A couple of seconds later, the mentors were still facing their students.

- "What are we gonna do?" Bree asked. "We have to save Dad."

- "And Perry." Adam added.

- "Absolutely." Chase nodded. "Time permitting."

- "I can't teleport." Maddie frowned.

- "Oh really? That's weird." Margot mocked.

- "What did you do?" The alien girl asked.

The girl with the red streaks shrugged.

- "You know what? I'll save you the trip. You can say goodbye to both of them from here." Sebastian pressed a button on his watch and started a video conference with Donald and Perry in the hydraloop.

- "Look! It's the mechanical people." Terry said.

- "Yes, we're saved." The father sighed, in relief.

- "Not exactly." The eldest Krane boy replied.

- "Sebastian." The scientist locked his jaw.

- "He blew up the hydraloop tunnel and cut off your oxygen supply." The genius boy explained.

- "So, bad news, we're gonna need a new hydraloop." The tall guy added.

- "Adam!" The two girls exclaimed.

- "Well, I can't tell him we're gonna need a new father too. That'd be rude." The eldest replied.

- "Look, will somebody please tell me what's going on?" Donald asked.

- "Sebastian knows about Krane and he's trying to start a rebellion with the rest of the students." The Davenport girl explained.

- "What? How does he know about Krane?" The father frowned.

The two older mentors glared at their brother as the Matthews girl patted his back, in comfort.

- "I might have told him." The green hazel-eyed boy, awkwardly, said. "Only because I thought we liked each other." He glared at his boyfriend.

- "See? There's your first mistake. Who'd like you?" The security guard asked.

Chase frowned. Apparently, no one.

- "Perry, shut up, or I'll kill you myself." Maddie threatened.

The scientist pushed Perry to the side.

- "Chase has been very helpful, and once my brothers and sisters hear what really happened to our father, they'll join me." Sebastian explained. "Then...we can fulfill his dreams of bionic humans ruling the world."

- "Guys, don't let him near the other students. They're not ready to know about Krane yet. They won't understand why we had to destroy their creator!" Donald exclaimed.

- "Then, you probably shouldn't have just told them." The eldest Krane boy replied.

The students in the training area were watching the live feed from the hydraloop, and all turned to look at Leo, in shock.

- "Did you know about this?" Spin asked.

- "I didn't... I mean, they just... That is just messed up." The Davenport boy raised his hands.

- "They must have a good explanation." Emily frowned.

- "How could you say that?" Alison asked. "You just heard him!"

- "I did! And there is no way that they destroyed our creator without a good reason." The youngest twin replied.

- "Please believe me. I was planning on telling you about Krane eventually, but I couldn't let anything interfere with teaching you to become bionic heroes." Donald explained. "I needed you to trust..." The live feed was cut.

The students frowned.

In the common area, Sebastian cut the live feed.

- "Great, now we'll never know why we should trust him." Adam said.

- "He's your dad." Maddie replied.

- "Sebastian, why are you doing this?" Chase asked. "We're the ones who took out Krane."

- "Exactly. And now you're gonna know what it feels like to lose your father." The eldest Krane boy answered.

- "Krane wasn't a father to you. He was a deranged madman." Bree said.

- "A father is someone, who loves and takes care of you." The alien girl added.

- "He was our leader!" Sebastian yelled. "And he was gonna prove to the world that bionic humans are superior! Until you all got in our way." He glared at his boyfriend.

The genius boy frowned, sadly. I can't believe this.

- "Is it too late to say we're sorry?" The tall guy asked.

- "That's it. I'm saving Dad. Chase, get the door!" The Davenport girl super speeded away.

Lexi super speeded in front of her and used her bionics to seal the frame, causing Bree to crash into it.

- "Ahh!" She screamed.

- "B!" The Matthews girl ran towards her with the eldest.

The strong ones helped her get up.

- "I knew it! You're an interior decorator too." Adam said.

Tank and Margot joined them.

- "It's carbonex, and it's impossible to break." The younger Krane girl explained.

- "Oh, yeah, well, I'm Adam Davenport and...I break everything." The tall guy smirked and punched the door, but it did not break. "Aww! Yeah, she's right." He said, in a high-pitched voice.

Maddie used her freeze breath to ease the pain in his hand.

- "Thanks." The eldest sighed.

- "It's called molecular manipulation." Lexi explained. "You didn't know I had it because I've been saving it for a special occasion."

