~~Time Skip 2 months~~

I looked across the dirt path and met Camryn's eyes. She held up her hand and made her fingers into a three and put it to the side, shaking them. I hoped up into the nearest tree as did she, just in time. A car rumbled along the path. As soon as it was out of sight I jumped down. I made a five and then pointed in the direction the car was going. I turned around and beaconed for Loke to join me. I looked over and saw Camryn doing the same. I jumped up in the trees for covers and followed closely behind the car. It had been weeks since I last saw the pack, I could only assume they thought we where dead. But we could not go back, not now. Some of the Rangers had come to look for us, but I was not even sure if they had made it back alive. Rangers where the second highest team in the pack. We made it to a small compound in the middle of the forest. We had found many out posts like this. I took out the map and made a small circle where we where. Th car had stopped and several guards came out, all of them had guns filled with silver bullets. I grabbed out my gun and put the silencer on it. I motioned for Loke to do the same thing.

We hand not said a word to each other in weeks either, there was no need too. We had come up with a series of hand movements that did the talking for us. Suddenly a plane came by other head. This was a plane I knew all to well, it looked like the plane I flew out here with a few weeks ago when I first made it back to the pack. I cringed at the thought of who was on it, I had not thought about Raven in weeks. Shaking my head I quickly looked back to what was going on in front of us. The people in the car had stepped out and where talking to the guards. I aimed and shot, I smelled as our other guns went off. I aimed and fired again, finally all the guards and the people who where in the car where down. Suddenly someone mind-linked me.

Shade! I heard someone yell, my blood ran cold.

R-Raven is that you? I asked confused. But we where out of range before she could answer. That had to have been her in the plane. Camryn motioned for us to get down. I hopped down from the tree so I could see into the compound. No one had noticed. That made our job a lot easier. Making a four and then a five with my hand, we run and climb the concrete wall. Still under the cover of trees we make out way around the concrete square. At one point I set down some C4 that I still had with me. This would distract everyone so we could get inside. I turned on the timer for thirty seconds and ran. Once it exploded everyone ran to the crumbled wall. quickly and quietly lowering ourselves down we ran inside. Luckily they had just what we needed. Lining the walls with more explosives we grabbed part of the map that we needed and ran out, the time going for one hour. All that was left was to watch the light show.

Finally the building exploded. Pulling out the map again I drew an X threw the circle around the compound. I got up and gave the signal to move back in. Some of the men inside where still alive, we quickly disposed of them. I gave the signal to move out. I grabbed some extra bullets, and more C4 along with food and water. Once I was finished I joined the others and gave then a signal I thought I never would.

Go home.

Nodding they took off into the forest, Camryn and I at the front and the guys at the back. We where so far out of the territory and it took us weeks to get here I did not know if we could make it back in time to see Raven.

Finally after several days of running we finally made it to the packs outer boarder. I took a look around. Things had not changed, I was glad for that. I signaled for our team to move in. Suddenly it felt weird being in my territory for so long. I wondered for the first time how my mate was doing, and how everyone else was doing. When we finally got closer I could see Raven. She looked like she was about to explode. I made a three and shook my hand, silently we jumped up into the trees. I felt like I was going into another compound. Looking over at Camryn I signaled for her and Aiden to circle around. They nodded and jumped from tree to tree. I also gave the same sign to Loke. At this point we where at all four corners of the main clearing. They looked at me for the next direction. I made a two with my fingers and then made a one pointing to the ground.

We jumped down at the same time. My guard flew up and I glared around at everyone, they all gave us blank stares. I stood up straight and signaled for Camryn, Aiden, and Loke to relax. Raven just blinked at me, I looked much different, I had more of a muscle build and I was more sure of myself. I stood up straight and looked at all my pack mates and my cousins. Raven took a step towards me. I stayed still blinking at her, watching her closely. Her steps get faster and faster until she is running at me. I make my hands into fists and cross them over my face so I don't get hurt. But Raven runs through my barricade and crushes me in a hug.

"I thought you where dead! They told me they had not seen you in two months!" She says and tears threaten to spill. I look at her and wrap my arms around her and pat her on back. I was not sure how to react, I hand not seen her in months, I felt so disconnected. Then she pushed away and punched me.

"Don't you ever do that again! I don't know what I would do if I lost you." She yells, I hold my arm and stare at her, surprised.

"Why won't you talk?" She asks me. I shake my head.

"We never had a reason too. We used signals for talking an communicating." Camryn tells Raven.

"It's try, I have not talked in months, it made to much noise. We needed to stay quiet when we attacked, we could not be yelling to each other." I explain, hearing my own voice again felt weird. Raven nodded.

"But we got the piece we needed for the map, we are leaving tonight to go take down the main center." I reach into my bag and pull out the piece of map we found.

"But, you can't!" Raven shrieks.

"Watch me." I shoot back.

"I won't let you." She says, I see her teeth sharpen.

"Then why don't you come with us?" I sigh, rolling my eyes. She stops and looks at me, confused.

"Well?" I say in a 'duh' tone. She smiles and nods her head. I breath out.

Missed a bullet there. Crimson says unamused.

Hey you're back! Missed you during the raid. I tell her. She laughs and ends the mind-link. I needed to get ready for tonight along with teach Raven the hand signs so she is not lost. I had a lot to do before we left.
