In the meanwhile, Tasha heard the explosion and rush to the broken elevator.

- "Leo? Donald? Maddie? Can you hear me?" She banged on the elevator doors. The trio walked through a portal behind her. "Ah, finally!" She exclaimed.

- "Mom!" Leo hugged his mother.

- "I was so worried!" The mother replied.

- "I was worried about YOU." Maddie hugged her.

- "I'm so glad you're okay." Donald hugged the three of them. "At least, my sprinkler system put the fire out before it spread to the rest of the house." He looked around.

- "Yeah, thank god." The alien girl nodded.

- "What about the lab?" The journalist asked.

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

A couple of minutes later, the two childhood best friends teleported in the elevator and flipped the emergency switch. They went to take the parents and they, all, went down to the lab. Everything was burned and destroyed.

- "It's worse than I thought." Donald said.

- "The blast took out everything." Leo replied.

- "I can't believe your own brother would do this. He could have killed Leo and Maddie!" Tasha put her hands on the best friends' shoulders. Her husband looked at her. "And you."

- "My Mission Specialist desk." The short boy looked at the destroyed desk. "Okay, this just got real! I'm gonna hurt Douglas where he lives!" He started to walk away.

- "Do you know where he lives?" Maddie asked.

- "As soon as I find out where he lives." The Davenport boy added.

- "Yeah." The alien girl nodded.

- "Look at their capsules. There's nothing left." The father sighed.

I can't believe they're gone. The blue-eyed girl thought.

- "Even Eddy's gone." Leo said.

- "Yes!" The mother exclaimed. The trio looked at her, in shock. "Yes, he will be missed."

- "He was my best friend." The scientist replied, sadly.

- "I thought I was your best friend." The journalist smiled.

- "No, it was him." Donald answered. "And Claire. They are both gone." He wiped the tears threatening to fall on his cheeks.

The Matthews girl put her hand on his shoulder to comfort him.

- "What are we gonna do?" The short boy asked.

- "There's nothing much we can do. The house isn't even ours anymore." The father explained.

- "Speaking of which, the bank wants us out, tomorrow morning. I'll go gather what's left of our stuff." Tasha walked away.

- "All your hard work. Millions of dollars' worth of equipment. Gone." The Davenport boy said.

- "All of this stuff can be replaced. Adam, Bree, and Chase can't. We have to find them before Douglas does." The scientist replied.

- "How? They disabled their GPS signals. They could be anywhere by now." Leo sighed.

- "I could fly around the world." Maddie suggested.

- "Chase is smart. They are probably well hidden. It would take you weeks before you find them, even with your super speed." Donald explained.

Come on, guys. Where are you? The alien girl thought.

The next day, the bionic trio was on a boat. They came out of hiding behind at stack of crates.

- "Well, after the last six hours, I can confidently say that there is no lady like way to sit on an anchor." Bree sighed.

- "What are you complaining about?" Chase pulled out feathers from his hair. "I had a seagull using my head as a nest. "

- "Where are we headed anyway?" The bionic girl asked.

- "No idea. I can't pinpoint our coordinates without our GPS locators." The genius boy explained.

- "I bet we're going to Acapulco." Adam smiled. "It's where all the cruise ships go."

- "Adam, we're not on a cruise ship. It's a cargo freighter." The youngest sibling replied.

- "Whatever it is, we're on vacation. Okay? I'm making the most out of it." The tall guy said.

- "This is not a vacation. We're hiding from the FBI." The Davenport girl explained.

- "And if they find out about us, we'll become government guinea pigs and dad will go to jail." The mission leader added. "I hope Mads escaped."

The eldest sibling sat on a large pile of ropes and put his sunglasses on.

- "Oh, will you relax? Ah, it's nice to get away every once in a while, isn't it?" He lifted his glasses up. "And where is that waiter?"

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

In the meanwhile, Maddie was helping Tasha to pack the clothes and bring down the suitcases.

- "Almost ready. Just three more bags." She said.

