Why is this a legit book? Why is this a paid story? Why is this a M O V I E? 

Fucking hell, I'm getting My Immortal from 2009 flashbacks-

Wait no- My Immortal made me laugh at how stupid it was. It's basically part of meme history right now.

But After, should have stayed a fanfic. I've never wanted to cringe back into being an embryo so hard I just wanted to erase my whole existence. 

I'll admit, I could not watch After in one sitting. I had to break that shit up. I had to keep my mentality in check. Like I knew it was a Wattpad book but how obvious can you get? 

This story is up there with Fifty Shades of No. I hate it with every fibre of my being. 

Why? 

Because the main characters are shit. The main relationship is shit. Even for a fanfic it's shit. 

Like Harding (Hardin? Whatever the fuck) is so fucking toxic not to mention he SEXUALLY ASSAULTED THIS GIRL WHAT THE HELL. 

She tells him not to do something and he does it anyway? Who would want to be in a relationship with that?!

I had to stop reading the book when she said no and he put his finger in her anyway, that is literal r a-

Let's forget that this shit is Back Direction fanfic for a bit and is actually a stand-alone story. Many people would not have found this cute. Hell the movie is not cute. Half the time I wanted to fight Hardin in a seven-eleven parking lot and the other half I wanted to fight the MC in run-down Mcdonald's on 2nd street- my god they made me so mad. 

They didn't seem like real characters either. The whole cast had like one fucking trait. The only reason I knew who Hard-on was because she kept saying his name. I keep forgetting the MCs name cause she's that forgettable. 

The relationship sucks, I admit that that one bathroom scene and the pillow fight scene could have been nice if the relationship was wholesome. 

Fuck I'm getting flashbacks to that one movie where that girl catfished the guy that was on the football team. Hell, the kissing booth might have been better (I'm lying I hated that one too). 

One thing I do like about it is at the end they're not together which they need to stay FAR FAR AWAY from each other, but sadly there's gonna be a sequel dear gawd.

Do you know how many good books are on here that deserve a movie and you decided to go with the one with an abusive relationship that had Harry Styles name pasted on the cover? You don goofed up my boy, that's why so many people are leaving.

They tried to pull a Dirty Shades of Shit on us but that flopped, and After flopped too. I would've wanted to see one of the fantasy's story become a movie but apparently, we need to show teenagers that attractive European dudes are attractive no matter how much he treats you like shit.

Was there some type of poll for this? Did someone vote for this? What CEO was high off their dick when they suggested this?? 

I honestly hate this movie, this book, and the characters. I wasn't interested in it, I didn't give a damn about the characters. The only person I kinda related to was the mum cause she told her to stay away from the boy which SHE SHOULD HAVE DONE.
