Three days later, in the other universe, Chase walked in the penthouse with the box.

- "Check it out, guys. Dad sent us a box from Mission Creek." He said.

- "As long as he's not in it, then yay!" Bree replied.

The genius boy opened the box.

- "Cool!" He exclaimed. "It's some of our old technology."

- "Look, a Daven-note." Kaz chuckled. "'Dear Elite Force, I'm turning the basement into a nursery for the new baby, so please keep some of these things at the penthouse for me'."

- "He's raising a baby in the basement? That kid's gonna have some serious issues." Oliver snickered.

The bionic girl glared at him and he, immediately, stopped smiling.

- "What's this?" The Karev boy opened a small box.

- "A cyber cloak. It's a virtual body disguise. It can make you take on anyone's appearance." The green hazel-eyed boy explained. "One time, I got stuck looking like Bree and had to go to a school dance with a guy named Jake." He laughed.

- "Yeah, he was my date, and he ended up being Chase's bi awakening." The Davenport girl snickered.

- "Hey!" Chase used his molecular kinesis to throw a pillow into his sister's face.

Bree chuckled.

- "I didn't even like him. I was forcing myself to be into guys, but I never actually liked a guy." She shrugged.

- "My bi awakening was a Calderan." The brown-eyed boy chuckled. "But he ended up being evil."

- "Same thing happened to me!" The Evers boy exclaimed. "Not the cyber cloak. Texting mishap. Long story, I'll tell you about it later."

- "And then I'll tell you about how I orchestrated the whole thing." Kaz added. The blue-eyed boy sighed, in despair. "Hey, what's this?" He picked up a device.

- "Hey, be careful." The genius boy frowned. "That's a memory wipe. It can erase minutes, hours, or years of someone's memory."

- "So, how does this thing..." The Karev boy, accidentally, zapped himself.

The green hazel-eyed boy sighed, in despair.

- "Hey, what's this?" The brown-eyed boy asked.

Chase grabbed the Neural Scrambler from his hands.

A couple of hours later, the four eldest were sitting around the cyber desk in Mission Command.

- "Okay, team meeting time." Chase was standing in front of them. "Thank you all for coming." He smiled.

- "We live here. Did you really have to post flyers in the kitchen?" Bree asked.

- "That was Oliver's idea." The genius boy said.

- "And I think the attendance speaks for itself." Oliver smiled.

The green hazel-eyed boy patted his back.

- "Anyway, I have an update about our plan to warn all the superheroes about Roman and Riker. By using Kaz' computer password from Mighty Med, we were able to access the encrypted superhero communications network." He explained.

- "It's a secure way for superheroes to message each other without exposing themselves to the outside world." The Evers boy continued.

- "It's also a great way to share recipes. Red Assassin loved my banana muffins." Skylar grinned.

- "So do I, baby." The bionic girl kissed her girlfriend's cheek.

Chase pulled up the list.

- "The network has gathered the locations of all remaining superheroes. It took some time, since most of them use civilian cover identities to live undetected." He said.

- "Oh! Which reminds me." Kaz got up. "I also have a civilian cover now. Secretly, I'm Kaz, a fire-powered superhero. But to the world, I'm Match Head, a mild-mannered regular Joe."

Okay. The genius boy nodded.

- "So your civilian cover has a superhero name?" The Davenport girl asked.

- "Superhero name?" The Karev boy frowned. "I know, like, four Match Heads."

- "Have a seat." The green hazel-eyed boy patted his shoulder and pointed at his seat, annoyed. "My point is, now that the list is complete, we can warn all the superheroes if Roman and Riker are trying to hunt them down."

- "Hey, Crossbow's on here. She taught me everything I know about being a superhero. She was my first real friend on Earth." The Calderan smiled. "Look, she's living undercover right here in Centium City. I can't wait to see her. It's been years."

- "Sorry, Skylar." Chase closed the list. "No meeting up with superheroes. We never know who's watching. We can't take the chance of exposing their true identity." He continued as he looked sadly at his friend.

- "But Crossbow's in danger." The Storm girl frowned.

- "Every hero is in danger. That's why using the network is the safest option. We can get the word out to everybody at once, and confirm when they receive it." The genius boy said.

- "Okay. I guess I won't get to see my friend." Skylar sighed.

