It has been a few hours after Will's emergency c-section to save his and his baby Luca's life.

Will is finally stable enough to be wheeled down in a wheel chair to the NICU to see his and RJ's third son for the very first time.

Will is very excited but also extremely nervous at the same time to see baby Luca. Will doesn't know what to expect and he is afraid that Luca is going to be a very sick baby in the NICU.

RJ briefly saw Luca right after his was born, but he wanted to wait to truly see him close up with Will by his side.

RJ and Will are both sitting together in Will's hospital room, waiting for Will's new nurse to arrive to take the both of them to the NICU to visit with Luca. RJ is sitting in a rocking chair while Will is slightly sitting up in bed.

"How do you feel right now, babe?" RJ asks Will softly.

"I feel okay. I feel better then I did earlier. My stomach muscles really fucking hurt though." Will says to RJ as he groans a little.

"Aw, I am really sorry, babe. I wish I could make your pain go away." RJ says to Will with a small frown.

"It's okay, babe. It is worth it because it saved both Luca and I's lives." Will says as he holds RJ's hand and RJ smiles at him.

"Aww, that is true." RJ says to Will as he kisses Will's hand and rubs it.

Will and RJ both continue to talk small talk while they wait for the nurse to come in!

A few minutes later, a nurse walks into Will's hospital room!

"Hello! My name is Lorelei and I will be your nurse for the morning shift!" Lorelei says as she introduces herself to both Will and RJ.

"Hello, Lorelei!" Will and RJ both say in unison to Lorelei.

"I just called up to the NICU and your son is all settled in and is doing well up there!" Lorelei says happily to a Will and RJ.

"Aww, that's good!" RJ says with a big proud smile at Lorelei.

"Can we go up and see him?" Will asks Lorelei curiously.

"Of course we can! Do you think you can handle it?" Lorelei asks Will.

"Yes, I'll be okay!" Will says to Lorelei.

"Okay! If you are feeling a lot of pain or feel dizzy, please let me know!" Lorelei says to Will.

"I will!" Will says to Lorelei.

Lorelei and RJ both carefully get Will out of bed and into a wheel chair.

"Are you okay, babe?" RJ asks Will, making sure he is okay.

"Yup, I'm good." Will says to RJ with a smile.

Lorelei then begins to push Will in the wheel chair to the NICU with RJ following right behind.

Lorelei, Will and RJ all get in the elevator and head to the fifth floor, where the NICU is!

"What is the baby's name?" Lorelei asks Will and RJ with a big smile on her face.

"His name is Luca." Will says proudly, making RJ smile happily.

"Luca Everett Shepherd-Aguiar!" RJ says to Lorelei happily.

The elevator stops and Lorelei, Will and RJ all walk out and over to the NICU.

"My son is named Luca too! I really love that name! Luca is in room four which is right over here. Mr. Aguiar, when we head into the NICU, you need to wear one of those yellow gowns so Luca doesn't get any germs. I want to also warn the both of you that Luca has a few wires on him. He has a feeding tube to help him eat for the first few days, an oxygen canula in his nose to help him breathe and an IV just incase he needs any medicine. He is doing very well! Probably the healthiest baby in the NICU right now!" Lorelei explains to Will and RJ as she parks Will's wheelchair at the big NICU doors.

Above the big doors it says Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a sign no parent wants to see.

Will and RJ both wash their hands at the sink and then RJ puts a yellow gown on.

"You look so cute in your gown." Will says playfully to RJ, making RJ giggle.

"Thank you, babe. So do you." RJ says as he softly kisses a Will.

"You ready for this?" Will asks RJ softly as he holds RJ's hand.

"As ready as I'll ever be." RJ says as Will smiles ear to ear at RJ.

"Okay! Let's head in!" Lorelei says to Will and RJ with a big smile on her face.

Lorelei then pushes Will's wheelchair over to Luca's NICU room for the next few weeks. RJ follows right behind Will and Lorelei, feeling really nervous.

"Here he is! He has been sleeping and getting used to being outside of the womb! He has been doing very well, which is great for being a thirty three week old. He has a lot of hair too! All of the nurses love his thick brown hair!" Lorelei says as she parks Will's wheelchair in front of Luca's incubator.

Will looks into the incubator and sees Luca laying down on his back, with a preemie diaper on and a small gray hat on his head. Luca has an oxygen monitor on his right foot, an IV in his left arm, a tiny blood pressure cuff on his right arm, a feeding tube in his mouth and a small oxygen cannula in his button nose.

"Oh my gosh, he is so little and perfect." Will says in a whisper as he looks at Luca for the very first time.