- "Tasha, we're homeless. Do you really need all these clothes?" Donald asked.

- "These are yours." The mother replied.

- "I cannot believe they're kicking us out. Where are we gonna go?" Leo questioned.

- "Look, there is a five-star hotel downtown. We can stay there until they can prove my account was hacked." The father explained.

- "How? You got no money, no credit cards, nothing." The short boy said.

- "Well, yeah. I just thought we'd tap into your college fund." The scientist replied.

Mother and son looked at him, in shock.

- "I have a better idea." The alien girl said.

- "What?" The Davenport boy frowned.

- "My house." The Matthews girl replied. "I mean, it's mine. We can stay there. There is a lab and everything."

- "Yes! That's perfect!" Donald exclaimed.

Someone knocked at the door and Leo answered it.

- "'Sup, Davenport?" Perry asked.

- "Oh no!" The short boy tried to shut the door, but the principal pushed it open. "Well, I see you did your squats today."

The blue-eyed girl snickered.

- "That's the power of protein." Perry flexed her arms. "I eat three whole chickens a day. Ooh, the alien." She touched Maddie's arm. "Do you have three heads?"

- "No, but I can cut your head in three." The alien girl smiled.

- "I want to see you with three heads." The principal sighed.

- "But I'm like Superman. I'm physically human." The Matthews girl replied.

- "That's lame." Perry scoffed.

- "Uhhh! Principal Perry, what do you want?" Tasha questioned.

- "Nothin' from you, Betty blue." The principal walked up to Donald. "I just came here to shake down old Donnie for my hush money. Keeping bionic and alien secrets really takes it out of a gal."

- "And here I thought you were just winded from walking up the driveway." The father said. "Look, you know I'm broke."

- "Well, then perhaps I'll have to find another way to get my money. Maybe a tell-all book. How one adorkable principal saved America from three bionic freaks and an alien!" Perry exclaimed.

- "Look, I will get you your hush money, but first, we have to find Adam, Bree, and Chase." The scientist explained.

- "I could throw her into the sun." Maddie shrugged as she whispered to her best friend. "That would keep our secrets."

- "Do it." The Davenport boy murmured.

- "Who?" The principal frowned.

- "The freaks." Leo replied.

Perry gestured the bionic trio's heights.

- "Oh." She said as she realized. "So, you're telling me the sooner you find them, the sooner I get my money."

- "That's right, T.P. You help us out, we help you out. You wash our back, we..." Leo started but cringed. "Ohhh."

- "No, nope." The alien girl shook her head.

- "Hmmm. All right, I'm in." The principal replied. "What do you need?"

- "Nothing, don't worry. We have everything we need. We just need to find them." Donald said.

- "Alright. I won't say anything about the four freaks, but I expect my money, quickly." Perry explained.

- "You will have your hush money. Well, you wanna help us with our bags?" The father questioned.

- "My pleasure." The principal picked up a couple bags and walked out with them.

- "We're never gonna see those bags again, are we?" The scientist asked.

- "Yes, you are." The Matthews girl super speeded out.

- "I kinda feel sorry for Perry." Leo said.

Loud bangs were heard. Maddie super speeded back in, with the suitcases.

- "There you go." She smiled.

- "What did you do?" The short boy asked.

- "Don't worry. She'll be fine." The alien girl replied.

- "You really are your mother's daughter." Tasha chuckled.

- "Definitely." Donald nodded.

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

Later, the bionic trio was still behind a sack of crates.

- "Okay, we're all clear." Chase sat down. "The crew just went to eat."

- "If it's veal shank, I'm giving us up." Adam started to get up.

- "Adam!" Bree warned. The tall guy sighed and sat down. "So, what's our plan?"

- "Well, as soon as we get wherever we're going, I guess we just blend in and live normal lives." The genius boy explained.

Without our brother, parents or Mads. He thought as he fought the tears threatening to form.

- "So, does this mean we're done with missions forever?" The eldest sibling asked.

- "We have to be. Using bionics will only get us caught." The mission leader replied. "Man, if I'm not mission leader anymore, I don't know who I am."

