Lisia's POV:

For the last few days, I haven't really done a lot. I've mostly just stayed in bed and stared at the ceiling, and sometimes checking my Rotom Phone for texts from Serena. I couldn't really be bothered to leave the house or reply to anyone else...

There are five stages of grief, and I went through a lot of them in the first day that Serena left me, but now I don't really know what point I'm at. I would like to think I'm at the point of acceptance because I don't really feel anything at the moment.

Or maybe that's just depression... I don't know, I've never really felt like this before...

Suddenly, my Rotom Phone started ringing and flew over to me. It was May calling.

She's probably been very worried about me because I haven't been bothered to respond to her constant texts of concern, but I don't know. A call is a lot easier than a text, so I pressed the green accept call button.

"Lisia? Lisia? Are you okay?!" May exclaimed frantically.

I tried to smile as I put up a thumbs up.

"Yeah I'm alright," I answered, my throat sounding croaky.

"Where have you been?! I've been so worried because you haven't responded to any of my messages!" The brown haired girl questioned.

"In bed, and I've been too out of it to really reply to any of them, they were all too much to process..." I replied.

"You look so messed up... the rejection really got to you that badly, huh?" She asked.

"I guess so..." I mumbled.

She nodded and then gave a sympathetic smile.

"It's okay, you've got me and, we could always meet up somewhere to talk about it if you need to," May suggested.

"I probably would but... I can't really feel my legs..." I replied as I tried to move my legs but they were really stiff so it failed.

"Oh okay, I can come over to you then if you want, today maybe?" The brown haired girl asked.

"Okay," I responded and nodded.

"Okay then, see you there!" She nodded too and then hung up the call.

I guess speaking to someone would be nice, I've felt so isolated recently because I'm usually with people all the time. I miss it all but... I just can't really be bothered at the moment...

Soon after the call, May arrived. She had a key anyway so she was able to let herself in and then she opened the door to my bedroom. She then beside me on my bed and smiled despite her concern for my wellbeing.

"Hey Lisia, are you okay?" She asked.

"I don't know..." I sighed.

"I think you should really start getting outside again, you look so pale and depressed and I think it would be good for you," May suggested.

"As I said, I can't feel my legs," I argued.

The brown haired girl got up from the beg and them lifted the duvet off. I immediately felt so cold but my body was too stiff to shiver.

She then gently took hold of my legs and moved them towards the edge of my bed. She bent them into a sitting position before taking my hands to sit me upright. I still couldn't really feel anything but it felt good that my joints were still flexible.

"Well, that's a start..." She said and smiled again.

"Yeah..." I muttered in agreement, my voice becoming croaky again.

"Have you eaten or drunk anything recently?" She questioned.

"I've gotten up to get a cup of water a few times and I've ad some of my sweet stash from my bedside table..." I answered.

"That's better than nothing..." May replied and then got up herself to make me a new cup of water.

When she came back to my room she also got a sandwich out from her pocket and gave it to me. I nodded and smiled.

"Thank you," I replied, my voice sounding much clearer after my drink.

"No problem!" The brown haired girl replied with a smile.

I ate all of my sandwich amd then drank some more from my cup before I heard a vibration coming from May's phone. She picked it up amd then her face was full of shock when she saw the notification.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Serena is coming back..." She replied.

I felt myself light up when I heard those for words. Serena is coming back to Hoenn?! I thought she would never return!

I tried to jump up from my bed to get ready to see her but I ended up falling to the floor because my legs still weren't functioning properly. May then crouched down beside me and tried to help me up.

"What are you doing?" She asked.

"I want to see Lisia!" I cried.

"But don't you realise how she's made you feel? You're like this because you were rejected by her and you're only going to get hurt again!" The brown haired girl argued.

"I've still got to try though!" I responded, "She's come back because obviously something has gone wrong so i'e still got a chance!"

May wanted to continue to urge me to stop and take things slow but she gave up and sighed.

"Okay then, let's go and see her," She yielded.

"Yippee!" I squealed with delight as May helped walk me to my wardrobe...