- "How long have you, guys, been working with him?" The Davenport girl asked.

- "Long enough to know our bionics are being wasted. We're protecting humans when we should be controlling them." The younger Krane girl said.

- "Couldn't have said better, sister." The eldest Krane girl smirked.

- "So, where we?" The eldest Krane boy asked his boyfriend. They started circling around each other. Oh, that's right. Davenport's a goner. I'm taking over the island, and... Oh, what am I forgetting? Oh, yeah. This!" He blasted Chase across the room with an energy ball. The three other mentors ran to him. "Come on, Chase. You should've seen that coming. After all, you're the one that unlocked the ability for me."

- "He what?" The girls from the mentors' team frowned.

- "Okay, do you want to hit him again, or is it my turn?" Adam asked.

In the meanwhile, the students surrounded Leo.

- "So you helped them destroy our creator too!" Spin yelled.

- "Uh, no. Look, I just met those guys a week before you did. I don't even know the fast girl's name." The Davenport boy replied.

- "Nice try." The youngest said.

- "Look, Krane was evil. He kept you in a junkyard under lock and key." Leo explained.

- "Isn't that the same thing Mr. Davenport is doing? Keeping us all locked up here on this island?" Spin questioned.

- "No!" The Davenport boy yelled. "Well, yes, but we have central air."

- "Is that why we're all forced to wear the same clothes and complete training exercises?" The youngest asked.

- "You know, I actually like the clothes." Bob said.

- "Quiet, Bob!" Spin shouted.

- "I hate these clothes!" The blonde boy yelled.

- "Mr. Davenport is doing that for us." Heather defended. "Without him, we would've been arrested."

- "They are teaching us how to control our abilities, so we don't yourselves and others." Chris added.

- "How can you, guys, defend them? We are still locked in here. They even blocked us from geo-leaping." Alison frowned.

- "Maddie said that as soon as we are more in control of our powers, we will go outside the island." Emily explained. "But some of us are not ready, yet." She gestured at Bob and Logan. "And they want to punish them by getting everyone else out, beside them."

- "Yeah. Spin, it's Maddie." Chloe said. "Think about it."

The youngest frowned, thoughtful.

Aaron just stood there; quiet, as he tried to process everything.

- "She's been defending us since the day we met at Davenport's house." Jason replied.

- "Exactly! Come on, guys. We're family!" Leo exclaimed.

- "Is that why you're always bragging about how you're not one of us?" Spin asked. "I think you're just pretending to be a student so you can spy on us for the enemy."

- "Yeah." The blonde boy nodded. "Wait, who's the enemy?"

- "It's supposed to be the mentors, who love and take care of us and teach us life." Aaron rolled his eyes.

- "Listen up, bionic soldiers." Sebastian appeared on a video call.

- "Oh, great." The Davenport boy, sarcastically, smiled.

- "Now, you all know the truth. That Davenport, the man who pretends to be your savior, is actually your jailer." The eldest Krane boy said.

- "He's not!" Heather yelled. "You're just trying to manipulate us into doing whatever you want!" Balls of fire appeared in her hands as she yelled.

Emily put her hands on her sister's shoulders to calm her.

- "I would never, sister. I just think it's time to take back your freedom!" Sebastian shouted.

- "Freedom!" Most of the students yelled as Leo, Chloe, Emily, Jason, Chris, Aaron, and Heather stood back.

- "Or keep things the way they are! Are!" The Davenport boy replied.

- "Are you gonna stand by the people who destroyed our leader? Or are you gonna join me in my rebellion?" The eldest Krane boy asked.

- "Rebellion!" The students with him yelled.

- "I say we sleep on it." Leo said out of the side of his mouth.

The rebels turned to look at him.

After the mentors helped Chase off the floor, they watched the students chanting in the video call.

- "Rebellion! Rebellion! Rebellion!" The rebels chanted.

- "Rebellion! Rebellion!" Adam joined, before noticing the glares he received from the three youngest mentors. "What? It's catchy."

- "Guys, Leo's still trapped in there." Bree said.

- "Not for long." Sebastian smirked. "Soldiers! If you're truly committed to this rebellion, it's time for you to prove yourselves. Your first order: take...out...Leo and anyone standing in your way."

All the rebels turned to the seven students.

- "Guys, don't do that! You're stronger than this asshole!" Maddie yelled.

