he fell three times

that clever detective

who solved London's crimes.

Goodbye John

he whispered

and soon he was gone.

Next he was shot

betrayed by his friend

when he deduced her plot.

But the last fall

was different

the greatest fall of all

from this fall he couldn't move on

when he realised

he'd fallen for John

I asked you to be my flatmate;

you accepted happily.

I asked you not to be dead;

You heard me.

I asked you to be my best man;

You took the task with eagerness.

But i cannot ask you to tell me if you love me

even though i know you do.

I cannot ask you something

that will hurt you

Who took a tragic fall

There's a reason why we love them

There's something in common with them.

The Doctor and John are lonely,

like them the Winchester's are sad.

They're tired of fighting evil,

tired of fighting the bad.

Their friends are all gone,

and their hearts broken in two.

We know how they feel,

we feel all these things too.

our demons won't drown, they know how to swim. But we keep our heads high and fight until we win.

Machines don't see; the observe the wonder in you.

Machine don't hear; they don't cherish your voice when you speak.

Machines don't touch; they don't shake your hand when they have to say goodbye.

Machines don't think; they don't have you in their mind day and night.