- "Hey, don't worry, Chase." Adam got up and put his hand on his brother's shoulder. "You'll have plenty of girlfriendless years ahead of you to figure it out."

- "Yeah, and what are you gonna do besides move pianos and mouth kiss every dog you see?" Chase questioned.

- "You can't shake their paws! Those things are filthy." The tall guy replied.

- "We're just gonna have to learn to live like regular people." The genius boy said. "Kind of sad, isn't it?"

- "If by 'sad' you mean 'awesome, I finally get to move far away from you two', then yes, tragic." The bionic girl, sarcastically, smiled.

- "You can move wherever you want." The mission leader explained. "We're still gonna have to spend the rest of our lives looking over our shoulders."

Without Mads. He thought. I knew that she was my best friend, but I didn't think that being away from her would hurt this much.

- "Don't be ridiculous, Chase. They can attack us from the front too!" The eldest sibling exclaimed. "Hey, look, I got a bite!" A rod spooled from across them. "Aw, she's a fighter!"

- "Adam, what are you doing?!" Bree asked.

- "Deep sea fishing. Come on, fishy baby, come to daddy! Yahh!" Adam exclaimed as he reeled the fish up.

- "Aaah!" The fish flew and hit Chase, who caught it and fell.

- "They're coming. Hide!" The bionic girl yelled.

The bionic trio hid behind the crates.

- "Ahh, poor bugger musta jumped right on board." The captain of the ship said as he grabbed the fish. "Ha ha ha! Well, I can't have a fish stinkin' up my ship! Ha ha ha!" He threw the fish into the ocean. The tall guy, silently, yelled, annoyed. "Be free!"

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

In the meanwhile, the Davenport couple and the childhood best friends walked through a portal into the Matthews' house.

- "Leo, take your old room. I'll take mine. You, two, can have the guest bedroom." Maddie explained.

- "Thank you, honey." Tasha walked to the bedroom. "Come on, baby, help me."

Donald took a couple of suitcases and followed his wife.

- "It's weird being back here." Leo said as he looked at the furniture covered with dust sheets.

- "I know." The alien girl sighed. "It looks so empty. So lifeless."

- "It's because this is your house, but it's not your home anymore." The short boy replied and wrapped his arm, around her shoulders. "Your home is with us, now."

The Matthews girl smiled, sadly.

- "I love you, Leo." She said.

- "I love you, too, Dee." The Davenport boy smiled.

- "Wanna go to the secret room?" Maddie asked.

- "Is that even a question?" Leo chuckled.

- "Alright, let's go." The alien girl walked to the closet and put her hand on the wall. The floor under them moved and now, they were in the lab. "Lights on!" She yelled.

The lights turned on.

- "This will always be cool!" The short boy exclaimed.

The Matthews girl chuckled and walked towards the Kree cyber desk that Claire had built, years ago.

- "You're the only outside that came here." She said.

- "You didn't even let Chase come?" The Davenport boy's eyes widened.

- "I didn't let anyone." Maddie replied. "Beside you."

He would love it, though. She smiled, thoughtfully.

- "I'm honored." Leo grinned. "But this has to change, now."

- "I know." The alien girl sighed. "Go, grab your dad."

- "Alright." The short boy walked away and put his hand on the floor, causing it to move back upstairs. His best friend has entered his handprint, years ago, allowing him to come in her lab, whenever he wanted. He walked in the living room. "Good news, Big D. You can use the Matthews' cyber desk to track Adam, Bree, and Chase's last GPS location."

- "Yes, because I know how alien technology works." The father, sarcastically, replied. "Sorry, Leo, I'm just frustrated. Without my stuff, without my lab, this is hopeless."

- "Come on, Big D, you're a tech titan. You built an empire out of nothing." The Davenport boy said.

- "Yeah, but it was so hard." The scientist whined.

- "But you did it. And if you put your mind to it, you can do anything. You're brilliant." Leo put his hand on his father's shoulder. "You're gonna understand this Kree technology and if you don't Dee and Claire's hologram will be there to guide you."

