"Oh! There you are, [Surname]-senpai. I was beginning to worry about you." Nitori smiled. He pointed to a long building. "That's where all of the dorms are. I'm pretty sure you're familiar with the campus and cafeteria. Now, that's the last thing we have to tour."

He began to take the lead. [Name] followed and looked at the small swimmer. "So, you know Matsuoka, right, Nitori? You guys seem close." Nitori jumped.

"Oh! He's just my roommate last year, and he's the captain of the swim club this year. He's really perfect; I want to be like that someday..." Nitori said dreamily. He sighed, but shook his head.

They approached [Name]'s dorm quietly, hoping not to disturb any other students who might be studying for their classes.

"You don't have a roommate for some reason. Well, that's what the directory people said, anyways." Nitori noted, opening the door with a key. "This is your dorm key; don't lose it." He placed the golden key in her hand. Opening the door, he gestured [Name] inside.

"This is your dorm. The bathroom is placed here inside this room. There is a small shower place, but the main bath and other showers are down the hall to your right. Desk is there, and you only have a twin bed, unlike everyone else- they all have bunk beds."

Nitori said good-bye to [Name] and left her alone in her room. She noticed that all of her belongings were already brought in. "I might as well unpack..." [Name] mumbled to herself.

She managed to pull out her many layers of unisex or boyish-clothing from her suitcase. To fit in the school, she had to have a boyish attire just in case someone saw her outside of school. After a very complicated hour of trying to organize her belongings, a knock sounded through the nearly empty dorm.

"Coming, coming..." [Name] called. She opened it to find Rin and Sousuke at the door. Rin had a smile across his face while Sousuke barely managed a grin. He looked as if Rin had forced him along.

"Hi, [Name]-kun." Rin greeted. He smiled and waited for Sousuke to say something. He didn't, so Sousuke elbowed him in the chest.

"Argh-hmmmph...." he gasped. "H-hi..." [Name] invited them in, hoping they wouldn't get too comfortable.

"You're coming along fine. Just a couple more days, and you'll be settled in." Rin looked around the room. Sousuke glanced around, also.

"Yeah. You're lucky to have a room all to yourself. I have to share one with a princess, ya know." Rin elbowed Sousuke in the chest. Sousuke groaned and almost collapsed on the floor.

"Shut up. Just because you wanted the bottom bunk doesn't mean you have to get butt-hurt!" Rin snapped back.

[Name] held out her hands cautiously. "I know you guys are excited, but I really don't want blood in my dorm." she said, hoping the boys would take it playfully.

Rin laughed. "Okay, okay... Well, let's go roaming about, [Name]-kun. You're new to the area, right? We can go hang out with some swim team members."


[Name] didn't want this. Not one bit. She was surrounded by attractive men. Really attractive men. And to make matters worse, they were being stared at. By anyone, men, women, old women.

"Where are we even going?" [Name] whispered. Kazuki Minami, who had heard [Name], chuckled.

"I'm not even sure myself. Wherever Rin-san goes, we follow." he said. His best friend, Takuya Uozumi, raised an eyebrow at [Name].

"Who are you? You're not on the swim team." he said. [Name] froze before she answered him.

"I'm just a friend of your swim captain." she smiled pleasantly before tugging her shirt collar, popping it up the slightest.

A couple girls blushed and squealed. "Samezuka boys. They're over there!" they'd say. Fortunately, no one asked for any pictures. "Do you guys go out often?" asked [Name].

Minami shook his head. "We're usually practicing or doing homework or something. It's rare for most of the swim team to go out together casually." He ruffled the top of [Name]'s hair. "It's okay, though. It's nice to come out once in awhile. Especially with some newbie. When did you start coming to Samezuka?"

"Just recently. I'm still getting used to such a large campus." she replied. For once, she was having a normal conversation with someone normal. She was tired of having to deal with Rin and Sousuke, especially Rin.

Minami grinned. "It's usually like that for newcomers."


The group of Samezuka swimmers and [Name] were on another campus. "Please don't tell me Samezuka has two campuses. I really don't need that now..." [Name] groaned. Rin laughed.

"We're at Iwatobi to practice swimming with them for the tournaments. I just dragged you along because I thought you might wanna switch over to the swim club instead of your other stupid art club." Rin explained, playfully punching [Name] in the arm.

She socked him back, receiving a muffled groan from him. [Name] turned around when she heard a squeal and a hug from behind. "Rin! This is unexpected! You hardly bring so many muscles over here."

"Er..." [Name] wasn't sure what to say, but the red-haired girl looked up.

"Oh! Sorry. I thought you were my brother from behind. I mean, you guys do dress the same..." The red-haired girl blushed and avoided eye contact with [Name].

Rin clicked his tongue and grabbed Gou by the arm. "Aren't we doing something important today?"

Gou nodded. "Of course! I got permission to open the pool longer today, so let's go everyone!"

[Name] followed Gou and Rin inside a locker room. "We have some spare jammers here for everyone in that shelf. Goggles and swimming caps are over in that tub, too." Gou directed everyone while [Name] found a place away from everyone.

"[Name], what are you doing?" Rin approached her and threw a towel in her face.

"Oi!" She threw it onto the floor before glaring at the shark captain. "I don't want to swim, so leave me alone. I'll just watch."

Rin shook his head. "No, you're gonna swim."

[Name] stood up and ran away. "Why do you create so many problems!? It's annoying!"

Rin chased after her and threw a pair of goggles at her. "Because I'm your friend!" he replied.
