#105. The Intent Method
Note: This is a really easy and simple method that you can use to master shifting/almost master it.
Step 1) State your intent. For example, state, "I will shift to my DR" to yourself.
Step 2) Lay down in a comfortable position. (This method works best when you are tired).
Step 3) When you feel yourself falling asleep, say your intent to yourself and go to sleep. Wake up, and then you will be in your DR.
