#86. The Double Sided Stair Method/The Stair Method/The Momo's Method
I don't know who made this shifting method? Because I remember seeing it from a tiktoker that I followed, who got it from one of the shifting aminos.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Warning! This method is super powerful, use with caution. This method works most powerful after meditation or while playing subliminals.
Step 1) First, get into a comfortable position where you can fall asleep. Close your eyes and imagine that there is a small room with a staircase leading upwards. Walk up the stairs and visualize the moments from your current reality, that are both good and bad.
Step 2) Keep on doing that until you reach the top of the staircase (please take your time while going up). And at the top of the stairs, there should be a mirror.
Step 3) Look into the mirror and see your current self, knowing this is the last time you will be able to call this person yourself. Turn around to face the white door in front of you. As you turn a doorknob, feel energy rushing through you.
Step 4) Push open the door to reveal another staircase with a wall at the bottom and a white door. Feel the positive energy raising each step you take down the staircase. Once you reach the bottom, put your hand on the doorknob and open it.
Step 5) Visualize someone important to you from your DR (could be your DR comfort character, gf, bff, etc). They hold their hand out to you and say, "Are you ready to go?" Think about this before answering, are you okay with leaving your family and friends?
Step 6) If you said yes, take their hand and walk with them do the small black hallway. Imagine that person asking you what you will do in your DR, "What will you eat?" "What will you wear?" Walk through the last door into your DR. You have changed into your DR-self, once you have opened that door.
Step 7) You are then greeted by all your family and friends from your DR. They ask you things about your CR. Once you answer and are you sure this is what you want, walk to the bedroom of your DR and get into the bed. Get into the same position you started the shifting method in. Watch your DR-self fall asleep, then fall asleep yourself.