- "I'm sorry, baby." Bree took her hand in hers.

Later, Kaz was playing with the siblings' action figures.

- "I'm Bree. Whoosh, whoosh. I'm Chase. Smart, smart." He said.

The siblings walked in.

- "Kaz, what are you doing? Put those down." Bree replied.

- "Why? They're just dolls." The Karev boy continued.

- "Action figures!" Chase frowned.

- "Chase, I've been on that side of the argument. It is a losing battle. Let's just admit it; we like dolls." The brown-eyed boy chuckled.

The genius boy took the action figures from his hands and threw them in the box.

- "Action figures!" He yelled, in a whisper, before taking the box away.

The door opened and Skylar walked in.

- "Bye, handsome." Ezra kissed Oliver's lips.

- "Bye." He smiled widely.

The DiLaurentis boy walked back into the elevator.

The Evers boy walked inside the penthouse with a goofy smile.

- "Hey, did Crossbow get her message yet?" The Calderan asked.

- "Uh, no. But a lot of other superheroes have. The system's working, and it is all thanks to Match Head." Kaz patted his own shoulder.

- "All you did was give Chase your password, which you only remembered because you copied my password so you didn't have to remember one." The blue-eyed boy frowned.

- "And it worked." The Karev boy replied.

- "Something's wrong. She should've checked in by now." The Storm girl said.

- "Don't worry, Skylar. I'm sure Crossbow will get her message soon." Oliver added.

- "And what if she doesn't?" Skylar asked. "She's here in Centium City. Roman and Riker could be tracking her down, just like they did with us."

- "Look, I've done the math, and this is the best way to spread the word. There's a 98% chance that the message will get to her." The green hazel-eyed boy explained.

- "Which means there's a two percent chance that it won't." The Calderan replied and started to walk away.

- "Hold on." The brown-eyed boy stopped her. "Yeah, that's right."

Everyone frowned at him.

What the heck? Chase thought.

Later, that evening, Skylar was on the terrace, looking worryingly at the city.

- "Still worried about Crossbow, huh?" Oliver walked up to her.

- "How could I not be? We lost so many superheroes when Mighty Med was destroyed, but there was no way of seeing that coming. If something happens now, and I know I could've warned her, I'll never be able to live with myself." The Calderan explained.

- "I know." The Evers boy replied.

- "What if Crossbow doesn't get that message, and Roman and Riker get to her before we do?" The Storm girl questioned. "I don't know what to do."

- "I do." The blue-eyed boy said. "You're gonna find Crossbow. And I'm coming with you."

- "Really?" Skylar asked, hopeful.

- "Yeah. We'll just get her location off the superhero list. As long as we're careful and quick about it, no one will even know." Oliver replied.

- "So, it'll be like our little secret." The Calderan smiled.

- "Yeah. That's what best friends are for." The Evers boy smiled back.

The Storm girl pulled him into a hug.

- "Thank you." She said.

- "You're welcome." The blue-eyed boy replied.

They walked back inside.

A few minutes later, the duo arrived at Centium City's park.

- "According to the list, Crossbow's civilian cover name is Angela Conner, and she's a groundskeeper." Skylar said.

- "This park is huge. There's no way we're ever gonna find..." Oliver started. "Oh, there she is."

She was a 5'5 black woman with black hair and black eyes.

- "Skylar!" Angela yelled.

- "Crossbow!" The Calderan started to run towards her.

The Conner woman stopped when she saw the Evers boy.

- "Uh, no. Never heard that name before." She stood up straight. "My name is Angela Conner, and I am a groundskeeper here at the Centium City Community Park." She said with a robotic voice.

- "She's good. That sounded real natural." The blue-eyed boy replied.

- "It's okay. He's with me. He's a superhero, too." The Storm girl smiled.

- "Seriously? Are we just letting anybody in?" Crossbow asked.

Skylar shrugged, before hugging her.

Oliver looked at her, offended.

A few seconds later, the two girls were sitting while Oliver stood guard.

- "I was so worried about you. I wasn't sure if you made it out of Mighty Med alive, but judging by you sitting here breathing and stuff, I guess you did." Angela smiled.

- "Yeah, and I have another surprise for you. I got my powers back." Skylar said.

- "Ah!" The Conner woman exclaimed and they fist-bumped. "How?"

