There are many ways that you can try, (verbal + non verbal) people:

- Nods

- "You're right, big guy."

- Give him/her thumbs up

- "Aye aye, Sir!"

- "I hear ya!"

- "okay,"

- "positive,"

- "Mm-hmm,"

- "Roger that!"

- "Abso-fvcking-lutely,"

- "Oh! Stop asking rhetoric question!"

- "By all means,"

- "Uh-huh,"

- "Hell yea!!"

- "Si!" (Yes in Spanish)

- "Yippie!"

- "...couldn't agree more."

- "Whoa, nice choice."

- "Yi-ha!"

- Spell the y-e-s.

- "Aight."

- "Hai." (yes in Japanese)

- "Will do."

- Click your tongue, and do the hand gesture called 'the finger gun'
