here or not." She said softly. "Oh, thank you for telling me." Starflight said. "Bye Starflight!" Kinkajou called, bounding out of the cave. "Thank you anyways, Starflight." Qibli said, helping Moon walk out of the cave. She gave a slight nod of her head, grimacing at the pain.

"Can you make it to tell them?" Qibli asked, slightly craning his neck down to look her in the eye. "Yes, I'll be fine. But can we eat something before we go?" Moon asked, with a response of a grumbling stomach. Qibli chuckled. "Of course, moon." He said.

"Ooh, do we still have that duck you wrestled for me?" She asked, sounding hopeful. "Yeah, I'm sure, if Clay hasn't eaten it yet." She laughed. "That's a slim chance that I'm willing to put a lot of hope on." She said. "I'll go check!" Kinkajou called, leaping into flight, zooming down to the prey center. 

Moon laughed as she zipped down the tunnel, crashing into a wall. As She and Qibli walked in, they saw Kinkajou frantically searching about for the duck. "FOUND IT!!" She called, halting to a stop, and brandishing the duck in her front talons. As Moon and Qibli sat down, she bounded over, setting the duck in front of her, panting from running around so much.

Moon laughed."Thanks, Kinkajou." She said, slicing the duck open with her front talons, and putting a wing in her mouth. "So, are you exited? I'm exited. I can't wait to see Glory! Well, Queen Glory! Eee, I still can't believe she's a queen! And Omigosh, she said she'll be trying to find my parents! I can't believe it, I mean, I never knew that I wanted parents, but I so do, know that I understand what they are and stuff, and wait, what if I have a sibling? Or two? Or FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND EEEEEEE!" Kinkajou rambled on, bouncing up and down.

Qibli chuckled. "Wow, that's a lot of thoughts, and that's coming from me." He said. "I wonder who my dad was..." Moon and Qibli both said, simultaneously, Although Moon's tone was a bit sad, while Qibli's was just Curious. "Wow, you two are just perfect for each otherrrrrr!" Kinkajou sang, dancing around them, pink and violet spilling all over her scales. "We should get going." Moon said, sweeping the duck bones into the river. "Ok!" Kinkajou said. "Whenever you're ready." Qibli said, helping her up. 

She winced, as the egg was really starting to hurt. They definitely needed to go now, and come back as soon as possible, so the egg didn't come in the middle of the rainforest. Talk about awkward. They walked over to the balcony, and lifted off.

Spoiler: I also had to make Kinkajous Parents! (EEEEEEEEEEEEEE!) Guys, don't tell Kinkajou, or she might literally explode.
