Location: Olympus Prison
Third Person POV:

Inside a cell in the far corner of the room, guarded by a man who was dressed as a biker, was a black-haired young man covered in scars, his once pristine clothes were rags and his face was marred by what looked like daggers. A line was drawn from the top center of his forehead, down between the space between his left eye and nose before ending at the left corner of his jaw. His breathing was shallow and labored as he struggled to live. Suddenly he took in a sharp breath and his eyes slowly opened to reveal a dull sickly green, there was no happiness, no joy, no mischievousness in them, only pain and sorrow. He looked up and saw the man guarding the cell and a faint smile graced his dry lips.

"H-hey Ares" He said and Ares looked back and sighed

"Punk, get some rest, you need it, the trial will be in a few hours and I am not holding you for it" He said with a light chuckle "I fear you may lose it though, as it seems only Hermes is with us" At this Percy sighed and nodded his head

Percy slowly stood up as the aforementioned god walked into the prison room looking frustrated. Hermes marched over to Percy's cell and tossed a flask and a bag of brownies into his lap.

"Sorry Perce, this is all I could get you. Father is taking the 'Keep his food limited' to a whole new level" Hermes said and Percy only nodded as he started to sip the nectar and eat the godly food

As he did this, color returned to his skin and he felt his strength return to him slowly. However, as soon as Percy finished his second piece of the godly food, the door opened again and Athena walked in wearing full Athenian armor with a spear at her side.

"Ares, Hermes step away from the traitor" Athena demanded but they both just rolled their eyes and didn't move

"Nah, I don't feel like it Athena" Hermes said as he leaned against the cell and Ares crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow at Athena

"Bit over the top with the armor don't ya think?" Ares commented off-handedly "I mean, he's been starved and dehydrated for the past few days, I doubt he could hold a candle to the 'all mighty power of the great Pallas Athena'" Ares finished mockingly causing the wisdom goddess to growl

"I only thought of my safety and the safety of Olympus, if he were to escape he could cause unknown destruction to everything my daughter has built" She snapped

"Yeah but if it weren't for Percy she wouldn't even be alive, none of us would be" Hermes retorted but that just made Athena even angrier

"The sea spawn has been out of contact with Olympus for the past three years ever since he obtained his partial immortality! He must have been consorting with Gaia!" Athena shouted as she marched forward towards the cell were Percy was standing and leaning against the bars

Athena opened the cell and as she went to grab Percy, he crossed his arms and shut his eyes.

"Sgiath!" Percy yelled and a faint symbol appeared on his forearm before Athena was blasted back into the bars as Percy was launched into the back of the cell with a yelp of pain

"Wha...?" Athena stammered as Ares and Hermes rushed over to Percy and helped him up "What was that!" She yelled in confusion

"Something I learned on my travels" Percy spat as Hermes wrapped Percy's left arm over his shoulders and Ares stood guard

"We will escort him to the throne room and we swear on the Styx we won't let him escape" Ares said causing thunder to roll

"Fine! I'll go ahead and notify the council that the trial will commence shortly" Athena said with a huff and flashed out

When she left Hermes started helping Percy along towards the door and Ares opened it for them.

Percy's POV:

As the door opened my eyes were assaulted by the blinding light of Olympus, I quickly shut them and held my arm up to block the light.

"It would do them good to turn down the fucking lights" I grumbled as Hermes helped me down the streets and towards the throne room

As we walked I noticed several minor gods and goddesses stare at me sadly but I ignored them for the most part. None of them helped me, none of them were worthy of my attention. It took several minutes of walking through the streets before we finally reached the Throne room.

Hermes sat me down on the steps and looked at me along with Ares.

"Any last requests punk? Might not get another chance to ask for anything" Ares asked gruffly and I chuckled despite how much it hurt to

"Easy Perce, we don't want you to die before your trial" Hermes said as he handed over the flask of nectar and I took it with a nod of thanks before sipping from it slightly

"Thank you, but no, I don't need anything else. Your help here has been much more than I deserve" I said quietly as I handed back the flask and stood up my energy slowly coming back

I held up two fingers and drew a brindrune for energy on my leg causing a small burst of energy flow through me. I smirked and looked at the two gods in front of me mirth in my eyes.

"Shall we go entertain some assholes?" I say as I turn and walk through the doors only to find the whole Olympian council including Hades and Hestia sitting and staring at me "Everyone's here? Just for me?!" I said in false joy as I strolled to the center and stood there with my hands in my pockets and a sarcastic smirk on playing on my lips as the gods glared at me

"Will you not bow before us mortal?" Zeus said in a cold tone but I looked around and shrugged

"Kronos told me it was respectful to bow to a being of higher power, I told him that I'd do that when I saw one" I said with a crooked smile on my face "He also said some other things so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that this is happening but oh well" I finished while looking at Athena first then Zeus trying to bait them into asking what he told me

"Kronos says nothing but lies Mortal, lies that you seem to have taken to listening too, like Luke Castellan did years ago" Athena said venomously but I just chuckled "So tell us, what did he say to you?" She finished with a hint of Curiosity in her voice

"I'll let you all know after the trial" I say cheekily as I felt my mind being entered by a certain goddess that stole several months of my life away

As soon as I felt the intrusion however, I traced another rune into my pants pocket and felt a barrier shield my mind from her prying. Hera on the other hand recoiled back at the sudden block to her powers causing her to glare at me.

