Melody was in room scrolling through her SNS checking how people responded to the revelation...  To say she was nervous would be an understatement since this could create a huge issue... But ARMY loves them anyway right ?

First she checked the reaction to Jikook coming out... Since thts the one the company was worried abt more than Meljoon also for Melody she was just scared to see the reaction to her and joon first...

She went to IG and checked the comments under the post regarding Jikook. And unlike wht the company feared.. the responses were quite positive from most.. Yes there were few haters and some Taekook and Vmin shippers who thought their ships were better but  overall response was really good ..

Then she checked twitter and saw #Jikook  was trending  she clicked on it and saw Many supportive tweets.. ofc just like IG there were few negative comments and tweets here and there but overall response was positive in twitter too and this brought a smile to the maknaes face.

Though she was not so excited about checking. She still had to see the reaction of the public to her and Namjoon's relationship too.... So just like b4 she first checked IG and checked the post regarding Meljoon and she was not so shocked to see so many hate comments directed towards her telling her to leave Namjoon alone... Or to even leave the band as a whole... Some comments were saying how Namjoon deserved better than some un talented , orphan ... Some were even claiming tht she was just a slut... And was throwing herself at the leader just so tht she can be in BTS...

In Twitter too the reaction was similar... A major percentage of the people were hating on her ..... The tweets of many were too hateful to read... And from all this it was clear tht ARMYs still weren't so happy abt Melody... And the slut & whore shaming and being asked to leave the group continued in Twitter too ... And it was getting too much tht Melody started crying but quickly wiped her tears as she heard some one coming...

Jk: Hey Mel whatcha doing ?

Mel: uh - uh nothing. (She quickly return to the section with Jikook)

Jk: oh come on tell me...

Mel: nothing just looking at the reaction of the public to us... I'm checking urs and Jimin's

Jk: Oh? 😬 Wht does the public think ?.

Mel: they r really supportive just look at twitter #jikook is trending #1

Jk: oh really thts really awesome I was really worried to check it... Well then wht abt u and joon hyung ?

Mel: oh ? I haven't checked it... I checked yours both first...

Jk: then come on let's check now...

Mel: um no... I'm a bit nervous.  How abt later or u can check and tell. Which I know ur gonna do either way...

Jk: ok sure.. I'll check first...
