"Mendes, please don't do this," you cried as you followed after him desperately.

"Don't do what?" He smirked at you, which both enraged and hungered you. He knew exactly what he did to you, and that was precisely why he continuously did the things that he does when he's around you.

"Don't play dumb," you continued. "I can't lose you, Shawn. Please don't enlist."

He was silent for a moment. "Shawn, huh?" He asked. "You only pull that name out when your getting all serious on me."

"Yes, this is a serious moment." You sighed. "I love you Shawn, please don't go."

He smiled gently, though a part of you knew that nothing you said could ever change his mind. That was something that you would just have to accept, no matter how much you desperately didn't want to.