- "Don't say it, don't say it, don't say it." The Evers boy mumbled.

- "From this amazing bionic guy named Chase." The Calderan explained.

- "And she said it." The blue-eyed boy replied, irritated.

- "He's a close friend, and he's my girlfriend's brother." The Storm girl said.

- "Ooh, girlfriend?" Crossbow smirked.

- "Yes." Skylar, slightly, blushed.

- "Look, Crossbow, the people who destroyed Mighty Med are in Centium City, hunting down superheroes, including you." Oliver explained.

- "What?" Angela got up.

- "Their names are Roman and Riker." The Evers boy showed a picture of the brothers.

- "They're shapeshifters who can fuse together to form an incredibly powerful black swarm. So if you see them, don't try to fight them alone." The Calderan added.

The Conner woman nodded.

- "Come on, Skylar. We better get back before Chase realizes we're gone." The blue-eyed boy said.

The Storm girl hugged her old mentor.

- "Take care of yourself." She pulled back. "I'm so glad I got to see you. We'll have to get together when all this blows over."

- "Definitely." Crossbow nodded. "Thanks for the heads-up." She walked further away.

- "And thank you, Oliver." Skylar said.

- "Oh, well, my pleasure." Oliver replied.

Roman jumped in front of them.

- "The pleasure's all mine." He answered.

The heroes got into fighting stances.

- "This is one of the guys you just showed me, isn't it?" Angela asked.

- "Yep. This is... I wanna say Riker." The Evers boy frowned.

- "Roman." The villain corrected.

- "Ah! So close." The blue-eyed boy complained.

- "Nice work. You played right into my hands. And as a thank-you, I'm gonna let you watch your friend perish." Roman said.

- "I don't think so." The Conner woman ripped off her uniform to reveal her black and red superhero suit.

- "Velcro. Smart." Oliver added.

- "Stand down." Crossbow told the duo. "He's mine." They walked away from her. "You know the worst thing about being a groundskeeper?" A crossbow appeared on her right wrist. "After I fill you with arrows, I'm gonna have to clean up the mess." She shot at him.

The villain took a sign and hit the arrow to throw it back.

- "My turn." He replied as he transferred energy into the sign.

He threw the energized sign at Angela, who fell to the ground.

- "Crossbow!" The Calderan yelled.

The duo ran towards her, who was coughing in pain.

In the meanwhile, the siblings were walking in the tunnels.

- "So, are you sure you don't want to do something for your birthday?" Bree asked.

- "We are doing something." Chase said.

- "It's a family dinner. It's not the same." The bionic girl replied.

- "I don't want to celebrate without her." The genius boy sighed.

- "You cannot not celebrate your birthday property until you find her." The Davenport girl frowned.

- "I don't want to do anything, Bree." The green hazel-eyed boy said.

- "Chase..." Bree looked at him, sadly.

- "I can't." Chase shook his head.

The bionic girl sighed.

They walked into Mission Command to see Kaz in front of the cyber desk.

- "Kaz, why are you on the cyber desk?" The genius boy asked. "Or, as you like to call it, the shiny light-up table."

The siblings laughed.

- "Oh, um, I just wanted to go over that superhero location list one more time." The Karev boy said.

- "Why?" The green hazel-eyed boy asked.

- "To make sure there's no typos." The brown-eyed boy replied.

- "Uh, you're worried about typos?" The Davenport girl questioned. "The last time you texted me, you misspelled LOL."

- "Just pull up the list." Kaz retorted, irritated.

- "Alright. Chill out." Chase started to type on the cyber desk.

- "He's probably just cranky 'cause we took away his dolls." Bree mocked.

- "Yeah." The genius boy nodded.

- "What does that even mean?" The Karev boy frowned.

- "Uh, the dolls? The ones you were just playing with earlier?" The bionic girl replied.

- "Oh. Right. Yeah. Those were, um, very special to me." The brown-eyed boy said, making the siblings frown and look at each other in doubt. "Now, where's the list?"

The green hazel-eyed boy frowned. Who are you?

- "Kaz, what did those dolls look like?" He asked.

- "Um..." Kaz started.

The siblings got into fighting positions.

- "Who are you?" The Davenport girl asked.

The Karev boy shape-shifted into a black swarm and jumped over the console, revealing Riker.