Language. Chase thought.

The eldest Krane boy, quickly, hung up the video call.

- "That should take care of Leo and any students standing with you." He said. "Looks like you're next. Four on four. It's gonna be fun."

- "Actually, it's five on four, so it..." The eldest teenager frowned. "One, two, three, four..." He whispered. "Oh, wait, no, never mind, you're right, carry on."

- "You're up, Teach, catch me if you can." Lexi super speeded away.

- "Oh, I will." The Davenport girl super speeded after her.

The genius boy shoved Sebastian as Adam and Tank started fighting across the room.

- "Come on, Maddie." Margot smirked and cloned herself. They were, now, ten. "You're the one, who helped me ameliorate my ability."

- "Yes, because you're my student. So, let me teach you a lesson." The alien girl used her thunderclap power and made her student fall to the ground, deactivating her clones. "You're pathetic."

The eldest Krane boy pushed the green hazel-eyed boy back, next to his best friend. The eldest Krane girl stood up and went next to her brother.

The Matthews girl super speeded in front of her student and tried to punch her, but Margot had put a force field.

Chase tried to punch his student, who blocked his fist, before they both punched each other in the chest and took a step back.

- "Give it up, guys. We're more powerful than you. You can't stop the rebellion." Sebastian activated his red laser bo pitchfork.

- "We can and we will." Maddie replied.

The genius boy nodded as he activated his own laser bo and attacked his student. They both blocked several attacks until the green hazel-eyed boy kicked him backwards.

The two girls ran towards each other.

In the meanwhile, in the training area, the rebels walked towards the seven.

- "Rebellion! Rebellion! Rebellion! Rebellion! Rebellion!" They chanted.

- "Guys, what are you doing? Help us out!" Leo exclaimed.

- "No way! Sebastian's right. We never should've trusted you!" Spin replied.

- "Come on, Bob, don't let them do this!" Chris added.

- "In case you haven't noticed, I kind of follow the herd." Bob said.

- "But we are your siblings." Chloe frowned.

- "That's why you should stand WITH us." Alison replied.

- "No way!" Aaron yelled.

- "Rebellion! Rebellion!" The rebels chanted.

- "I'm warning you, stay back!" The Davenport boy yelled.

- "Rebellion! Rebellion! Rebellion!" The students continued to chant.

Leo fired his laser sphere at them.

- "Yeah, that's right. Stay back, or I'm gonna come after you." He said.

Emily put herself in front of six younger behind her. A wall of flame appeared and blocked the rebels from coming closer.

The older twin used her freezing ability to extinguish the fire.

Heather frowned and looked at the screen behind the rebels. The screen, soon, exploded.

- "Stay back or the next thing to explode will be your heads." She threatened.

Jason used his atmokinesis to create a strong wind around them, blocking the rebels from coming in. The youngest Krane girl used her electrokinesis to create lighting around it, slightly, electrocuting any student coming too close.

A couple of minutes later, each mentor was still fighting their most powerful student. Sebastian swept Chase off his feet and pinned him on the ground, while dueling with their laser bos.

- "Once I have my bionic army, anyone who stands in our way will be eliminated." The eldest Krane boy said.

The genius boy kicked Sebastian's stomach to push him off and did a kip up to get back on his feet.

- "All right. That's it. We're no longer boyfriends!" He yelled.

- "Just now?!" Maddie yelled as she kicked Margot in the face.

The green hazel-eyed boy rolled his eyes and attacked his student with his laser bo. They started fighting with their laser bos again.

The eldest Krane girl tried to punch her mentor, who dodged and grabbed her arm to flip her to the floor.

In the meanwhile, the training area shook as noises of fighting were heard.

- "Those guys need me. I gotta get in there!" Leo yelled.

- "Not on my watch, punk!" Spin shouted.

- "Yeah!" All the rebels replied.

- "Spin!" Chris frowned.

Jason did a small hole in the wind he had created so the Davenport boy would be able to fire a laser sphere.

- "Ahh! I said back off, or the next one's not gonna miss!" He threatened as the blue-eyed boy opened the wind to pull Spin, Alison and Bob in. "Come on, if the tables were turned, I'd help you. Like, say, for instance, oh, I don't know. You call me in a panic because you are stuck in quicksand!"

- "Hey, that did happen." The blonde boy laughed.

- "Why should we help you save the people who destroyed our father?" The youngest asked.