"He weighs four pounds four ounces and is seventeen inches long. And you don't have to whisper, sweety. I know he will love to hear your voice and your husband's voice." Lorelei says to Will with a smile.

RJ stands behind Will and looks at his and Will's third son together. RJ can't believe how perfect Luca is.

"He looks a lot like you, RJ. He has your nose too." Will says as he giggles at RJ.

"Yeah, he does look like a little me. But I see a lot of you in him too." RJ says as he chuckles at Will.

"I am going to let you guys bond with your new son. Congratulations to you both! If you need me, just call the nurses station." Lorelei says to Will and RJ.

"When can we hold him?" Will asks Lorelei curiously.

"Probably later today or tomorrow! We want Luca to just rest for most of today. But you guys can rub him through the incubator. Babies love to feel their parents touch." Lorelei says to Will and RJ.

"Thank you!" Will and RJ say in unison as Lorelei smiles at Will and RJ and leaves to give them privacy with Luca.

RJ then starts to cry as he looks at Luca with wires all over him. RJ can't believe that both Will and Luca are both alive and both are healthy.

"You have no idea how scared I was last night. I thought I lost both of you today. I was a damn mess." RJ says as he sniffles at Will.

"I thought I was going to bleed out and die and that Luca was already dead because I didn't feel him kick in the hospital. He is such a miracle and the nurse said he is perfectly healthy, just a little premature." Will says as he tries to not cry but fails.

RJ hugs Will and kisses him twice, making Will feel very loved by him.

RJ and Will's relationship hasn't been the best through out the pregnancy, so RJ really wants to build it back up and make Will feel very special again.

"I love you. I love you so much, Will. I am sorry I have been such an asshole these past few months." RJ says to Will in a whisper, making Will blush and smile.

"I love you too and I accept your apology. Just don't don't it again." Will says softly to RJ with a big smile.

Will then lifts up Luca's gray hat slightly to see how much hair he has on his head. Luca has a head full of brown hair.

"Aww, he has brown hair just like I do. And just like Teddy and Benji." Will says with a small grin at RJ.

RJ chokes out in a small laugh and smiles at Will.

"Yeah, he definitely does. And wow he has a lot of hair!" RJ says as he smiles and Will giggles.

"He really does have a lot hair. He gave me so much heartburn even Tums couldn't help me." Will says as he giggles again.

"He has a little mullet in the back. That is cute." RJ says as he and Will laugh loudly.

"He does have a little mullet. How adorable." Will says as he giggles again.

Will then looks up at RJ and smiles at him.

"The other nurse I had earlier told me while you were in the gift shop that Luca may only have to stay in here for a just few weeks. Not until his actual due date, which is seven weeks away. He may only need to stay in the NICU for two to three weeks." Will says happily to RJ.

"That would be great if he came home earlier!" RJ says to Will with a big grin.

Will then puts his hands in the incubator and he rubs Luca's arm softly.

"Hi, Luca. Hi, baby boy. Daddy is here." Will says softly to Luca.

"He is very handsome." RJ says with a big smile.

Will nods as he smiles at RJ and then at Luca. Will then softly rubs Luca's cheek. Will groans as he feels his stomach muscles stretching, causing some pain.

"My stomach muscles are killing me right now." Will says as he repositions himself in the wheel chair.

"You feel okay? Do you need to leave?" RJ asks Will.

"No, I am fine. This is c-section recovery for the next two weeks." Will says as he takes deep breaths and RJ rubs his back.

"Aww, look at him wiggling around. So cute." RJ says to Will.

"He is so perfect." Will says to RJ happily.

"He sure is." RJ says as he kisses Will's cheek.

For the next two hours, RJ and Will spend much needed time with baby Luca before they go back to Will's hospital room! Will and RJ are both very excited to have their baby boy.

Will posts a picture of himself and Luca together. Will is holding Luca's hand. He writes the caption as: "doesn't luca have the cutest little face ever 🥰 he is the perfect mixture of @damnitrj and me ❤️ luca is just relaxing in his incubator today and we will be able to hold him either tonight or tomorrow! I was so happy to see him, rub him and talk with him this morning after our scary delivery. he is doing very well, one of the healthiest babies in the nicu 🥺. we hope to have him home sooner then his due date ❤️"

RJ posts a picture of himself and Luca together. He writes the caption as: "Luca's first selfie! 📸 Luca is a little sleepy head today but he also loves to wiggle around in his incubator! Luca is doing very well, one of the healthiest babies in the nicu which is the best compliment ever! 😇💙"