- "You know what? You're right, Leo. I am handsome. And brilliant." Donald replied.

- "Hold on, I didn't say..." The short boy started.

- "I'm back!" The father yelled. "Let's go." He clapped his hands, together.

- "Alright." The Davenport boy guided him towards the closet.

- "In a closet?" The scientist frowned.

- "Your lab is hidden in a wall." Leo replied.

- "Fair enough." Donald nodded. "How do we go down?"

- "Like this." The short boy put his hand on the wall and the floor moved downstairs.

- "This is so cool!" The father exclaimed. His eyes widened when he looked at the Matthews' lab. "Wow."

- "I know." The Davenport son grinned.

- "Welcome in the Matthews' lab, Donnie." The Matthews girl smiled.

- "Did Claire do that all to herself?" The scientist asked.

- "Yes." Maddie nodded. "But I helped her upgrade it, after."

- "Very impressive." Donald smiled. "Let's go to work." He walked towards the Kree cyber desk. "Show me how this works."

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

Later, the younger bionic siblings were watching the ocean.

- "I know that you're thinking about her." Bree said.

- "Of course, I am." Chase scoffed. "She's in danger, and we don't know if she's safe. Without talking about the fact that because of us, hers powers were revealed to Perry. And we made her lose three people she cares about, when she was just starting to get better after losing her mom."

- "She will be fine." The bionic girl replied. "It's Maddie. She's stronger than all of us. Physically and mentally."

- "I know that deep down." The genius boy pointed at his chest. "But I can't help but worry."

- "It's because you love her." The Davenport girl smiled.

- "What? No!" The green hazel-eyed boy exclaimed as his cheeks and neck reddened. "She's my best friend."

- "I know." Bree smirked. "Platonic love exists." She chuckled.

She did not mean it in a platonic way, but the way her brother reacted to the thought of loving Maddie romantically, told her everything she needed to know about his true feelings.

Even if he had not realized his own feelings, yet, she knew that, one day, he would.

She knew that the two were perfect for each other and would spend the rest of their lives together.

- "Right." Chase, nervously, laughed. "Then, yes. Of course, I love her." He smiled. "It's Mads. How could I not?"

The bionic girl shrugged.

- "Guys, we're in luck." Adam walked up to them with a box.

- "You found food?" The genius boy asked, excited.

- "Better." The tall guy set the box down. "Crate full of boomerangs."

- "If he should mysteriously disappear at sea, it was me." The Davenport girl said to her youngest brother.

- "And Adam is the one spending too much time with Mads?" The mission leader raised his eyebrows.

Bree stuck out her tongue, before chuckling.

- "Time for target practice." The eldest siblings threw three boomerangs out and used his heat vision to blow them up, but accidentally, hit a seagull. "Hey, well, good news, Chase, you don't have to worry about that seagull anymore." He chuckled.

- "Knock it off. You are making too much noise, and we all agreed we weren't gonna use bionics." The bionic girl said.

- "Whoa!" Adam exclaimed as the boomerang came back to them. The trio ducked, and the boomerang smashed into the ship window. "Whoa. It's like that boomerang came right back at us!"

Sometimes, I really wonder if he even has a miniscule brain. Chase thought.

The captain and five men walked outside and spotted them.

- "Freeze! Call the coast guard. We got ourselves some illegal stowaways." The old man said.

- "What are we gonna do?" The Davenport girl asked.

- "Guys, I got this." The tall guy whispered. "Sir, we are not stowaways, we're cruisers. I'm Bob Dunwoody from Tampa, Florida, this is my wife, Joan." He side-hugged his sister, before pointing at the genius boy. "And our lovely daughter, Piper."

- "Adam!" The mission leader yelled.

- "Not now, Piper, the grown-ups are talking." The eldest replied.

- "Look, I don't know who you are or how you got on my ship, but the coast guard's coming, and they'll find out." The captain said. "Keep an eye on these criminals." He ordered to his five men as he walked upstairs.