- "Riker." Chase said, angrily.

- "I'm taking that list. The only question is, how much I have to hurt you to get it." The villain got into a fighting stance.

The siblings looked at each other.

A couple of seconds later, the duo was still by Angela's side.

- "Right now, my brother's retrieving your list of superheroes, and taking out the rest of your team." Roman explained. "So congratulations. You're all failing at the same time."

- "You protect Crossbow. I'll take him out with my super strength. You're going down. Da-da-da-da-da-da!" Oliver ran towards him.

The villain kicked his chest, making him fall next to the Conner woman.

- "'A' for effort." Skylar frowned, in compassion, as she patted his shoulder. "You're really getting on my nerves." She ran towards him and tried to punch him, but he dodged.

Roman tried to hit her, but she ducked.

He punched her stomach, making her step back.

The villain tried to sweep her off her feet, but the Calderan jumped on the bench.

He tried to punch her, but she stopped him with her leg.

The Storm girl tried to kick him, but Roman grabbed her leg and threw her next to her friends.

He, then, forced Crossbow to stand up.

- "Say goodbye to your bestie." He put electricity in his hand.

- "Roman, stop. Don't do it." Riker ran towards him.

- "Why not?" The older brother asked.

- "I've got the list, but they've already sent out the alert. The other superheroes know we're coming. Let's keep her alive so we can use her as bait to draw them to us." The younger brother explained.

- "Good idea." Roman said.

He threw the hero over his shoulder.

- "Don't move!" Chase yelled as he ran in with his sister.

- "They must've followed me." Riker replied.

- "They'll be sorry they did." The older brother threw the hero back and extended his hand.

The younger brother grabbed his arm.

- "Stand back. They're making their swarm!" Skylar pulled the eldest boy back.

- "It's not working." Roman said, worried.

- "Probably because I'm not Riker." Riker punched his side, making him fall to the ground.

He pressed a button on his neck, revealing to be Bree.

The genius boy smirked.

- "You just got cyber cloaked." The bionic girl grinned.

The villain looked at the other Bree, who pressed a button on her neck, revealing Kaz.

- "That's right, and I was Bree." He smiled.

The two heroes high-fived.

- "Why?" The Evers boy frowned.

- "I don't know. I just wanted to use the cyber cloak." The Karev boy replied.

Roman got up.

- "Where's my brother?" He grabbed the hero's collar.

- "In an industrial freezer, so he can't shape-shift his way out." The Davenport girl explained.

The green hazel-eyed boy snapped his finger and the Elite Force surrounded the villain.

- "Give it up, Roman. You've been outsmarted." He got into a fighting stance like his friends. "Now you're outnumbered."

Roman did a high backflip over the heroes and grabbed Angela.

He powered up his hand with electricity.

- "This is interesting. How about a trade?" He suggested.

- "Crossbow for your brother." Kaz said.

- "No. Crossbow for my brother... and the list." The villain replied.

- "That's not a fair trade." The blue-eyed boy frowned.

Bree scoffed.

- "Yeah, 'cause up to this point, he seemed like such an honorable guy." She sassed.

- "Don't do it." The Conner woman said.

- "That's my offer. You can take it, or say goodbye to Crossbow forever." Roman replied as he raised his hand.

- "Stop!" The Calderan yelled. "We'll take the deal."

- "Skylar, please don't." Crossbow replied.

- "If Roman and Riker get that list, they'll take out every superhero on it." The Karev boy added.

- "We'll find a way to stop them." The Storm girl said.

- "And what if we can't?" Chase asked. "You're putting the life of one hero over all the rest."

- "I can't just let her die. If she was your friend, you'd take the deal." Skylar replied.

Adam, Leo and I almost took out our own SISTER to save the world, and you're saying that to us? The genius boy frowned.

- "She's right. I'll get Riker and the list." The bionic girl super speeded away and back with Riker.

- "Good choice. Let Riker go." The older brother ordered. The Davenports siblings pushed the younger brother towards Roman. "Now the list."

- "Crossbow first." The Davenport girl said.

- "Same time." The older brother replied.

- "Don't do it!" Angela yelled. "Skylar, you've done all you could to protect me. Just... just keep the other heroes safe."