"Why did you do that Perseus?" Hera spat at me causing me to turn in her direction

"Because I wanted to, you have no right to enter others minds" I commented casually

"I was trying to help you! But I guess you don't want help from your queen, you know the only person who can save your pathetic ass right now" Hera said and I caught what she meant causing me to smirk 

"I'm sorry I don't have a queen; I no longer bend the knee to anyone who thinks themselves better than others. And my ass is not pathetic its amazing and epic and you should be honored to even speak of it. So while I would tell you to kiss my ass, ive decided your not worthy of it" I quip back to her with a humored filled tone

"Son, will you not hold your tongue? I don't want to lose you forever" Poseidon pleaded but I chuckled and turned toward him

"You lost me the moment I entered the water and didn't come to even speak to me. I guess you didn't care about me enough to actually check up on me" I say calmly but the ground around me began to rumble slightly "Luke warned me that the moment I needed the gods the most, they wouldn't come. I guess he was right. Well I guess I don't need you assholes anymore, because apart from Ares, and Hermes, only Hestia has been kind to me, Hades has been neutral which I can respect" I spouted and got smiles from the first three and a formal nod from the fourth "However, the rest of you can wish you could kiss my ass now" I finished as I shifted my eyes over to Zeus who looked about to burst

"Enough of this, let the Trial of Perseus Achilles Jackson commence" Zeus declared "Perseus is hereby accused of abandoning his brethren and duty for three years. He is also accused of consorting with the Primordial Nyx and Erebus to destroy Olympus, as well as consorting with Gaia and Kronos to better his own personal agenda" Zeus continued "If the defendant has any piece of evidence as to prove his innocence please bring it to the council now" He finished whilst controlling his anger somewhat

I just rolled my eyes; he was just doing this to be formal but I knew he already made up his mind. I just acted like I was searching my pockets when I reached into my back pocket and made a shocked face.

"Oh, I got something" I said with glee as I pulled out my closed hand with my middle finger extended and showed it to the gods "Isn't it just screaming with innocence?" I comment with sarcasm dripping from my voice "Listen, I'll say this once, I'm innocent, but you all won't believe me except perhaps a few. So just declare me guilty and send me to Tartarus alright? Hell, he'd probably treat me with more respect than most of you combined! And with my partial immortality that I was oh so graciously gifted after the second giant war, we might even become friends!!" I laughed at the thought "And that's saying something if I'm completely honest" I finished as I rocked back and forth on my heels due to my energy rune running out of juice

"No, Jackson, for your treason to this council and the mythological world you are hereby banished from this realm all together. May you live the rest of your eternal life alone!" Zeus said as someone snapped and a portal opened up behind me

"Wait!" Athena said as she looked at me "You said you'd tell us what Kronos told you after the trial"

"Ahh yes I did didn't I?" I say while tapping my chin "Well since I am a man of my word unlike some others in this room, I will tell you" I give another crooked smile that my grandfather would be proud of "He warned me of a betrayal that I could not prevent, and he said that he would do all in his power to stop it if I joined him or not. In the end, he didn't want to destroy Olympus, he wanted you all to see the error of you neglecting your children as he did. He admitted that he was a horrible father, he admitted that he made mistakes but he made them and he tried to atone for them. He helped both Luke and myself, for a time at least. And that is what a true family member would do, to give his life for another" I say as I looked at Hades and Hestia "He also told me that Hades and Hestia were his favorite, and that Poseidon was his second favorite. But Zeus... he never liked you Zeus, you were too much like him when he had you all" I say calmly as I see Zeus growl in anger as he raised his master bolt "And one last thing" I say which causes him to hesitate "He told me that if this betrayal should happen, that I should pass along the message that gods can change, that you need to look back upon your mistakes to learn from them" I finish as Zeus glares and throws his master bolt at me

I raise my arms in a cross formation and shut my eyes tightly.

"Sgiath!!!" I shouted as I felt the rest of my energy be drained from my body as I'm launched through the portal

I hear a few screams and several things being thrown but my consciousness was quickly lost as the air was forced from my lungs as I traveled through the portal.

The last thing I felt was my body hitting the ground with tremendous force before I blacked out completely.

A/N: The Change is happening!!! RUN!!!! Yes I know I've been on a long streak of 'Where the fuck is he!' and I am very sorry, writing is getting harder to do because I have so many ideas I want to run with but I don't want to leave my stories half written. which was why when I cleared out a majority of the books I wanted to clear out more than just five or six. However, I have a better idea about how I want to write this story and the Forbidden Child on my second profile as well as the Hiker. Anyway, at the time of Writing this Authors Note, it is 11:02 so I'll leave you with a promise that I will keep writing as long as you all keep reading.

The Forbidden Child will be a purely PJO creation, I will reference other books or other works of art within the real world but the plot and everything else will be solely PJO.