- "He's not our father." Heather frowned. "Mr. Davenport has been treating us like his kids more than our creator did."

- "Sebastian said that we..." Spin started.

- "Sebastian's just gonna control you the same way Krane did." Leo replied. "Big D gave you the best gift anyone can have: the freedom to think for yourself."

- "Yes! Finally, I get to think for myself." Bob smiled, before turning to his youngest brother. "Spin, what do I do?"

- "Look, Krane didn't care about you. At least Big D does." The Davenport boy added.

- "So does Maddie." Emily continued. "Like Jason said, she's been defending us since we met."

- "She's the one, who had the idea for the academy and to give beds and your own rooms." Leo replied. "If you won't do it for me, do it for Big D and Maddie. Please. He deserves a chance to explain everything. You at least owe him that."

Chloe electrocuted a few students as they came closer to the wind.

- "Fine." The youngest sighed.

- "Come on, Ali." Aaron said to his older sister. "Stand with us."

- "Okay. Yeah. I'm in." The older Krane girl nodded.

- "But how are we gonna get out of here? We're on lockdown." Spin replied.

- "Maybe someone can spin through the floor like a drill, so I can tunnel out." The Davenport boy suggested.

- "On it." The blonde boy started to spin around. "Is it working?"

- "Yeah, I was thinking maybe Spin could do that." Leo said.

- "Maybe? Some of us have had our bionics longer than a week." The youngest replied.

- "All right, settle down, Turbo." The Davenport boy frowned. "We need to create a distraction. We need to turn their attention to another target."

- "I can manipulate the lights, so they wouldn't see anything." Aaron suggested.

- "And if they try to follow you, I can manipulate their nerves to make them feel pain, so they can't move." Chris added.

- "Good idea." Leo nodded.

- "Okay, Aaron, on three." Jason said as he created dark clouds around them, so the rebels would not see them. The freckled boy extended his hands. "One. Two. Three!"

Aaron frowned as the lights around the rebels turned off.

- "Okay, here goes." Spin tunneled into the ground with his cyclone ability. "There. That'll get you through the vent system. You won't be able to see anything, but you can feel your way through and crawl through the other side."

- "Got it. Thanks. You did the right thing." The Davenport boy smiled, before jumping into the hole. "Ahh!"

- "I'm proud of you." Heather told her youngest brother.

- "You did good." Jason nodded.

- "We need to stay hidden until it's over." Alison said.

- "Maybe not." Emily replied with a smirk.

The eight frowned and looked at her.

A couple of minutes later, the mentors were still fighting their students. Sebastian attacked Chase with his laser, but the genius boy blocked it with his own.

- "You ready to give up yet?" The eldest Krane boy asked.

- "I could do this all day." The green hazel-eyed boy replied, before pushing his laser bo back.

- "Trust me, you won't last that long." Sebastian hit Chase in the stomach with his pitchfork, causing him to fall to the floor.

The genius boy tried to hit him with his laser bo, but the eldest Krane boy pushed it across the room, leaving the green hazel-eyed boy defenseless.

Margot tried to kick Maddie, who grabbed her leg and spun around, before throwing her into the wall across the room.

Sebastian raised his pitchfork to finish Chase when Leo landed on him from the ceiling. Everyone stopped fighting as they frowned. The middle brother Davenport got up.

- "Yes! Three rooms later, but I finally got it!" He exclaimed, before helping the genius boy off the floor.

Lexi helped two of her older siblings off the floor.

- "Hey, Leo, thanks for droppin' in." The green hazel-eyed boy smirked.

- "Come on, I was gonna say that." Leo complained.

- "Are you, guys, okay?" The alien girl asked the younger brothers, who nodded.

- "Ha! Now it's five against three." Adam exclaimed. "Wait! One, two, three, four, five..." He whispered. "Oh, yeah! I'm right this time! Look like your lessons, finally, paid off." He smiled at his best friend.

- "Yep." The Matthews girl smiled back.

- "Bring it on." The younger Krane boy replied.

Bree and Chase nodded to each other. The genius boy pretended to run towards Lexi, who super speeded away as the Davenport girl pushed a chair in front of her, causing the younger Krane girl to trip and get tangled in a bench. The two siblings did a handshake.

Adam punched Tank in the stomach several times, before passing his student to Leo, who lifted him by the shirt in the air.

