VEERS POV

I saw her closed eyes and her tired face. She was looking pale.

'' damn. ''

I muttered as I realized that her injured arm was getting pressured by my body weight.  I elevated myself a bit and scanned the whole room in search of her arm sling pouch which I threw before.

Reluctantly pulling myself out of her, I got out of the bed and walked out of the room after picking up her arm sling pouch as well as keeping it on the bed.  I need to fill the bathtub for her and clean myself as well.  Did I get too harsh on her? Maybe yes. Her hand must be hurting, I will call the medics after I clean her up.

Am I guilty? Fuck no. I can't be guilty, I never have felt that feeling because whatever I do has a back reason. Brushing off that little weird feeling, I opened the tap and started filling the tub with warm water, during the meantime I went inside the shower enclosure and washed off all the sweat and dirt off my body.

Wrapping a towel, I got out and after closing the tap I hurried out of the room when suddenly the lights went out.

I immediately covered Arundhati under the sheets and took out my gun. Maybe someone has invaded, all of the systems be it water or electricity or anything everything is taken extreme care of. I remember in all these years there was only one power cut and that time enemies invaded us.  I will fucking rip off their heads this time but firstly I need to make sure that my Arundhati is at a safe place not only her but Inaya as well as other females, instantly picking up my phone, I was about to call Arsenio but my phone lit up with his call before I could dial his number.

" Who has a death wish, Arsenio? "

I asked with a sinister smile.

" Sadly, no one is Boss. It's no human but a few rodents who chewed off the wires. We need to refix all the wirings Boss. It will take time, maybe an hour for now, tomorrow I will refix all the wirings throughout the castle. I would suggest you to open the windows if you feel restless due the high temperature, the central air conditioners aren't working. I will fix this as soon as possible for now. ''

He said and I sighed.

" Fine. No need to hurry Arsenio,  take your time. ''

I said as I disconnected the call. Uncovering the petite human whom I call my wife, I picked her with ease and walked into the bathroom once again. I landed her body inside the tub and let it sink slowly while holding her head making sure her hair doesn't touch the water. I don't want her to catch a cold.

Why? Well who wants his slave to get an opportunity to skip punishments?

Gently putting my fingers inside her vagina, I washed it clean and for a moment I chuckled as it was the first place I put my hands on, such a perv I am. Then slowly I rubbed off the dirt  from her body with a constant ticking stress about her health. I need to have her checked as soon as possible.

I couldn't help but say. Under the bluish light of the moon which was creeping through the huge wall sized one sided window, her face was looking more soothing. Looking at her face fills my heart with nothing but peace at this moment.

I picked her wet body up and picked up a towel from the tool nearby. I wrapped it around her body after wiping off the water from it.

I started walking out of the bathroom and halted near the closet which had an emergency solar light which was glowing. I placed her unconscious body on the sofa and dressed myself up in a night suit at first. Then I took out a white cotton night wear for her and pulled it down her head slowly. I combed her hair while hugging her and then left the closet.

As soon as I reached the room all the lights turned on illuminating the room indicating that the work was done. You are such an expert Arsenio.

I placed my wife on the bed and called The medical staff asking them to come immediately. I grabbed her arm sling pouch and placed her arm in it. I sat on the bed beside her while waiting for the medics to arrive. The room was now filled with glorious lights but the darkness seemed more soothing. Darkness, well I have lived in darkness throughout my life. Darkness symbolizes evil, it symbolizes power and dominance. Black is the color which dominates every other color. It intakes anything and everything. And most importantly, no one can see you in the dark. No one can even guess what you are going through. I am a private person, I like to keep things to myself. I rarely share anything with anyone, though it's not like I have many things going on in my life which someone will be keen to hear. My life is pretty monotonous till now, there was nothing exciting about it. And I am good with that. Wake up, get ready, do a little legal and a much more illegal stuff, come back, fuck someone  and sleep. That was all it was. Till now to be precise.

Now, I have Arundhati. Well, I can say a lot has changed. She is someone with whom I share my room with. That's a big deal isn't it? Well it is for me as I never stayed like this with a woman ever. Yeah, I have fucked numerous women, but never spent so much time with any.

Maybe that's why she stands aloof.

'' Come in. ''

I said as I heard a knock. It was Aron and he had two nurses and one assistant lady doc following him.

" Boss, they will check her, I checked all her previous reports and brought the medicines accordingly. ''

Aron said as I got up and stood at a distance with him while the female team checked her.

