" No I want Alex to take full responsibility and if he fails to make the desired arrangement he would be severely dealt with" she told in stern voice.

" Your wish is my command princess" I replied smilingly.

Although she put on a smiling countenance, I knew she was fuming inside. I was amused with just the thought of it. She really is the princess, adamant and stubborn just like her father.

Alex POV

I took the responsibility for the arrangement as a challenge. But I have never done that before. All I knew I would have to strategize everything as we do in a battle. I called my confidant and best friend Dexter for help. He was the son of royal assistant in neighboring kingdom and his father was exiled after his father betrayed the royal King. They wandered in so many places and then landed in our Kingdom. Our great King took pity on the wandering father and the son of 7 years. 

When I first saw Dexter I didn't quite like him. But when I was playing outside and elder boys started taunting me for being a refugee. I was angry but I was 5, then it was Dexter who came to my rescue with a long stick and fend off the older guys away.  From that day we have been the best friends. 

When he arrived half an hour later I was pacing frantically.

"Hey Alex you missed me"  He asked smiling when he noticed me pacing back and forth.

"Sure I did Dex.. I need your help in arranging the celebration after throne ceremony." I replied

He looked at me and then said " Well that you have to since you were ordered or should I say challenged and well we both know a challenge is something you could not resist my dear friend" and finished smirking.

" Dex I didn't call you to make fun of the situation. I want you to help me arrange things. I know everything about a war Plan but a celebration I am as good as a new recruit"

" Hmmm... Well let's see first how you want it" he asked

" Well I want to decorate whole of amphitheater with flowers and in the night I would like to lit it with lamps since celebration is going to go full night. I want to serve the best delicacies to all. I want to arrange artists who have singing, dancing,skits,jesters, paintings or other various talents during night time. I want to have the soldiers show their battle skills during daytime.I have to announce to the commoners that they are invited to the feast. I wanted to make this event as bright and as entertaining as possible"

I wanted her to remember this day. I wanted to make the day special for her. 

I finished smiling with that thought

Astra's POV

"Sophia make sure the warrior fails to arrange things on time and let's make his time bad". Astra said to her friend she made after she moved to her new kingdom.

"But your highness it would ruin your throne ceremony, would it be wise to do that" Sophia questioned.

"oh don't you worry, I care not for the ceremony but it would be more fun to have the warrior insulted and embarrassed that is what going to make it more memorable for me" She replied amusingly

"You sure don't mean that my lady" Sophia gasped.

"You are too dramatic for your own good " Astra replied smirking.

I called her near me and told her my plan. She hesitated first but agreed later on.

Warrior's POV

I have ordered for red roses because I knew princess likes them. However when I went to the grounds found that the decoration was being done with lily flowers. I was annoyed how a direct order from me was not being followed. I went to the Ronald who was arranging the flowers. 

" Ronald what's going on? why are we decorating with Lily when I asked for rose flowers" I asked him in stern voice

"Chief I am doing what you ordered me to do. I received your letter stating that decoration be done by Lily flowers and I wanted to confirm with you the same but even workers who carried flowers said they were ordered to bring Lily flowers" He replied

"What letter are you talking about?? I send you no letter and why would I do so when I am right here" I replied.

I was fuming that my decoration is not going as planned and ordered Ronald to arrange for red rose flowers. I quickly went to see how the chefs were preparing the cuisines.When I went their the cook informed me that the raw material to prepare the dishes is not there. He had sent 4 soldiers to me to inform me of the situation but had got no update after that. Even the milk for desserts was spoiled... there was no way he could prepare the milk desserts now.

I sent for Marcus and asked him if he could take over the responsibility of arranging the raw materials for feast and milk and other items that chef required and see to it that nothing is spoiled under his watch.

My next visit was to see how the artists are faring and what kinds of talents they have, or  have we gathered enough talent for entertaining the folks or not. With everything as a mess I was expecting something wrong with this as well. 

When I went there I saw that artists were waiting in a line in the sun when I have ordered Albert to arrange their accommodation and to see to their comfort. But he was no where to be seen. This pissed me off, Albert would always follow my order and he never failed and seeing this the artists who were to be enjoying the stay were looking sad standing in the sun.

At once I send for Albert and the soldier came back with Albert at his heel.

"Albert where the hell did you go? I told you to take over the responsibility of the artists's comfort and I found them standing in the sun. What were you thinking??" I said clenching my jaw.

" Chief, I was looking for you since you asked me to urgently meet you, I got your letter and there was no place mentioned and I went in your chambers, practice ground, amphitheater and could not found you. I came as soon as the soldier Draco informed me that you are here in the guest house" He replied surprised at my anger.

I was getting suspicious now that there is someone who is trying to spoil the celebration and using my letters as a way to get people do their deed.

I told him to take over and see to all the artists' comfort and even make sure they are fed and rest before the celebration

Moving next to the practice grounds I saw that all the soldiers were engaged in cock fight and no one was practicing and no one actually set the place for fighting which I had planned for entertainment.

Seeing all this, I was thinking could the day have gone worse than this already. Then I noticed that everything I ordered is not as it should be. Somehow all are being given instructions which are not mine. Suddenly it clicked my brain what is wrong and then I promised myself that this all will be changed.

I went to see the decoration and found that though Ronald had arranged for the rose flowers but they were not enough so I ordered the men to add rose in between the lily flowers that would make rose flowers stand out the most for the day.  Which I knew would make the decorations well so good.

I went to the cook and saw asked him if all was good. He replied with satisfaction he got what he ordered and well it was to full capacity to keep the feast going on till tomorrow night. I was happy with Marcus but I didn't praise him I knew I would but after the celebration.Having achieved this I once again made my way to practice grounds. 

I gather all the soldiers and declared that there will be competition that the war grounds be prepared and the soldiers who could get their weapons sharpened and put it at display would be rewarded. I saw there was a chaos but within 2 hours every weapons was cleaned and was out for display.

Then I made my next announcement that the person who would win today's sword competition would be given promotion and the person who would win at least 5 matches would be rewarded accordingly .

I could see the soldiers excitement and witness them to be on the practice grounds. I was pleased that I have accomplished my tasks.

Suddenly I remembered whether the faster horse riders have been sent to announce the celebration or not. I was wondering when Dex came and informed that he had already done that and he personally accompanied the riders.

 Having done that, I would have to catch the person whose main focus is to ruin the celebration and I knew I would have to go with proof...

Dexter came near me and said " See I told you you are a natural..."

I nodded my head but I was still feeling that something could go wrong still.