- "Ahh! Time to take out the trash." He threw him out the giant window in the back of the room.

The eldest Krane girl used an ability that no one knew she had, to create an illusion in Chase's eyes of his best friend, not moving, on the ground, with her eyes closed.

- "Mads!" The genius boy yelled as ran towards the fake alien girl.

The siblings frowned and looked, horrified by this new ability.

- "Since when can you do that?!" Maddie yelled at her student.

- "Since always." Margot smirked and stood next to her brother as they watched the genius boy kneel to check on the illusion of his best friend.

- "Mads, wake up." The green hazel-eyed boy tried to slightly shake the illusion as his eyes watered. The eldest Krane girl was allowing him to think he was touching. "Mads, come on!" His voice broke.

- "Chase, I'm okay." The alien girl crouched down, next to him, tears threatened to fall down her cheeks as she saw his pain.

The eldest teenager moved his hand in front of his brother's face.

- "He can't hear nor see any of you." Margot explained.

The Matthews girl frowned and put both two fingers on each of her temples. She closed her eyes and moved two of her fingers towards Chase's temple.

The genius boy frowned as he saw the illusion of his best friend disappeared. He turned and saw his best friend.

- "Mads!" He hugged her. "You're okay." He sighed.

- "I'm fine. It was just an illusion." Maddie pulled away and got up, extending her hand.

The green hazel-eyed boy got up.

- "How did you do that?" The Davenport girl frowned.

- "Yeah, how?" The eldest Krane girl asked.

- "I just discovered that I can, momentarily, share my mental shield." The alien girl smirked. "Stopping the illusion."

- "Impressive." Margot locked her jaw.

- "You haven't seen anything, yet." The Matthews girl super speeded towards the eldest Krane girl and grabbed her neck, lifting her off the floor. She threw her student towards the carbonex door, destroying it. The siblings' jaws dropped. "Impossible to break, my ass." She scoffed.

Wow. Chase thought.

- "She really thought she could play with your head and get away with it." Maddie, dryly, chuckled.

The genius boy's cheeks turned bright red.

- "Guys." Bree said as she looked towards Sebastian, who was walking, menacingly, towards them.

- "Ahh!" He yelled as he shot lighting the three youngest mentors. "Ahhhh!"

The green hazel-eyed boy pulled both of the girls, away. The team hid behind a column.

- "How'd you do that?!" Chase asked.

- "Remember how you unlocked my new ability? Well, once you gave me Mr. Davenport's password, I unlocked them all." The eldest Krane boy explained.

The genius boy sighed as the four others looked at him in horror.

- "You have got to be kidding me!" Adam exclaimed.

- "When this is over, we're gonna have a little lesson, on things you can share or not." The alien girl said.

- "How can he use all of his abilities at once?" The Davenport girl asked.

- "He can't." The Matthews girl shook her head.

- "Not for long." The green hazel-eyed boy replied. "If we can get him to max out his abilities, it'll fry his chip."

- "And he doesn't know that?" Bree asked. Chase shook his head. "Finally! Something you didn't share with your boyfriend."

- "Dah-dah! Ex-boyfriend." The genius boy corrected. "Just follow my lead. We have to keep him on the offensive. Hey, Sebastian, let's see what you got." He stepped away from the column.

Sebastian fired his heat vision at the green hazel-eyed boy, who dodged.

- "Over here!" The Davenport girl yelled.

- "Ahh!" The eldest Krane boy used his new pyrokinesis to throw a ball of fire, which Bree dodged.

- "Hey, Sebastian!" The eldest teenager stepped in front of him, making him growl. "Hit Chase again." He went back behind the column, afraid.

Sebastian fired at Adam.

- "Hey, Crimson chin!" Maddie yelled.

Chase snickered.

The eldest Krane boy generated a ball of energy and threw it at the alien girl, but she dodged. He fired his flame vision at the genius boy, who leaned back to avoid getting it. Sebastian's bionics began to, uncontrollably, glitch.

- "It's working." The green hazel-eyed boy said.

- "Ooh-ooh-ooh. It's like a firework show. I bet this is his big finale." The eldest teenager smiled.

- "Ahh! Ohh, what's happening? How do I make it stop?" The eldest Krane boy asked.

- "You can't." Chase replied.

- "But if you could, I'm sure Chase would've told you how." The Davenport girl said.

The genius boy glared at her. Seriously?