- "So, where you from?" Adam asked.

Bree pulled her brother aside.

- "Adam, I cannot believe you got us caught." She said.

- "When the coast guard gets here, they're gonna trace us back to Dad, and we'll be right back where we started, with the FBI knocking on our door." Chase replied.

- "Calm down. We'll just escape." The tall guy shrugged.

- "We're in the middle of the ocean. Where are we gonna go?" The bionic girl asked.

- "Well, we can't go home. Tampa's miserable this time of year." The eldest sibling shook his head. "And we can't call little lady, because she can't teleport on moving things." The two younger siblings frowned. "What? I listen when she talks."

- "You listen?" The Davenport girl raised her eyebrows.

- "Duh." Adam replied.

Suddenly, the genius boy heard a buzzer sound.

- "Shh, hold on. Something's wrong." He said.

- "Ah, listen up, men." The old man walked down to his men. "Coast guard's gonna be a while. There's a submarine that's lost control, speeding towards the ocean floor. If it hits, it'll wipe out the entire crew. Poor guys. Well, I gotta go up here and moisturize." He walked back up.

I can't believe we can't save them. The mission leader thought.

- "Okay. That bought us some time. I'll scan the ship to see if there's a life raft we can escape on." He explained.

- "Forget us. We have to rescue that sub." Bree said.

- "We can't. I'd have to enable my GPS, and if I did, it would give our location to the FBI." Chase replied.

- "But it's what we do." The bionic girl sighed.

- "No, it's what we used to do. Just let the coast guard handle it. We can't save the world anymore." The genius boy said, firmly.

- "Piper, do not take that tone with your mother." The tall guy replied.

The two older siblings shook their head.

Oh my gosh. The mission leader rolled his eyes.

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

Later, that evening, the trio was still in the Matthews' lab.

- "We are, now, able to pinpoint their precise location when they turned off their GPS." Donald smiled. "You know, Maddison, Leo, with my genius, your knowledge, and your ability to follow wiring, we make a great team."

The childhood best friend smiled.

- "We do." Maddie replied.

- "Their last known location was at the port." The father said. "They must have jumped on a ship."

- "It says there were three freighters that left around the same time." Leo explained. "They must be on one of them."

- "That's smart." The alien girl nodded.

Good job, Chase. She thought.

- "Douglas may already have a jump on us. We have to act fast." The scientist said.

- "But even if we know which freighter it is, how are we gonna get to it?" The short boy asked. "Dee can't teleport on something moving."

- "And I can't fly you there, without being seen." The Matthews girl added.

- "I know, don't worry, Maddison." Donald replied. "I have a secret. I have a helicopter I keep stashed away for special occasions, and nobody knows about it! Ha!" He laughed.

- "I have a secret too. I know. I use it on weekends." The Davenport boy admitted.

The father looked at him, in disbelief.

- "It's your fault." Maddie said. "You're the one who told him to use the helicopter to impress Janelle."

- "You use it for Janelle?" The scientist asked.

- "Duh. Who else am I supposed to use it for?" Leo replied.

- "Okay. I'll let it slide, because it's for Janelle." Donald frowned. "But tell me, next time."

- "I will. Thanks, Big D." The short boy smiled.

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

In the meanwhile, on the cargo, the bionic trio was still being watched by the five men.

- "Good news. The coast guard's bringing another ship to arrest you.' The captain said. "Well, good for us, bad for you. I guess I shoulda just said, 'bad news'! Ha ha ha ha!" He laughed.

- "Wait. What about the submarine?" Bree asked.

- "Doesn't look good. It's tough being this close and realizing there's nothing anyone can do to help." The old man walked away.

- "Chase, we have to do something." The bionic girl got up.

- "Yeah, we're the only ones who can save 'em." Adam added.

- "You do realize that we would be giving ourselves up. Our lives will be over." Chase explained.

- "We have no choice. People are in trouble, and I would rather rot in jail knowing that we did the right thing." The Davenport girl replied.