'' Sir, we just need to give her another dose of the anesthetic drug sadly as it seems like her arm has been under some sort of pressure. Her arm would have healed by tomorrow but now it will take two more days. ''

The doctor said, looking down while shivering. Am I that scary? Okay, maybe? It's good. It's best actually. Well or I guess  the gun in my hand is scaring her which I was holding casually.

" Ok fine, excluding this, her body is in normal condition right? ''

Aron asked and she nodded.

" Yes Sir, she's Completely fine, just a little weak, she needs rest...ah…''

I saw her nervously fidgeting with the stethoscope in her hand.

'' What's the matter? "

I asked, annoyed.

" S.. sir… maybe a break from rough physical intimacy for one or two days will aid her health.. "

She said in one go and I saw Aron looking at the floor nervously.

" Okay fine. You can leave. Is there any medicine or particular food she needs to eat? ''

I asked.

" No sir, just give her water before sleeping if she wakes up, I guess she will wake up soon, if she doesn't, it's not a problem as she fainted out of weakness, just keep her hydrated and make her eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables.

She said as I nodded, Aron took his leave and I turned around to see her sleeping figure. Closing all the lights, I climbed up the bed and covered us with the blanket. I took her in my embrace carefully making sure to not cause any kind of problems to her and closed my eyes.

Tomorrow is gonna be a hell of a ride.

My eye's snap opened as the sun rays penetrated through the curtains, It's 6 in the morning, my usual time to wake up. Well, I felt satisfied feeling her body all surrounded by my arms.

I swiped off the hairs from her face to take a good look at her facial features. Her face is something I can't get tired of ever.

After a minute of staring at her like a creep, I climbed down the bed, went inside my bathroom and did my morning chores.

I came inside my bedroom with a black towel wrapped around my waist. I need to bathe but I am not in a mood to do it by myself. Playback time Arundhati.

'' Wake your ass up. ''

I Shouted as I splashed water at her face. She screamed and sat up baffled.

'' I am going inside the bathroom. I need you there within a minute after I reach there. I am skipping my workout session to enlighten you with some rules you need to follow from now on Slave.''

I said and left without sparing her another glance.

I sat inside the filled bathtub after removing the towel. After two or three minutes which felt like forever she came inside limping.

" Shave my beard and give me a good massage with the coffee oil  kept in that drawer. If I don't feel relaxed after you are done, get ready to face consequences Arundhati.''

I commanded while pointing towards the nearby drawer.

I saw as she limped towards the drawer, she took all the things in her one hand and came towards the bathtub. She sat on a stool behind me and I immediately kept my head on her lap.

I spat at her and left the bathtub leaving her crying silently.

I heard her meek voice while I was wrapping the towel around my waist. I didn't say anything to her but left with a weird feeling.

I entered the closet and dressed up for the day , still fighting the sound that was echoing in my head. I could still hear the ' I hate you' she said.

Ignoring it, I gave a look to my reflection in the mirror. I am wearing a black sweater with a gray suit which looks pretty fine. Actually perfect. Everything I do is always top notch.

I left the closet following the room after taking my wallet, cell, gun and wearing my watch.

I need to meet Arsenio immediately, I remember we have an important meeting with the Arabs today.

As soon as I left my room, my men started following me. I thought to call Arsenio but left the thought. I will go by myself. Moreover, I have skipped my workout today, so walking is the best option. I stepped on his portion of the castle and walked up to his study.

I saw from a distance that he was walking back and forth restlessly while talking to someone on call. He had many files in his hand Now what's the matter with him? Did he mess up any of our projects?!

Fuck it.

" Everything going alright? ''

I asked as I entered. He instantly kept his Phone on the table and greeted me good morning.

" Boss, I am rescheduling my meetings for today as today is my wife, Inayas first birthday with me. And... ''

He said and looked down nervously making me doubtful.

" And? ''

I asked and waited for him to say.

'' And I am sorry boss, but I rescheduled your meetings as well. I am really sorry, don't shoot me for this but this is the first time I am doing something for someone I can  call mine and I want my brother like boss to attend it at any cost. Don't worry, I didn't postponed anything,
I just preponed them. I kept your evening completely vacant. Sorry for not Informing you earlier boss. But I really insist you and madam to come. I will be grateful. Inaya will be happy as well. ''

This guy is really something, damn. Just hope that girl is really good for Arsenio and isn't some kind of gold digger. Well, I trust Arsenio. He knows people.

" Okay, I will come with Arundhati. ''
