(A/N: The poem is illustrated in such a way that a girl is having an internal battle with her minds. Where every point she makes is countered by her second mind. Im basically trying to show how we are our own bullies)

'You owe them this much at least.
Hide her away, your inner beast.'

"Ive hurt them enough, they dont deserve more."
'Then stop with the punches you attention whore.'

"I'll be stronger this time," she lies again.
'You have nothing, especially strength.'

"Distraction will be, my getaway."
'Silly child, distraction only leads astray.'

"Then I'll fight, and replace the pain.
From emotional to more physical gain."

'Silly child, self harm nor running will get you away.
The problem is eternal, forever it stays.

Forever it lives, makes the days blue.
When will you realize, the problem is you.'