- "Me too." The tall guy got up.

- "Who am I kidding? Of course, we have to help." The mission leader got up. "Bree, how fast can you subdue the crew?"

- "Look who you're talking to. 'Fast' is my middle name." Bree chuckled.

- "Lucky. Mine's 'Charles'." The eldest sibling replied.

Her middle name is Penelope. The genius boy glared at him.

- "Adam, once I give you the coordinates, use your strength to propel yourself deep enough to reach the sub, then you can divert it to the surface." He explained.

- "Got it. And you can boss people around like you usually do." Adam shrugged.

- "I do not boss people around! I lead. I am a leader." Chase said, irritated.

- "Oh, yes, you are, aren't you?" The tall guy baby talked and touched his brother's nose, who slapped his hand way.

- "Come on!" The bionic tied up the crew and took them below deck, before coming back. "Okay. The crew's tied up below deck. Hurry."

- "This is it. I'm activating my GPS." The mission leader activated his GPS and sonar started beeping. "Got it. Okay, Adam, they're not far, but we're running out of time. I'll send you the coordinates wirelessly."

- "Ooh. Got 'em." The eldest sibling chuckled.

- "Let's do this." The genius boy replied.

- "Wait. Chase, we've never trained for an underwater rescue mission." The Davenport girl stopped her brother.

- "I know. We're just gonna have to take our chances." Chase said.

- "Cannonball!" Adam yelled, before jumping in the water.

What the heck? The mission leader ran to where his brother jumped.

- "Whoo!" The tall guy yelled, underwater.

- "And right now I'm not really likin' our chances." The genius boy replied.

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

Later, the trio was in the helicopter.

- "Well, searching that first ship was a bust. This is gonna take us all night!" Leo exclaimed.

- "I hope they are fine." Maddie sighed, from the backseat.

- "Well, at least we got the radio." Donald turned on the radio.

- "'You're listening to another Donald Davenport audiobook, 'How to Make a Billion Dollars'.'." The radio said.

- "Oh, we need to turn this up. You could use a refresher." The short boy replied and went to the volume button.

The Matthews girl snickered.

- "Ah." The father turned off the radio.

The alien girl's phone beeped.

- "It's Chase's GPS signal! It's back on!" She exclaimed as she showed it to the father and his son.

That's bad. That's really bad. She thought, nervously.

- "They turned on their GPS signals, that means they're in trouble. Hang on, guys." The scientist flew the helicopter down to the location.

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

In the meanwhile, on the cargo, the younger siblings looked at each other, in shock.

- "We can track the sub on my sonar scan." Chase showed his sister a hologram of the sonar beeping.

- "Come on, Adam." Bree said.

Adam spotted the sub and swam down.

- "Five hundred feet to impact. The sub's about to hit!" The genius boy exclaimed.

- "Don't worry. He can do this." The bionic girl put her hand on her brother's back.

- "Three hundred feet. Two hundred feet. One hundred feet. It's fifty feet away!" The mission leader yelled. The tall guy pushed the sub up. "He did it! Look!" He yelled and pointed at his sister, the submarine at the surface. "They're safe!"

- "Yes!" The Davenport girl exclaimed and, happily, hugged her brother. "You know, no matter what happens to us, it was worth it."

- "Yeah. Dad would be proud." Chase smiled.

- "Hey, where's Adam?" Bree asked, worried. "Adam?"

- "Adam? Adam!" The genius boy yelled. "He's been down there too long. No one can go that long without oxygen."

- "This can't be happening." The bionic girl said, as tears fell on her cheeks.

- "I should have never sent him down there. It's all my fault." The mission leader replied, with tears in his eyes.

The younger siblings stared at the water, sadly, while Adam walked up behind them.

- "What are we staring at?" He whispered.

- "Adam!" The Davenport girl yelled and hit his shoulder. "We thought you were dead!"

- "How did you survive so long without oxygen?" Chase asked.

