(Percy's POV)

"Hello Hestia or Vesta, whoever you are. Who hasn't betrayed me yet, 'cause I was just wondering?"

"Percy! Are you okay?"

"I'm somewhat fine. I mean, I just got disowned and ran to Easton, Pennsylvania in 5-10 minutes."

"Well, to answer your question, Apollo, Hermes, Hades, Persephone, Hecate, Hephaestus, Artemis, Athena, and I have not betrayed you."

"Thank the gods! Well, not all of them."

"Anyways, Percy. You have been chosen as the..."

"The what? The best swordsman? The savior of Olympus?"

"The guardian of the Hunt."

"WHAT?!?!" As I screamed that one word, I saw two golden flashes. In place of the first was Artemis. In place of the second was Hermes.

I quickly recomposed myself.

"Hello Lady Artemis and Lord Hermes." I started to bow, but then I heard laughter.

"Oh young Perseus. You don't have to bow to us! Since you have been betrayed, your emotions gave you the strength of a god, " Artemis tells me, still laughing.

"An Olympian's strength at that, " Hermes added on, also laughing.

My eye started to twitch. Seeing that, the two Olympians stopped laughing.

"Ah. I see Hestia already told you the news. But, in order to be the first guardian of the hunt, you must take an oath that my hunters take, but in reverse. You must also except full immortality so that our guardian can never die protecting us. The only catch to the immortality is that you will be made a secret Olympian."

"Also, you know how you ran to Easton in a 5-10 minute time? Well, you got that from me. As soon as you left the camp, I came and claimed you as my own son. I hope you are okay with that. I thought that Luke would be happier that when you were betrayed, I could return the favor of you making my son a hero."

"Thank you Lord Her- I mean Dad."

"You are welcome Percy."

"And I take your offer as being immortal, the guardian of the hunt, and a secret Olympian, Lady Artemis."

"You can call me Artemis."

At that time, Hestia stepped up again.

"Dear Percy. Would you like to be my champion? This also means that you will be my son."

"Yes, Hestia. Thank you." I heard a couple of Greek and Roman words form into a chant, as Hestia made me her champion and son. "Thank you, Mother."

"You're welcome, son."

I faced Artemis, she nodded and I smiled back.

"Do you, Perseus Jackson, disowned son of Poseidon, new son of Hermes and Hestia, champion of Hestia, accept the honor of being the guardian of the hunt?"

"I, Perseus Jackson, disowned son of Poseidon, new son of Hermes and Hestia, champion of Hestia, accept the honor of being the guardian of the hunt."

"Then, Perseus, repeat this pledge after me." Artemis stopped, and then continued.

"I, state your name, pledge to protect Artemis's Hunt, and Artemis herself in dire situations."

"I, Perseus Achilles Jackson, pledge to protect Artemis's Hunt, and Artemis herself in dire situations."

"To be immortal so as to protect the present hunters and future hunters."

"To be immortal so as to protect the present hunters and future hunters."

"To have power over the moon, the wilderness, wildlife, and shape-shifting."

"To have power over the moon, the wilderness, wildlife, and shape-shifting."

"To take Artemis's place as Moon God if accident may happen."

"To be the secret, 15th Olympian of Greece and Rome."

"I, state your name, swear on the River Styx to always be there for the Hunt, and to never touch the hunters in an inappropriate way."

"I, Perseus Achilles Jackson, swear on the River Styx, Chaos, and Nyx, to always to be there for the Hunt, and to never touch the hunters in an inappropriate way."

"No son," I hear mom and dad scream at me at the same time.

I saw a black, blue, gold, and silver light surrounded me as I heard two voices.

"Perseus. You have been chosen to be blessed by Nyx and Chaos themselves. Do you accept?"

"I, Perseus Achilles Jackson, accept the blessings of Nyx and Chaos."

I was hit by two beams of power, and I, guess what?