Sebastian began to lose control completely as he started shuddering.

The green hazel-eyed boy smirked and walked towards him.

- "Your rebellion is over." He shoved him onto the floor.

- "Good job, Chase." The Matthews girl patted his back.

Chase smiled as his cheeks reddened.

- "I can't believe you destroyed the carbonex." He replied.

- "That was so cool." Adam added.

- "Very impressive." Bree continued.

- "Thank you." Maddie smiled softly.

- "Wait. What about Dad?" The Davenport girl asked.

- "Quick! Check the feed." The genius boy ordered. They ran over to the console to see a blank feed. "Dad!"

- "Wait, why can't we see anything?" The tall guy questioned.

- "The oxygen level in the hydraloop is at..." Leo started. "Zero."

- "No..." The alien girl frowned, sadly.

- "Will you stop sweating on me?" Donald walked in with Perry, holding a large cylinder.

- "That's not sweat. My mayo packets exploded." Terry replied.

The team sighed, in relief.

- "You're alive!" The green hazel-eyed boy exclaimed.

- "But how did you escape?" Bree asked.

- "Found an emergency escape pod in the hydraloop. Who knew?" The security guard shrugged.

- "Yeah, I really need to start attending those safety meetings." The father said.

- "Chase and I keep telling you." The Matthews girl replied.

- "I know, Maddison." The scientist nodded.

- "That does not look big enough for two people." The middle brother said.

- "It's not." Donald said with a voice wavering.

- "Oh, please. I've wiggled into smaller things than that with bigger men than you." Perry walked away.

- "I wish I could deny it." Maddie frowned.

The Davenports frowned, in disgust.

A few minutes later, the four rebels were, on the floor, handcuffed.

- "The authorities are on their way to pick you guys up." Donald said.

- "This isn't over. We will get our revenge." Sebastian replied.

Margot smiled widely, making everyone snicker.

- "What?" She asked.

Maddie crouched down and put a mirror in front of her face.

- "What's..." The eldest Krane girl started, until she realized she was missing almost all of her front teeth. "AAAAH!" She screamed as she took the mirror to look closely.

The alien girl snickered and got up.

- "I don't think so, Sebastian. You're gonna be locked up for a very long time." The father explained.

- "A very long time? You mean: forever." The Matthews girl corrected.

- "You really think prison bars or handcuffs can hold me?" The eldest Krane boy attempted to break out of handcuffs, but failed.

- "Not gonna work. While you were unconscious, we removed your bionic chips..." Chase started.

Bree covered his mouth.

- "Stop telling him stuff." She said, firmly.

- "All right. Let's hit it, Sturdy, Creepy, Butch, Grandma." Perry said. The rebels got up. "You know, for once, it's nice to be on this side of the cuffs." She walked out of the room with them.

- "Now all we have to do is convince the rest of the rebellious bionic students not to rip us apart!" Leo, sarcastically, smiled. "The good side is that we already have: Emily, Alison, Jason, Heather, Aaron, Chloe, Bob, Chris, and Spin on our side." He counted on his fingers. "Your students are very loyal, Dee."

Maddie smiled softly. Aw, my babies.

- "Yeah, but first, I need a couple of hours to wash the Perry off my... everywhere." The scientist walked away.

A couple of hours later, the six, carefully, entered the training area, where all the students were, peacefully, waiting.

- "I thought they were mad?" Donald turned to his middle son.

- "They were, but Emily, Chloe, and Heather teaming up to threaten them, calmed everyone." Spin explained.

- "That's my girls." Maddie chuckled.

The three girls smiled, proudly.

- "They are so creepy when they are angry." Chris said.

- "Just like Maddie." Bob shuddered.

- "Yep. Maddie was definitely made to be their mentor." Bree nodded.

The alien girl snickered.

- "Let's begin." Chase said. The six walked on the platform. "Go ahead." He told his best friend.

- "Alright." The Matthews girl took a deep breath. "Since we are coming clean, I have to tell you... I'm not a bionic human. I'm not even human."

The students gasped.

Maddie started explaining.

A couple of minutes, the six were addressing the students in the training area.

- "And so, the reason our dad didn't tell you guys about Krane was because he was trying to protect you." Chase explained.

- "Just like he was trying to protect the three of us when he didn't tell us that Douglas was our real creator. Our dad was just looking out for you." Bree continued. "Does this all make sense?"

