Will is downstairs laying on the couch and he is currently crying his eyes out. Will just received the worst phone call he has ever had in his entire life.

Will's mom Karen just called him to tell him that his beloved Grandma Janice has passed away. She was seventy seven years old.

Will was extremely close to his grandmother, especially when he was growing up. She was there for him when nobody was, she was a friend when nobody wanted to be Will's friend and he was like the second parent he didn't have.

Grandma Janice had been sickly these last few years due to her getting older. However, she was healthy enough to fly with Will's parents and RJ's parents to meet baby Luca right after he was born and in the NICU.

But Grandma Janice had to fly back home because of the coronavirus and due to her health.

Will, RJ, Benji, Coralei, Averie, Theodore, Harlow and Luca all flew to Florida just over a month ago to visit their whole family and for Averie to meet everyone since she hasn't met anybody yet.

Averie was adopted a month and a half after Luca was born and she didn't get to meet Will and RJ's parents while they were in town.

Will is extremely happy that Grandma Janice met her new great granddaughter Averie and great grandson Luca before passing away.

RJ and a very hungry Luca walk down the steps together the steps and they both see Will on the couch in a ball crying his eyes out.

"Will? Will? Baby? Baby? What's wrong? What's wrong, baby?" RJ asks Will softly as he and Luca both walk over to him.

Will begins to sob loudly making RJ instantly frown.

"M-my g-grandma passed away today." Will says as he bursts into more sobs and begins to shake like he does when he goes into a panic attack.

RJ quickly rushes Will's side and hugs Will tightly and comforts him as Will cries.

"It's okay, baby. Shhh, shhh, shhh. It's okay, baby." RJ says as he helps Will calm down from an almost panic attack.

Will calms down be he still remains upset which is very understandable at this point.

Just then, Luca then begins to cry loudly again in RJ's arms, wanting his night bottle.

"Look Luca! Look! Here is Daddy." RJ says in a babyfied voice as Luca calms down some.

"Let me make Luca a quick bottle and I'll be right back to talk, babe." RJ says softly as he lays Luca on the couch next to Will.

Will nods at RJ and sniffles loudly. RJ then quickly goes to the kitchen to make Luca his bottle.

Will continues crying and screams in his head with anger, denial, frustration and complete heartbreak. Will just cannot believe that his beloved grandma is now gone.

While Will is crying, he begins to try to tear a pillow in half but doesn't do it.

Luca looks up at his Daddy and begins to babble and coo, quickly getting Will's mind off of his destructive behavior.

"Ba ba ba. Ooooo." Luca says softly as he kicks his legs and wiggles around on the couch.

Will rubs Luca's hands and softly grins at his baby boy who is a true miracle in itself.

Will can barely smile but he stares at Luca trying to make himself feel better and Luca does make him feel a little better.

Just then, RJ walks into the living room, shaking Luca's bottle up for him.

"Look Luca! Look! I got you your yummy bottle!" RJ says in a babyfied voice making Luca coo happily.

"Do you want to feed Luca, Will? Or I can! Whatever makes you comfortable." RJ says softly as he sits down next to Luca on the couch.

"Y-you can. Please." Will says as he sniffles and wipes his nose.

RJ picks up Luca and begins to feed him his bottle making Luca a happy baby boy.

"When did she pass awwy?" RJ asks Will softly.

"A few hours ago. She passed peacefully." Will says as he sniffles and rubs Luca's foot.

"Aww, I am so sorry baby. I am glad she passed peacefully. She was in a lot of pain at the end." RJ says softly and Will nods.

"It is not fair, though. I didn't think it would be this soon." Will says as he sniffles.

"I know. I know. But hey, at least all of our kids got to meet her. She met Luca twice and she met Averie. She met all of our precious babies. Even Dobby and Sammy." RJ says with a small smile and Will nods with a small smile.

"I know. I am just sad and angry right now." Will says softly to RJ.

"I know you are, baby. I know. That is totally normal to feel like that when you grieve. So when is the funeral?" RJ asks Will as he smiles down at Luca who is happily drinking his bottle in his arms.

"July 8th. The viewing and funeral are all on the same day, thank goodness. I would hate it to be multiple days. I know you really hate church services but you know how much my Grandma loved God and church." Will says to RJ as he sniffles.

"That woman LOVES Jesus and church! And that made her special! One little church service isn't gonna kill me even though I hate them a lot. The kids never been to church so thats going to be different for them." RJ says to Will as he begins to burp Luca.

Will sniffles and leans his head on RJ's shoulder.

"I love you." Will says to RJ.

"I love you too. I always will." RJ says as he kisses Will's head.

Luca burps loudly, making Will and RJ both chuckle and smile.

"Big burp from a little man!" RJ says as he kisses Luca's cheek and Will smiles and also kisses Luca's cheek.

"I'll find us a flight to Florida in the morning." RJ says to Will and Will smiles.

"Thank you, RJ." Will says softly to RJ.

"You're welcome. Let's take Luca back upstairs and we can cuddle in bed, relax and try to get some sleep?" RJ asks Will softly.

Will nods and tears up again as he stands up from the couch. RJ also stands up from the couch and Luca yawns in his arms.

RJ kisses Will tenderly and Will kisses RJ back.

"Luca wants some Daddy cuddles before bed." RJ says softly as he hands Luca to Will.

Will holds Luca close to him and rocks him to sleep, making RJ smile.

Feeling Luca's small presence in his arms helps Will calm down even more and his motherly instincts come out once again.

Will, RJ and Luca both walk upstairs and into their bedroom together.

Will places Luca in his bassinet next to his and RJ's bed and Luca instantly falls asleep.

"I am so freaking lucky everyday that you and Luca are even here and that you two are healthy. I think about Luca's birth a lot. I could have lost both of you in an instant." RJ says as he begins to tear up.

Will starts crying again and hugs RJ tightly.  RJ hugs Will back and cries a little.

RJ kisses Will's cheek and Will sniffles.

"Whatever you need during this hard time I'll do. I'll do anything I want to be a better husband since I have been an asshole for basically a year." RJ says as a Will chuckles.

"Babe, I told you I forgave you for that. It was just a hard time and a hard patch. They happen. You have been a wonderful husband and a fantastic Papi. I am the luckiest guy ever to be with you." Will says making RJ smile.

"I know you forgave me but I still feel like I have to step up even more. The next week or so is going to be rough with going to Florida again and the funeral. I wanna be there for you where I wasn't when you were pregnant with that little cutie pie." RJ says to Will.

Will smiles and tenderly kisses RJ's cheek.

"I love you so much." Will says softly to RJ.

"I love you too. Let's lay down and rest." RJ says to Will with a grin.

Will and RJ both lay down in bed together and they fall asleep in each other's arms!

Janice V. Texton, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020. Janice was born February 27, 1943 in Bristol to the late James Jasper Peters and Elvia Deason. She was raised in Bristol and moved to Tallahassee when she was eighteen.

Janice worked for the State of Florida Department of Labor as an unemployment compensation claims supervisor and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Tallahassee.

Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Arlon, Ermel and Willard and sisters, Darcie and Marilyn.

Survivors include her daughters, Karen and her husband Hank and Sharon and her husband Jerry; her sister, Vonice of Bristol; her grandchildren Will and his husband RJ, Jeffrey and his wife Brannon, Mallory and her husband Derek, Logan, Erin and Jacob and 13 great grandchildren - Cayson, Corbin, Benjamin, Josie, Connor, Davis, Coralei, Averie, Theodore, Myles, Harlow, Crew and Luca.

Will posts a picture of himself and his Grandma Janice.
