"Marinette. Marinette! Wake up!" shouts Tikki.

"Just five more minutes..." Marinette says, sleepily.

"No, Marinette! Five more minutes and you'll be late!"  Tikki exclaims.

"Late?" Marinette sits up and jumps out of bed. "Oh no. Oh no! Oh no!" she repeats, while looking for all of her things.

"Marinette! Alya's here!" Sabine shouts from downstairs.

"Coming, mum!" she replies, " Hurry up, Tikki!" And the kwami flies inside of her purse.

She hurries downstairs to see Alya in the living room.

"Alya,why aren't you in school yet? We're going to be late!" Marinette exclaims.

"Marinette, it's Sunday! We're going shopping, remember?" Alya laughs.

"Shopping?" -oh my god, Tikki!- "Yes, yes. Of course I knew." replies Marinette.

"Right." Alya says, sarcastically, " Now let's go."

"See you later, Mama!" calls Marinette,while rushing out after Alya.

As soon as Marinette closes the door again, Alya bursts out laughing.

"What?" asks Marinette.

"You slept in again? Seriously? Girl, I am so getting you a new alarm clock." laughs Alya.

"Hmph."

-Back In The SHIELD Helicarrier

"Okay, Spider-Man. For your mission at Collège François Dupont in Miss Caline Bustiers class to be successful, you must become friends with this girl," Nick says, and shows Spider-Man a picture, "Marinette Dupain-Cheng."

"Why? Is she like, one is the popular snobs?" Spider-Man asks.

"The opposite, actually. She doesn't think she's 'popular', she just thinks that she is friends with everyone. She is the baker's daughter. Sticks up for her friends, only person she doesn't like is Chloe Bourgeois." Dr. Connors says.

"Chloe Burgeois... Isn't that the mayor's daughter?" Spider-Man asks.

"Yes. And she uses that fact to bully the other kids. If you want to succeed, stay away from her. " states Dr Connors.

"What does being friends with Marinette have to do with finding out Ladybug and Chat Noir's identities?" he questions.

"We'll talk about that later." says Nick.

"She's going shopping with her friend, Alya, right now. You better get going." Dr Connors informs him.

A remote is then taken out, on which a button is pushed, resulting in a trap door opening, in which Spider-Man falls through.

Spider-Man lands on a roof  where he sees Marinette and Alya walking on the street below. And (being the nosy spider that he is) he decides to listen to their conversation, purely for research purposes only.

"Can't we go to the fabric store after we go to the Ladybug merchandise store, Marinette?" whines Alya.

"Ladybug and Chat Noir merchandise store, Alya. And you know you are going to take ages." replies Marinette.

"Ugh, fine. But you better be quick!" groans Alya.

"Of course." laughs Marinette.

They turn and head into the fabric shop, while Spider-Man thinks of a plan: 'If Alya takes ages then Marinette might wait outside of the shop. Then I can talk to her.' And he then swings onto the roof of the Ladybug and Chat Noir merchandise store.

-25 Minutes Later

"C'mon, Mari! Let's go!" Alya exclaims, excitedly, while running to the Ladybug and Chat Noir merchandise store.

"Okay, okay!" Marinette shouts back.

They come to a stop outside of the store.

"You go on ahead, Alya. I'll wait out here." says Marinette.

"Are you sure, girl? You said it yourself, I take ages." asks Alya.

"I'm sure. I have to sort these fabrics out, anyway." she says, gesturing to her shopping bags, "See you in an hour!"

"Alright, then. See ya!" says Alya, and she walks into the store.