- "No. I'm not just gonna let you die." The Calderan took the list from her girlfriend's hand and gave it to Roman, who let go of the Conner woman.

- "This is it!" He yelled. "Everything we need to wipe out the rest of these pathetic heroes. You keep this safe." He threw it at his brother and Crossbow used an arrow to destroy the hard drive. "No!!" He fired electricity at her, making her scream as she flew back.

- "Crossbow!" The Storm girl shouted.

The Elite Force ran to the superhero on the floor.

- "Don't..." She gasped for air. "Let... Them... Win." She coughed as she closed her eyes and died.

- "No." Skylar said with tears in her eyes.

The team turned to the villains.

- "One superhero down." Riker glared at the team.

- "And now it's time to exterminate the rest. List or no list." The older brother added.

The Calderan woman jumped towards them and stopped their fists, before doing a backflip, making them fall to the ground.

She glared at them as the brothers tried to make their swarm.

The Storm girl threw plasma energy and threw it at them, making them fall to the ground in pain.

- "Forget this! I'm out!" The younger brother got up and shape-shifted into a raven as he flew away.

- "Riker! Get back here, you coward!" Roman shouted, before getting up. "This isn't over!" He shape-shifted into a raven as well and followed his brother.

Skylar ran to the body of her old mentor.

- "Come on. We gotta get her outta here." The green hazel-eyed boy said.

The team lifted each a part of her body, carrying her away.

Later, Angela was laying on the cyber desk in Mission Command. Skylar was standing next to her, tears flowing down her cheeks as Bree side-hugged her.

- "Crossbow sacrificed herself, so the others could live. You know, that makes her a true hero." She said.

- "She's gone, and it's all my fault." The Calderan replied.

- "Nobody blames you." Chase added.

- "Well, you should. I messed everything up." The Storm girl said.

- "No. I'm the one who offered to take you to Crossbow. I couldn't stand to see you hurting." Oliver sighed.

- "Thanks, Oliver. But I started this. And now, I have to live with it." Skylar replied.

- "Wait a minute. Crossbow's gloves are powered by Horologian pearls, right?" Kaz asked his childhood best friend.

- "Just like the self-regeneration paddles at Mighty Med." The Evers boy said.

The genius boy frowned. Wait, are they saying...

- "Exactly. So maybe we can use the energy from Crossbow's gloves to repair the damage to her body." The Karev boy suggested.

- "We just need to direct the energy into her body instead of away from it." The blue-eyed boy continued.

- "That's a great idea." The Calderan smiled.

The two ex-doctors took off the Conner woman's gloves.

- "Turn them inside out." The brown-eyed boy ordered.

The childhood best friends turned them inside out and put them back on her hands.

Crossbow's body started to shake as bright orange veins appeared on her entire skin.

The green hazel-eyed boy frowned, sadly, as he looked at everyone defeated looks.

Angela gasped and sat up.

What the... Chase's eyes widened. This is incredible and... So weird.

- "I don't believe it. It worked." The bionic girl said.

The Storm girl hugged her old mentor.

- "Yes!" She exclaimed.

The childhood best friends high-fived.

- "So they brought her back to life by turning her gloves inside out." The genius boy said. "Superheroes. I give up." He raised his hands and walked further away. "Mads was so much less confusing." He mumbled.

Later, the siblings walked out of the Hyper-Lift into the living room towards the rest of the team.

- "Good news. All of the superheroes have received our encrypted message." Chase explained. "The only bad news is that Roman and Riker are still out there, and something tells me they're not giving up."

- "Crossbow is gonna lie low for a while." Skylar added.

- "Good." The genius boy nodded.

The three of the middle walked away.

- "I'm sorry." The Calderan walked up to the youngest.

- "For what?" The green hazel-eyed boy frowned.

- "Not listening to you." The Storm girl said.

- "Sky, you don't have to..." Chase shook his head.

- "Yes, I do. You were being smart and trying to protect everyone, but I went behind your back and got Crossbow killed." Skylar replied.

- "You were just trying to protect your friend." The genius boy put his hand on her arm. "I get it. Don't worry."

- "Thanks." The Calderan smiled softly. "Now, do you want to know how exactly they brought her back?"

- "Yes, please!" The green hazel-eyed boy exclaimed. "I really don't understand."

- "Come on." The Storm girl chuckled and led him to the couch.
