
#6. The 12345 Method
This method is very simple and short. You can either visualize or feel with it.
Step 1) Visualize (or feel) that you are in a room that is from your DR.
Step 2) Now visualize (or feel):
~5 things you can touch in your DR
~4 things you can see in your DR
~3 things you can hear from your DR
~2 things you can smell from your DR
~1 thing you can taste from your DR
Step 3) After doing all that, (while visualizing/feeling), repeat your shifting affirmations to yourself about your DR and DR-self.
Step 4) When you feel like your surroundings have changed, open your eyes and you should be in your DR.