- "By breathing underwater." The tall guy explained. The younger siblings stared at him. "What, you guys can't? Wait, you didn't know that, and you sent me down there without any oxygen?!"

- "Of course not!" Bree, nervously, scoffed.

- "No! Congratulations, buddy!" The mission leader, nervously, laughed.

- "You did it! Yay!" The bionic girl put her hand on his shoulder.

We got lucky. The genius boy thought.

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

In the meanwhile, in the helicopter, Donald continued to fly it while the childhood best friends guided him.

- "We should be close." He said.

Maddie's phone beeped.

- "I think I see the ship." Leo pointed at his right.

- "That's gotta be it." The father replied and flew towards it.

Please, be the ship. The alien girl thought.

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

A couple of minutes later, on the cargo, Adam was getting dry himself.

- "Well, I guess we're back to using our bionics for missions." Bree smiled.

- "Oh, great. So, now it's a working vacation. You just can't unplug anymore. I blame the Internet." The tall guy replied.

- "Now, it's time for our next mission: finding a life raft and getting off this ship." Chase explained.

- "Don't move!" The captain yelled.

- "I thought you tied them up." The genius boy said.

- "Well, I said I could tie fast, not well." The bionic girl defended.

The green hazel-eyed boy shook his head, in despair.

A helicopter flew towards the ship, before hovering it.

- "It's Dad!" The Davenport girl exclaimed.

Donald pressed a button and lowered the rope ladder onto the ship.

- "Quick! Climb on!" He yelled.

- "Later!" Bree super speeded up the ladder into the helicopter.

- "Get 'em!" The old man yelled. The five men started attacking Adam with crowbars. "Come on, men!" The tall guy pushed them away, threw the towel into his brother's face, and started climbing the rope ladder.

- "Adam, wait!" The genius boy yelled.

The ladder began to pull Adam up.

- "You're not goin' anywhere!" The captain told Chase, who threw the towel into his face and ran to the ladder. "Ohh! Aah!"

The genius boy started to climb the ladder, but the old man ran over and grabbed his leg.

- "Adam, help!" The mission leader yelled.

- "Well, I know you're pathetically weak, but can't you at least try kicking free?" The tall guy replied.

Jerk. Chase thought, before kicking the captain, causing him to let go.

- "Aaah! Grrrr!" The old man groaned, before grabbing the ladder.

The eldest sibling helped his brother to get in, before tossing the ladder off the helicopter.

- "Aaaaah!" The captain fell into the water.

- "Whoops. Hey, at least a shark broke his fall." Adam chuckled.

∘₊✧──────✧₊∘

A couple of minutes later, the Davenports and Maddie walked around the cargo.

- "I don't get it. How can they not be here?" Donald said as they arrived at the deck.

- "Are you alright, sir?" The alien girl walked up to the captain, who was soaking wet.

- "I'll be fine, lady." The old man replied.

- "Hey, we're looking for three kids: two guys and one girl. Have you seen them?" Leo asked.

- "'Course I've seen them. They just got on a chopper." The captain looked at the father, closely. "... with you."

- "With me?" The scientist repeated.

- "Shit. The cyber masks." The Matthews girl sighed.

- "No." Donald shook his head.

- "The what?" The old man frowned.

- "Don't worry about it, sir." Maddie smiled. "Sorry for the disturbance, have a safe travel."

- "Thank you." The captain smiled, softly.

- "Let's go." The short boy said.

The trio walked away to the helicopter.

In the meanwhile, the bionic trio was in the helicopter with the fake Donald.

- "It is so good to see you guys." He said.

- "Hey, Dad, where are Leo, mom and Mads?" Chase asked.

I want to see her so bad. I didn't see her, since yesterday, and I already miss her. He chuckled to himself. This is crazy.

- "Oh, he's waiting for us at one of my offshore facilities. We're gonna have to hide out there since the FBI is on our tails. Relax, you're safe now." The scientist smiled.

The trio smiled and laid back, closing their eyes as they fell asleep.

The cyber mask turned off, revealing Douglas, before turning on as Donald again.
