Like okay. You guys can take this rant however you want, I don't really care but I am just a bit disturbed.

To me I feel as though it's okay to write fanfics about fictional characters because they are, you know - fictional characters.

I find it disturbing that people write fanfics about real people. Like YouTubers and celebrities or real actual people.

Like these are actual people with everyday lives.

The reason I brought this up because I remembered reading an article about how Fanfiction has ruined the lives of some people. I didn't think it could cause a huge impact on people-seriously I didn't know people even wrote fanfics about real people holy shit.

That's like going to a family reunion or visiting a friend or whoever and saying "I write smut and fantasies about you." *wips out pictures of all the people I ship you with which may or may not include me*
