This method is made by this shifting tiktok account:
Step 1) Lay down in any comfortable position that you want.
Step 2) Put on an episode or a movie on where you are going to shift to.
Step 3) As the episode/movie that you put on is still playing, begin to
count to 100. Then, visualize your DR and hear things from your DR.
Step 4) When you get to 100, you can keep affirming until you feel your surroundings change.
OR you can keep affirming to yourself about your DR, until you fall asleep and wake up in it.