The students nodded.

- "Yeah, but I think the real takeaway here is..." Adam started. "That it was all Chase's fault. Goodnight, everybody." He tried to run off the platform, but Maddie grabbed his ear. "Ow. Ow. Ow. I'm sorry!"

The alien girl let go.

- "Classes are over, go rest." She smiled.

The students nodded and walked away. Chloe and Chris stayed behind and ran to hug their mentor.

The genius boy smiled softly.

- "I'm glad, you're not evil." The Krane boy said.

- "Me too." The blonde nodded.

The Matthews girl pulled away and crouched down.

- "I told you that I will always be there for you. And I meant it." She smiled.

- "We know." Chloe replied.

Maddie stood up.

- "Now, go. You have time before dinner." She said.

The two Krane ran off.

- "Still think you shouldn't be a mentor?" Donald smirked.

The alien girl rolled her eyes.

- "I told you that you would be incredible." The green hazel-eyed boy smiled.

- "Yeah, I get it. You were both right." The Matthews girl said.

The Davenports snickered.

A couple of hours later, after everyone went to sleep, Chase was laying on his bed, over thinking and feeling guilty.

Suddenly, he heard a knock on his door. He sighed and got up.

He opened the door to Maddie, who was holding a tray with cookies, chocolate, and strawberries on it.

- "What's that?" The bionic boy frowned.

- "Movie night." The alien girl walked in and put the tray on the bed.

- "Please, come in." The Davenport boy snickered as he closed the door.

- "Okay, choose a movie." The Matthews girl handed him the remote to the TV hung on the wall across his bed.

- "I'm not in the mood." The green hazel-eyed boy dropped the remote on his bed.

- "I don't care." The blue-eyed girl handed him the remote. "I know you are overthinking and feeling guilty, probably even a little bit hating yourself. And after everything that happened today, if you think that I'm gonna leave you alone, then, you don't know me."

Chase smiled softly as he shook his head.

- "You're impossible." He took the remote.

- "I know, I know. Now, sit your butt down and choose a movie." Maddie said as she sat on his bed.

The bionic boy snickered and sat next to her, against the headboard.

- "It's your favorite." The alien girl handed him a cookie.

- "Really?" The Davenport boy smiled.

- "Yep." The Matthews girl nodded.

The green hazel-eyed boy took a bite.

- "They taste divine." He said with his mouth full.

- "Good to know." The blue-eyed girl smiled. "Now, seriously, choose a movie."

- "How about 'Teen beach movie'?" Chase asked.

- "I thought you didn't like movies musicals. Because I quote: 'It doesn't make any sense. Why would someone start dancing and singing out of nowhere?'." Maddie replied.

- "Yeah, but you love it." The bionic boy said.

- "Doesn't matter. Put whatever YOU want." The alien girl frowned.

- "Okay." The Davenport boy pressed play.

- "But..." The Matthews girl started.

- "No, but. You said that I should choose. And I choose 'Teen beach movie'." The green hazel-eyed boy said. "Now, shush. The movie is about to start." He laid on his side on one side of the tray.

- "Okay. I'm gonna let this 'shush' slide, but no more." The blue-eyed girl replied as she took off her hair clip, letting her long curly hair fall down her back.

- "Yes, ma'am." Chase snickered.

Wow, she's stunning. He smiled.

Maddie rolled her eyes, amused, as she laid on the other side of the tray.

A couple of hours later, after the second movie, the geniuses had emptied the tray and put it on the ground.

Maddie was laying on her back as Chase had his head on her shoulder.

- "I know, we saw 'Jurassic Park' dozens of times, but it's one of the best movies, ever made." The alien girl said as she stopped the credits. "Chase?" She looked down at the sleeping bionic boy.

Aw, he must have been exhausted. The Matthews girl frowned and tried to get up, but the Davenport boy wrapped his arm around her stomach, stopping her from moving. Okay, I'm not moving. She smiled and used her telekinetic powers to put down her glasses and turn off the lights. She, lightly, kissed his forehead.

- "Goodnight." She whispered.

The next morning, Chase opened his eyes and realized he was in Maddie's arms. He smiled and hugged her tighter.

Until...

He felt something hard between his legs.

Crap. I didn't want to move. He sighed and pulled away from her arms. But, she can't see me like this. He walked towards his bathroom and locked the door, behind himself.
